Food quality was good but by service point of view felt bit disappointed.

The service is very bad, we seated for around 15 minutes and no one came to take the order. Imagin the waitress named Yogesh gave us a menu with tomato sauce in it 😅 and his attitude is zero. I will never come here again. Not recommended at all

I just had a meal there, family box.The pizza taste is bad, the potato wedges are bad.I dont think it is a good place to have food there.

Its Eid third day, too much crowded and takes 1 hour and half for the order, and we receive wrong order

The place is good. Nice ambience. Its a place for a family to have a nice weekend dinner together. But its severely under-staffed. There is only person handling almost everything.

The Pizza is top notch as usual but the staff in this branch kind of aleinates the customer and needs to improve their communication skills.

Terrible experience. Ordered online at 1937 hours but for some unknown reason it wasnt ready even at 2030 hours when we reached to pick it up. Finally got it at 2050 and we had to risk breaking covid restrictions to reach back home on time. Will think twice before ordering online.

Somehow the pizza hut in oman is better than the pizza hut anywhere else on this planet. Theyve taken off the self serving salad bar now (due to the pandemic perhapsbut those goodies are there behind the counter now and are just as great as always.Thank you pizza hut for a pleasant experience every time!

After long time since covid-19 started in last Jun2020, Today 02.Nov I went to Nizwa pizza hut with my family, I was really surprised 😲 to see in unclean place like under the tables and the furniture are not clean at all, Before I ordered the food I asked the waiter to clean the table and chairs, I think it was good chance them to clean, organize, and sanitized during food take out time for the last few month, pizza hut management need to focus on this branch as it the only in the area.

I went to Pizza Hut with lot of expectations but was surprised to have worst pizza and garlic breads. There was no cheese or topping and just packed and given.Moreover the guy taking order was not wearing the gloves in this pandemic time. If you care for your family dont visit Pizza Hut.

Really these days pizza Hut not good ,worker not much care like before seams like all are changed.they always Sad ,not welcoming any body , some times not clean in dress.....pizza Sizes also become more smaller than before...why?...not happy to go pizza hut these days. Really they are losing there Name and clients.

Cool place. Visited after visiting Al hoota cave. Eat all you can salads and delicious pizzas.
