Pizza Hut in Kingsville

Ordered pizza at the counter after having some difficulties on the app and the workers were quick and efficient, although my total came out to a higher cost in-store than it would have on the app. The pizza was cooked quickly and exactly as ordered.

After four years, i decided to order a Pizza from PizzaHut. But feeling pity for you guys. First issue is when I tried to purchase pizza online.Tried purchasing by signing in/signing up/using guest user. The app is frustratingly defective. Eventually gave a call to make an order. I would recommend either deactivate the app and file bankruptcy/ or hire skilled people in your tech team. While waiting for the order, I was searching in google if PizzaHut filed bankruptcy. Turned out my assumption was correct! :| Secondly, the pizza that I ordered was super dry. Please steal some recipe from other franchises at least to make the pizza delicious. As a well-wisher I would suggest you to spend more money in your tech team (make a defect-free app), marketing team(offer deals like Dominos at leastand the better recipe (be generous). Otherwise this business will surely die. if I had couple of billions of dollars, I would have donated some to keep you alive.. However, I will stay away form PizzaHut for next few years until I hear good things. Hope your business gets better in the future. Wish you a good luck!

tables were dirty, salads werent fresh and the whole restaurant smelled like gas. got our order wrong and gave us bottled drinks since they said they had no ice. if you finish the small bottle know theyre gonna make you pay for another one. just get carry out instead of dining in, completely not worth it.

Server did an awesome job! Clean store. No soda machine or ice machine for months!! Have to buy 2 ltr or 20oz for 3x what it cost in a store. No wonder they didnt have any business.

Decided to try this places since I havent been here in a year and let me say I regret it. No ice, fountain machine is out. We had to by the bottled drinks. The only special they have I couldnt order the crust I wanted (even if Im willing to pay the upcharge). I decided to get the specialty pizza where it states any of their crust. If you get stuffed crust its an extra charge. That was fine by me. I tried Ordering a medium with my family only to be told if I want that crust I have to get the large. What the heck. It does not specify that on the menu. This place is a total rip off and not worth spending you money. Take my advice and go somewhere else.

Do not recommend dine in.Used to be a great place to eat,but now its the worst place Ive ever dine in and we were the only people there.This is the last time I will eat there.

Hit or miss. They close when they want. Today they were closed.Not a very good business practice. I think the employees are sabatoging this place. Time to clear the slate.

Ive been here many times, but recently I think the restaurant has let go. A few weeks ago we came in, and the AC and the soda machines were down. I come in today, and the AC, soda machines, the bathrooms, and TVs were all down. Not worth coming to this place anymore.

Rude employees pizza was over cooked hot drinks no ice employee was rude

One of my medium pizzas I ordered garlic parmesan sauce and they put bbq sauce instead (I cant fathom how you make that mistake). Both pizzas were semi warm, like the cheese was not melted all the way. Took almost an hour for delivery... Boneless wings are pretty good. Cheese breadsticks are not worth getting.

Im going to start out saying that this is probably not a normal situation, but it happened to me. First thing was the fountain drink machine was not working, but there were bottled sodas and tea. I guess I can live with that. Then we find out theres no ice, and this is kinda a big deal in my book. Do we have our order, and its time to run to the restroom and wash up. It turns out that the lock on the door doesnt work. 😒. The good points are that the restaurant was clean, the server was attentive and both pizzas were very good. So not all was lost. I would give it another try.

Ordered on line the family box, instead of meat lovers and Supreme I got meat lovers and cheese pizza but the bread sticks in the box were so burnt they were not edible... thank goodness I bought an extra pasta with breadsticks

If you lost your taste due to covid, let me tell you something. This pizza will definitely wake dem taste buds up.

Pizza is great as always. Manager (femaleis very rude!!!! Young guy at counter was very nice but she was rude rude rude! If you dont like your job find another one!

Manager was rude. We ordered online. Never got our order. We were with a high school football team. Four of us did not get to eat, due to our order not being ready, even after about an hour that we ordered it.

The sauce is excellent and the pan pizza was light, doughy and crispy.. absolutely perfect

Pizza was under cooked plus cold and had a funky taste. Marinara sauce was ice cold, and brownie dish was burnt. The cheese sticks were okay. Everything went in the trash and we got different food for dinner. I would not recommend your place to anyone.

Ordered a meat lovers pizza with black olives and jalapenos. The black olives and jalapenos were just placed on the pizza after it was cooked. Like they forgot to put it when they put it in the oven. They olives nd jalapenos were cold .

The friendliness upon entering the establishment, and the fast service getting out. The pizza was still nice, hot, and fresh when I got home to my family.

