As stated in previous reviews, the person at the counter will say 30 minutes wait. I didnt mind as I had lots of time. The Super Supreme Pan regular pizza arrived in 10 minutes, so thats great. Very affordable at MYR 19.55 too.As for the half hour waiting time. I think whats happening is that its not so easy to judge the waiting time as there are lot more take away food delivery orders as compared to sit-down customers, so it makes sense to be a bit conservative with the time estimate.

I went there attended by Mr zul ordered takeaway and once I reach my hotel I saw was my pepsi cup fill less than half and the pizza hut quality and taste its not like before

Cockroach!!! Lack of manpower. When i called for help on the cockroach, took a long time 4 someone to just remove it, and not change out place or what. Disgusting. Is this Pizza Hut standard? Cockroaches is a norm??? I dnt have photo. I have vid!

Went there on 2 consecutive days, on the first day, we were told that we need to wait 30 minutes for dine in, then the next day it was 45 minutes. Last week was okay, but this week is a let down. I wish they fix their man power issues or whatever is causing the long wait.

staff wasnt even interested in serving us, told us therell be a 30-40 mins wait. We waited since there werent any other patrons. Garlic bread arrived cold and HARD. They rejected all the other incoming patrons, giving some stupid excuses like kitchen not cannot cook and such. No staff taking care at the front because they are all at the kitchen siting on the floor chit chatting leaving customers to wait. 😴😴😴 Please check on this outlet.

Same problem as the previous reviewer. The moment we reach, the malay MANAGER just abruptly told us need to wait for 40-45min. He did not explain further so we assumed that we have to wait for that timing to get our seat as the place seems full. So we waited... and when we came back, he said the same thing without looking at our direction. As if he was disgusted by us lol. My family wouldn’t have mind to wait again for that timing for our food to come out, as it was a misunderstanding. However the way he acted towards us was infuriating. If this is his way of chasing away customers, then it’s working !! :))

Extremely slow service. Never seen such bad service at Pizzahut. Ordered small pepperoni pizza, coffee, flatbread. It took them more than 25 mins and all order served in piece meal

Worst service ever experienced by waitress Azlina at around 6.20 pm today, she has no interest in serving us today judging by her tone of voice and expression and even keyed in the wrong order. (No apology or service recovery was givenI suggest others to stay away from here & go to other outlets instead.

I loved the food there as they are tummy-filling good food. The prices are worth it and the food is delicious. I loved the chickens and the pizza. While I had my stay at JB, they had pan pizza and they are delicious(if you ever eaten one, and you taste it seems the same, I am just reviewing by my opinion). Recommended to eat there for lunch/dinner.
