I ordered a takeaway from this restaurant and it proved to be a very lucky decision. There was a bug in the internet when placing the order (I didnt even found it myself at that time)and the staff girl was very kind and prompt in contacting me and helping me. I really appreciate her patientience and warmheartness!! Thank you all and thank to the lovely stuff who contacted me.Also the food was very good (as it always be), it all was a wonderful Halloween experience🎃🎃✨✨

Top quality Pizza Hut! The pizzas are great, the environment is cool and friendly table service.Coming from Berlin, where Pizza Huts are just an ordinary fast food, makes this one in Dresden really stand up.

I hate to be like this but its just not that good. The pizzas are the only good thing about this place. The starters are complete garbage, the desserts are mediocre and the restaurant feels suuuper claustrophobic to sit in. I guess if you came in to pick up just a pizza and leave its fine but aside from that, stay away.

One of the best pizza in Germany I had after a long time. Undoubtedly the best one with excellent service. Staffs are very friendly and nice. Service is quick and worth every penny. Ordered a chicken pizza with pepsi and I couldn’t leave a single bite. Will visit again when in Dresden. Card and cash both modes of payment accepted. Highly recommended.

When we were there, all tables were free inside and we choose one of them to sit. The waitress told us you can not select by yourself and you have to wait before the door and ask other one to offer us a table:)When I was complaining about the behavior of their colleagues they were laughing and then we went out. They were pleased us to leave…

Best restaurant in town. I know this place for years. Used to be Pizza Hut, changed 2 times and went back to Pizza Hut. Best decision. The staff is absolutely nice and friendly. They are fast and check on you, but not too much, just the right amount. The food is delicious and if you get your receipt, you can redeem it for a 20% discount on your next visit. It is super clean and feel still brand-new. Its located inside a movie theater and that makes it just even more perfect. GO THERE!!!

I went to mittags buffet today. I would recommend it. However, it seems Pizza Hut is understaffed. This is very common with every business in Germany these days. Even being understaffed and having to work every area in the restaurant, my server Lea was fantastic. Yes the service was a little slow, but you can’t blame that on the one server who seemed to be doing everything. Lea worked inside and outside, I saw her bringing pizzas to buffet, and still walking around checking on everybody there. I hope the Pizza Hut in Rindkino will get her some help in the future. But I will recommend the place and hope you get Lea as your server.

It was very nice experience. The lunch buffet is awesome with many varieties of pizzas including both vegetarian and non vegetarian .

I ordered vegan pasta. Unfortunately they forget my order. I waited extra 20 mins than usual to get it. But it was lecker.

2 stars because of waiters attitude. Pizza Hut has always some offers or price reductions with conditions. But not always are clear to understand those conditions. I asked to tell us more about kids menu offers but the waiter was like 0 reaction. Then we started to ask more questions, same attitude. He was like: " too tired or without willingness to work". Thanks he was not unfriendly. But no reactions to offers questions let me a negative impression.And always I must call the staff more times. They are passing near you and not stop to find out whats happening or if I need something.Pizza Hut need more staff attitude improvement.

Extremely slow service.I expected Pizza Hut is still fast food.Waiting for our order for 30 minutes and still without anything served on the table.I do not recommend, try something else.

Generally, the pizza is overpriced. Like 20 euro for a pizza?? U serious, its like a luxury restaurant. Everything took soo long to do, the restaurant is poorly managed. I waited about 45 minutes for 2 pizzas, the pizzas where not good , they where very greasy. I just might of had bad luck, but generaly i didnt like it.

Probably one of the worst restaurants I have ever been to! Rude staff, the place seemed to be understaffed which adds more stress, waited for 20 minutes just to have someone take the order and for one hour to have the food. The staff felt offended because I was ordering in English. Will never come here again.

We waited too long to order some food - more than an hour. Waiters totally ignored us as customers. They passed us several times. No excuse, no order, only horrible attitude! Never more. Thanks for the experience.

Love it here very good deals on Monday and Wednesday to counteract the kinda high prices. Waiters are super friendly and service is always quick.

They have really good quality food with great interiors in the city center. If you are a foreigner dont worry about the language because some people of them really speaks English. If you are a pizza lover and want great quality pizza, try this!

