Pizza Hut in Dibba Al-Hisn

First time I try pizza hut in UAE. I am pleasantly surprised! It was delicious & fresh. Ordered boneless wings with honey mustard and bbq. So yummy and crispy! The wings are very small, much more than I thought but I would definitely order again. Tried potatoe wedges, and my husband ordered the garlic bread and supreme pizza. All were great, but the garlic bread, which was the most basic, & not flavorful, but honestly I was very happy with the meal overall. I will definitely come again.

Was a waste of my time.When I visir they are asking more than 1 hour delay. So left without purchase

Is clean and at a good spot.But, the pizza served was undercooked (likely due to a high demandand was not upto the Pizza Hut standards.

Ordered for MY BOX and was delivered after 3 hours !!!! Staffs claimed that the first time was cancelled because there were trying to call me but not answered. Haven’t received any call. At last the food arrived and it was overcooked!!! Very disappointed

It was not that crowded at 7 pm on Saturday, but later it started getting the rush. Nice and clean, except the only washroom, even used by their staff. Staff came from back door to use washroom was not wearing mask, that creates a doubt in mind about the preparation staff, who are behind the doors.

Very bad customer service, employee so rude.Food also not good and not recommended.Never come here again.

Nice place and friendly staffs and Hardees nextdoor. Also next to the waterfall fountain.

One of the worst pizza experience we had yesterday we enjoyed 6+years services from other pizzahut without any problems but yesterday it changed mr.yousaf probably a branch in-chanrge with a rude behaviour and a bad attitude doesnt know how to treat a customer. we order pizza and waiting inside to collect it. Then he came towards us and saying dont come inside we will get ur order outside as we are not allowed inside "Is he giving free to us" to wait outside to collect it i dont think this pizzahut deserves any rating -1⭐

Very bad welcoming by the staff and Mr. Yousuf the branch in charge was very unprofessional and very rude with the customers. With his character I completely hate pizza hut and will convince my friends not to go to pizza hut any more.

Went their with my family the staff is very pathetic , they dont even care if you will order a small pizza , they will delay it for no reason , and they will priortize only those who will order lot of pizza, when we asked for info they even dotn bother to assist ,, not recommended

Disappointed with standard and qualitySurprised that Pizza Hut this outlet did not have chilly flakes nor oregano nor black pepper no condiments.Chicken wings was not grilled adequate and too bland and tasteless . veges on pizza was not cooked well and quiet raw ..

Pizza Hut Khorfakkan has friendly and accommodating staff. Hawaiian pizza and potato wedges were really tasty as expected. Its location is perfect nearby #Khorfakkan beach, amphitheatre and waterfall. They do strictly follow COVID-19 pandemic health and safety protocols. Hope that they open earlier than 11:00 AM.

Its very bad services..Pizza Hut Khorfakan.. while order the menu and not understanding by order taker by language may be and given wrong menu as billed later spoken with Manager then only change and start auguieve and support his staff and Manager Mr.Mohammed also very rude and we are sad the services..

Food quality is bad. Second time i ordered from them but pizza is not properly cooked. Both time same issue. Staff is friendly and service is good.

This is really disgusting. Again and again I am facing quality issues with your Khorfakkan branch. 1. 29th July - Pizza base was not even baked to 50% as required. Replaced after waiting for 90 mins. 2. 5th August order Spicy Tandoori Paneer by paying extra, delivered without Paneer without informing me. I didnt complain. 3. 7th August ordered spicy Tandoori Paneer Box Pizza, Delivered so.etjing like Very Veggie Pizza without Paneer. Presentation was very bad. No trays in box. Potato wedges thrown all around in Box. This is really frustrating from Pizza hut.

Pizza hut is well known for its American-style pizza, but whats unique to this branch is its few outdoor tables looking directly onto the sea and cornice.

Very Bad experience,, The staff was not listening to customers and the Pizza which we received was not fully cooked. Pizza quality was not good for that branch.

I really liked Pineapple Mojito must try but too less for its cost, AED 15. I liked their Chicken Baked Pasta. The salad was ok, I dont think it was fresh in this outlet.The chicken BBQ small pizza was not good, it was only dough with few pieces of chicken.The serving lady was really nice and active. The pepperoni pizza was nice. Their pizzas are great when they are really hot. The toppings do play a major role. But the dough is good to chew in to only when it is hot.
