Pizza Hut in Kannapolis

This Pizza Hut has been a go-to for my family for decades. Quick and reliably good.

I placed an order at the restaurant. 20 minutes later, received a cold pan pizza and burnt cinnamon sticks. This is on the Cannon Ball opening night.

Somebody claimed our food before we came to pick it up. The staff immediately apologized and had our food remade. They were so sweet and helpful with the entire ordeal and apologized despite us saying it was okay. They gave us a full refund even though we protested. They continued to be incredibly sweet and helpful. Definitely the best customer service I’ve ever seen.

Love this place, they’re fast and pizza is great, always get my order right! Employees are great too!

Place large order took over 1 and 1/2 . Received order pizzas were cold , missing desserts , stated 20 mins would be delivery lied again!! I called store, all the do is say sorry and I told them to cancel order!!! Found hair in wings 🤢!! Disgusting never again!!! lol I would never order fromKannapolis Pizza Hut !!!

EXCELLENT AND TIMELY SERVICE.. I was attended by Elizabeth she was very professional and helpful. They had me in and out in no time.

The people were extremely nice. But I just got home and need i call them. One of my pizzas was wrong

They use to be great but since they got new people it takes them about 30 to 40 min for a pizza come on man ...

Gave our pizza to someone else then asked if we wanted it after they brought it back. Made us wait until it came back to remake our order...if they did. Manager on duty said she gave us a store credit for our next visit..no thanks.

I will agree to tell a friend or family member about how good you pizza has always been if the subject comes up.

Next time I order a bunch of traditional Buffalo hot wings, i expect it not to be some kind of spicy bbq

I have ordered twice from here in the last few months and the pizza is cold and hardly any toppings. The pizza from this location taste like heated up frozen pizza. Never will I order from here again.

The food was disgusting and not cooked. We asked for extra cheese and they put some much almost out of spite on it that the dough was not cooked and it was completely inedible. We were already home so we ate the chicken and breadsticks. We just threw the rest out. What a waste of $30

They were one of the few pizza restaurants in our area that could meet my scheduled pickup day and time, Tuesday at 11:00am. And the employees are always very nice there.

Disatisfied with the pizza I ordered ,I asked for half B.B.Q, Half Peperoni,when I got it home the B.B.Q side had extra chees on it that I did not ask for, n hardly any B.B.Q ,which my boyfriend really likes your B.B.Q pizza, that we usually order,but only could eat one piece,was thick,dry n hardly no B.B.Q,or sauce,Spend 50 dollars all together getting wings n 2 extra pizzas,asked for hand tossed n was more thinker then usual.all n all was very dissapointed.

First time I have not been happy. My pizza had been prepared before I had ordered and was evan warm, neither of them. Should of been made when I ordered them.

Very friendly staff and pizza was spot on as usual. I use this Pizza Hut frequently and will continue to do so.

My order was ready on time. My order was fresh. I called and immediately got a response and friend voice. My order was brought to my car with care. The associate gave me extra condiments and plates without me even mentioning it. Thank you for your great service.

Would definitely not recommend getting the evening $5 hot and fast pizza from here. I’ve done it twice and both times have looked like this ☹️☹️

Pizzas were good they were very busy .they made one of our Pizzas wrong but they fixed it.was very nice about the whole thing

Food is always good here. However, my pizza wasnt cut all the way through ( thin crust), even after having them re-cut , i still had to rip it apart. The crew was members were very young and uneducated on how to do their jobs properly. Also, they did not have any ice this visit. Was rather dissapointing compared to what Im used to.😔

You can not order the BarBQue Beef pizza online, so I started an order online then called to the store to modify the order and asked for half of it to be BBQ Beef. When my husband arrives at home with it, there was only BBQ sauce on it NO meat - Uugghh.

Every one there is always nice and the place is always clean. And I love meatloverspizza. Im glad Im close.C.T.

When the online order system does not work you should answer your phone. I tried calling several times and it immediately hung up. We did not eat pizza last night:-(

I had the best experience at this location. Terri, Carlee and Carolina did awesome. Watch out pizza hut. In these days people would pay a $3 grand sign on bonus for that kinda talent.

I ordered online with contactless delivery..when doing so I was asked where I would like them to put my order when they got to the car. I put passenger side...she tried to bring it to the drivers side. That isnt a huge deal...what Im most upset about is the fact that I asked for the pizza to be well done. I even capitalized WELL done! This pizza is not even close to being well done!! I dont eat carbohydrates and havent had pizza in 4 years...I was REALLY looking forward to this pizza and now that it isnt cooked as I specified Im not even going to eat it. I know this may sound ridiculous to most...but if Im going to eat something that I dont normally eat because I dont believe its healthy....Id at least like to enjoy it!! I basically just threw way $15 on a pizza I was REALLY REALLY looking forward to!