Nothing say about pizza hut. The outlet in Dresden is okay. They have some very good offer.

There is no play corner here. But, you can let your kids to enter the Rundkino building through small door connecting it with Pizza hut. In that building, there is a medium-sized area with small sofas and drawing tables where kids can play comfortably :)

I love Pizza Hut for the type of pizzas they serve. This particular restaurant is quite centrally located and easily accessible. The staff is polite and friendly. They cater to your needs very nicely and also help in customizing pizza if need be. I like the Pizza festival thay they have here on Thursdays where they offer all you can eat buffet. It is always fun to come here. The ambience is great. Nothing to complain about. Must visit place!

Dont go her for take way, irresponsible people may forget your order and say 10 more min even you wait after 30 min. They dont even feel regret about the situation. 30 min wasted in my life. One sar is also not deserve.

Bad service. We have been waiting for 20 minutes but we dont have the drink. When we ask about the drink, the waitress said "I only have 2 hands" and then left. She even did not say "Guten Appetit" to us as she brought the food. Never come back.

Excellent pizza, many choices. Interior looks more like a restaurant than fast food. Much better than most "traditional Italian restaurants". Only problem seems to be young inexperienced staff. I ordered large pizza without mushrooms and still water, get med pizza with mushrooms and soda. Still definitely incomparable with Dominos.

It took a long time for our waiter to arrive. His English was weak so ordering as an American was more difficult (that did not affect our rating). The food was delicious! It just took a long time from start to end. Tables were very close together. Check out was quick.

Very good. All the food is freshly made in the restaurant, so it is all very high quality. But because of this the time to make the food is also long. It takes about 30-40 minutes for your food to arrive (dinner time 19:00). Maybe if you come at less crowded times the wait would be shorter. But the food is well worth the wait. Staff was also very nice.

we come here often with Groupon copons which i think is the only way that the pricing is Ok due to the service and quality you get. It’s also good place when u wan’t to go to cinema afterwards which is in the exact same building.

Wonderful experience. For cca 11€ all-u-can-eat and a free refill drink. Friendly english speaking staff. It is not the typical "deutsche küche" but it is affordable and tasty!

Badly overpriced small pizza that tastes nothing like a real pizza. The shop is just full of marketig buzzwords and highly complicated Menü choices that should lead you to a raised bill. Never again.

This is my new favorite Pizza Hut in Germany. At first I was hesitant to even believe in its existence as when I previously tried to look up a Dresden Pizza Hut, it only gave me a closed one in the Elbe-Park shopping center. However, this one is very real.It has a quite modern and welcoming look noticeable as soon as you walk in. The Pizza Hut is placed in a cinema right off the main shopping street. This gives it many advantages. First of all, its quiet even at busy times of the year and you can find a spot there at basically any point during the year. There appears to be some type of free WiFi, but the instructions for logging in were only in German, but I cannot say it looked that safe to me. I would personally avoid that if youre like me. The restaurant was huge with even the rest room being clean, which is a refreshing change. I had the mozzarella sticks, salami pan pizza and the brownie desert. The mozzarella sticks were lovely . Their crust was soft for the most part with a few mildly tougher spots, but nothing too bad. The inside of the sticks was also incredibly hot. The sticks also came with a large delicious dip. The best part was that there were five of them, which was more than enough. The pizza is about the main course you want to have. The crust is oily fantastic. Despite its smaller size, the normal pan is enough to feed anyone. The topping falls off a little easily so you might want to pick it up carefully. Its also nice how they bring the pizza. Its really hot on this metal plate. This is a cute little touch. The brownie was among the best ones Ive had. The ice cream it came with was decent, but I just loved the brownie. It was sprinkled with sugar and chocolate sauce and so warm on the inside I couldnt believe it. It was a little dense, but soft at the same time. There was some confusion as I got the brownie straight after my desert. This means I had to eat the ice cream before the pizza, but I hope that this issue is resolved. Otherwise, I guess Ill just have to specify the order next time. It also took them a mildly longer time to get my Pepsi. I enjoyed their Pepsi. It wasnt the real deal, but they did have free refills. Other than that the whole service was super fast compared to most restaurants I went to. I can definitely recommend this Pizza Hut, particularly as the one closest to Prague. It now takes only an hour and a half to get there, which is nice.