Online ordering great! ready on time and everything; dine-in horrible! all tables were dirty and they never took our order so finally left and ordered online, they had our food ready by the time the online ordering deal said it would be!

It was fast service. The pizzas still hot when they got here. Easy to order on the internet.

Pizza was made fresh and had great amount of toppings. Taste was delicious overall it was a great first experience at this location.

I got so sick within an hour if eating. I think the pineapples might have been bad. They had a weird taste and not like any I have previously ordered.

The best pizza since the 90s. Great service and friendly staff. Not too busy. They always make my pizza freash. Just the way I like it, hot and freash. Now they have so many selections of pizzas to choose from. Do forget your cheese bread, cinnamon sticks and pop. Everytime I come in, I get exellent customer service. Keep up the great work.

Worse experience ever today. Got delivered the wrong pizza and even the manager didn’t want to replace the pizza. Asking for the wrong pizza back as if I wanted a free pizza, which wasn’t the case at all. I gladly returned the wrong soggy pizza back! I was offended for even the accusation to be assumed/implied. When you order a certain pizza, you expect that pizza and of course want it corrected. Not to be asked by the manager if I wanted the pizza to be corrected the same day. As if they didn’t want to go through the trouble? Of course I want the right pizza remade. Why even ask. Last couple of times I have ordered I am disappointed but I keep trying again as I do like Pizza Hut but continue to be disappointed. No apologies, nothing. Definitely need to improve their customer service skills. Delivery driver was nice though. Only good thing. But so much for contactless delivery if I had to give the wrong pizza back. How covid safe is that? SMH.

Since pizza hut are popular and employees are good people to like us and us as customers that we get along as friends, or family so like I said pizza hut are popular just like other pizza restaurants that we heard of.

great service and fast delivery but for some reason this time the pizza was soggy in the middle on both, only one person had an issue.. it was my wife but i put the pizza in the over for a few minutes to cook a bit

Staff was Respectful,Courteous and definitely wore masks..First time being here and will definitely will go back..Food was Hot and delicious no complaints..Even with a c being out the staff was super nice:)

I give it a zero stars for delivery service, but I give a three star because manager was very nice and offered a replacement or refund. The two pizzas were delivered and left on my doorstep after they had obviously been dropped. Driver should have called and explained that he had dropped them instead of leaving a mess of a pizza. Thank you to the manager for the refund.

This "garden salad" is pathetic. Shredded lettuce and 3 pieces of tomato. Total waste of money.

We ordered salad and pizza but left after eating the salad. We took the pizza with us as it was way too cold in the restaurant to stay. Most of the patrons were wearing sweaters or jackets. When we asked to raise the thermostat a bit, we were told that they couldnt! We wont return. Panjos in CC is way better!!!

Food was good we come here every weekend and never have any type of problems. We always ask to change the tv channel to cartoons due to having 3 kids and they never denied today they didnt want to change because the manager wants to see the TVs on sports channel. Not all kids are interested in sports specially 3yo and under.

Ive tried and tried and tried to give this pizza hut a chance and Im almost always let down. Definition of insanity. This last time I went. There were strands of long black hair cooked into my pizza. Think about that! It was cooked under the cheese. Only reason I found out was because they got my order wrong and I was picking at it only to find hair mixed into my sauce. Yuck! Threw the whole pie away. Theyve attempted to get better over the years I give them that, but its just not up to par with the pizza hut experience you loved back in the day. Ill stick with Dominos and dare I say it little Caesars.. papaJ is not even in the conversation! Wont be returning to this pizza hut location.

We ordered online and came by when notified our food was ready, restaurant was nearly empty, 3 or 4 people working there, and still took over 20 minutes to get our pizza out. We also saw that pizzas that were being cut and boxed were burnt.

Order was 25 minutes carry out. Came and there were 6 pizzas at the end of the oven. Girl was all alone with no one to help.Pizza was burnt. Used to love this place.

Good just took about 7 mins to get our order taken, there was only two other tables in the whole place besides us. Then took thirty minutes to get our two pizzas. But the pizzas were actually good.

Worst experience I ever had. To start we get there, sit down and get two buffets. Its not til we ask if they will be putting any pepperoni pizza out when they told us no we dont do that since the buffet ends at 1:30 which we had no idea. We ended up paying 20 dollars for 2 buffets and didnt even get a chance to eat but a slice of sausage pizza and pepperoni. The waitress knew and shouldve let us know before, Instead of letting us order the buffet we wouldnt be able to enjoy. We wouldve ordered a pizza instead we ended up leaving and going somewhere else because we wouldve had to also pay for a pizza plus our previous order. Never going back again.