Great customer service. I rarely have any problems or complaints at this location. The 2 times I have had issues with my order the manager was apologetic, and she made sure I left satisfied.

First of all, the app was not user friendly. Took me a half hour to order my meal. Then when I finally got my food the pizza dough was jelly-like and under cooked. They were skimpy on the toppings, had like 3 inches of crust. On a positive note the green peppers tasted like green peppers, but almost no meat. Also the cinnabuns tasted like they were cooked in the microwave and raw. Wish I could get my money back because i didnt even eat any of it.

Just got my delivery order and Im thrilled with the plentiful amount of toppings. The pizza I order has at least 8 different toppings, and other pizza huts in the area often do not do well with cooking it all the way through, leaving me with a doughy crust. This pizza hut always cooks my pizza to perfection. Their boneless wings are superior. Other locations Ive ordered from had thin sauces on their wings that tasted off. Im never dissatisfied with oak avenues wings.

Because I tried a new pizza that I had not tried yet. It was delicious. I tried pineapple, jalepino peppers and Ham. Its worth the price of admission!

After 14 hrs of work, we decided to get a pizza for dinner. 4 people called out of work, so the staff was short handed, cheese pizza with light pepperoni did not have any pepperoni on it and the cheese was burnt. My bacon cheeseburger pizza had extra pepperoni on it that I did not order. Ended getting my money back. Yet another bad order!

Always use Oak Ave location. Good pizzas and awesome staff! However this evening we brought home a pizza that was sooo thin I could not eat it. Of course I ate the goodie on top and the cheese crust. I’m assuming they are using a thinner crust for their cheese crust pizza than normal but unfortunately it was so tough I could not enjoy it. Years of ordering great pizza of course I will keep going back. Love the team there but tonight was awful.

YOUVE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME!!!! We love Pizza hut we order a few times a month. I kid you not EVERY TIME i order blue cheese i do not get what i pay for. I let them know a couple days ago when i ordered i NEVER get it. And just now...didnt get it. Its a small thing but as much as we spend. Id like to enjoy my wings with blue cheese. Wont be spending my money there again.

Our order was placed at 8:48 and the time given was 25-35 min. The delivery driver apparently pulled up in the drive way and allegedly honked his horn twice. He never got out of the car to actually deliver our order which totaled nearly $60.00. We did recieve a call from Coreys phone but when we tried to return his call the phone just kept going immediatly to voice mail. So his phone either died or he was declining our call. We called the store number under the assumption that the missed call with the blank voicemail was the drivers. We called back to check for delivery time around 9:30 the person who answered the phone said that our order had left at 9:08 and should be arriving anytime. So we waited a little longer and called back at 10:13 only to be informed that Corey had taken our order back to the store. Very disappointed.

carlie is one of the mangers at pizza ht let me tell how rude this guy is. i brought me lil girl up there with me and he was cursing in front of her and after they messed my whole pizza up he wouldnt make me another. he also was making rude remarks to me all because i told him my pizza was wrong i would not recommend this place at all

If i could give zero stars i would. Found a long black hair on my personal pan pizza. Do people not wear hairnets or gloves anymore?

Rude workers, terrible customer service. I get that sometimes the business gets busy, but don’t forget that you make money off your customers. This establishment needs to teach their employees more about patience & customer service because it’s clearly lacking. I was hung up on multiple times & put on hold with no one even saying “please hold”. Ended up going with Papa John’s & had a great experience.

The staff is very friendly but most times, I pay for extras, they are not on my pizza and i never get recipes for it and it adds up. Just today, I paid for extra cheese but no extras.

Something has changed in the last 6 months. Ive ordered twice and both times slices were smaller than usual. Pizza was dry even tho we can had just emailed ordered it. Very dissappointing. Drivers are always tho.

Someone called me from this number and called me awful names and cursed and threatened me. I hung up and didnt want to deal with whoever was pranking me. Then I googled and found out it was this Pizza Hut that I have not been to in over 4 years. This is childish and awful. Please do something about your employees immaturity.

Hi, My name is Duck and my family are pizza lovers!! We recently moved to Landis NC and was wanting some pizza so we called the pizza hut that is literally two miles away and they said they did not deliver to my house but they did the one right beside me .. haha funny right. so they said call Kannapolis pizza hut so I did and guess what they did not deliver to my house so I hung the phone up . two mins later they was calling the back the Kannapolis store the manager said she would bring it to me. talk about great customer service you cant ask for any better . The china grove store which is like 15 min closer then the Kannapolis store lost me as a customer for good . Thanks to the great staff at the Kannapolis store yall are amazing!!!! Thanks for the amazing pizza and wings tonight and the wonderful customer service.
