Nu a fost cea mai buna experienta la Pizza Hut din Lotus Mall. Singurul angajat prezent in acea zi, John, nu ne-a oferit cele mai bune servicii cu clientii, modul de a lua comanda si de a raspunde cerintelor noastre. Chiar una dintre comenzi, o pizza Roma la care am cerut expres sa nu fie cu masline, am primit-o cu masline!!!! Ceea ce ne-a lasat un gust amar. Singurele stele oferite sunt pentru calitatea exceptionala a pizzelor comandate. Cu parere de rau nu a fost cea mai buna experienta pentru noi, in special de lipsa unui training adecvat pentru angajati, de a sti pe viitor cum sa trateze viitorii clienti. Spreram sa luati in considerare aceste mici observatii pentru oriunde am mers chiar in Europa si am mancat la Pizza Hut nu am fost dezamagiti nici cum.

It is an amazing place to eat a variety of delicious pizza and a good place to hang out with your friends! Customer care is awesome and the ambient is very nice.The prices pretty high but I think they are right for what you get.It is worth swinging by to see for yourself :)

The food is good. The prices are a little higher than your normal pizza restaurant, but the quality is better. The only down thing the the price of drinks, but its not something worth taking a star from the review. You get what you pay. Im satisfied with their services

Extremely expensive for what you get. The only reason I rarely go there is for the Cheesy Bites pizza. The service is fast and good quality, but the pizza overall is just average.