When I got there, there was an employee behind the register and instead of greeting me, he pointed at another employee cleaning the tables and said "shell be right with you" and continued just standing there. The employee cleaning the tables took her time and when she did acknowledge me, all she did was ask for my name. She handed me my order I had placed online and I was missing an order of wings. I had to wait about 8 to 10 min to get them and they also forgot my ranch I payed extra for. By the time I got home, my food was cold and I did not enjoy it as much.

It was a Sunday afternoon, it was rather warm outside and my family of four thought it would be a good idea to get food at the local Pizza Hut after church. We headed in to the store and every one looked at us like we were aliens. I am a middle aged white male my wife is Filipina and my kids well they are mixed. The hint of racism was in the air, it was like them old comedy shows when the color people show up and everyone stops to stair. Nothing the restaurant can help, it is a community thing. This is nothing new to me as it has happened to me and my family quite often. The waitress said to seat ourselves and we did in TV room on the far left corner as you walk in. We requested the lunch buffet and four drinks. One ice tea, one orange Fanta, one Dr Pepper and one lemonade. My family left for the buffet and they got some food. I thought it was the end of the buffet so the pizza had to be running low, so I thought. Between me and my family we made two to three rounds gathering what we thought was the end of the pizza buffet. We drank everything and were left rather high and dry. The waitresses never came by again to ask if we were ok or if we needed refills on the drinks as my son and I had literally downed ice tea and lemonade on a hot Texas afternoon. My family left with a half full belly and utter disappointment. I left no tip as the waitresses didn’t seam to care. As we left my wife and I both noticed that suddenly as we were leaving all the pizzas that we would have loved to try showed up. Was this planned to give us a bad experience so the mixed couple wouldn’t come back? I can’t make assumptions as I don’t have all the facts. However one fact is certain we were totally ignored and it rubbed me the wrong way. I am going to be hesitant to go back to this Pizza Hut until the racism stops along with the customer neglect.

The food is pretty good. Its nice and hot. Unfortunately, they only have Pepsi products. My waitress was very fast and reliable... this venue is in dire need of an air conditioning unit. My party and I were sweating the entire time we were there.

Clean, friendly service, great food! Julie, our waitress, was perfect, in spite of being shorthanded! Pizza was thin and crispy, not soggy, and not burned. Buffett was fresh and well stocked. Reminded me of the way Pizza Hut was back in the 70s. Thank you for not disappointing us!

Real updated Pizza hut and very clean.. We ordered online to pick up. The girl that helped me was professional and helped me out to perfection.. If i would of known i wouldve brought my family inside to eat instead of picking up. 👍👍

Pizza hut taste has always been the same and consistent. Some people love it and some dont. Im not going to comment on that as this one is also a standard pizza hut.Environment is cleaner than many other pizza huts that I have ever visited so far.Its not just a to-go place but a restaurant. It appears that they have salad bar and something of that sort but it was not available in the evenings.I felt, Staff is not so diligent enough to ensure customer is given all the items that he or she placed the order for. They dont smile or greet people. I think they are not passionate enough to make customers happy before they leave the place.

Service was not good. Our waiter got the order wrong and then told the manager that it was our fault. Im sorry but if you would just calm down and listen to your customers you would have heard correctly. We are snit almost done with eating and no one has offered refill. Yet they are steading talking in the back and eating the wrong order they have us. Sorry but dont think we will be coming back. And to think we drive in from corpus for this and during the facts that since we had no water no light came all this way .

They have good pizza, and a nice assortment of toppings, but their pizza can be expensive if they are not on sale. They have improved since they have been remodeled. The staff need to learn the menu, when you ask about something they say they dont know or we dont carry that, but the week before you carried it. Overall cant complain, I would go back.

Went for a kids birthday party. The employees had the nerve to sit around 25 people in the only seating area with a broken AC. They did put up three fans to blow hot air around while we ate pizza. It felt nice to go into the regular part of Pizza Hut with AC when the server forgot to bring us our beverages. We had paid up front separately for two beers and she said she would bring them by, after waiting 15 min, husband went back up and asked for the beverages. Server admitted she forgot and reached over next to her and pulled them out of the fridge. SHE COULD HAVE DONE THIS WHEN WE PAID. On the other hand the pizza was good but the service not so much.

Would have given a zero star rating if that was an option.Delivery was too late. The pizza came 1 hour and 20 min later, and thus the pizza was cold. But they did give us a bottle of coke to make it up for late delivery.The pan pizza was good but the thin crust pizza wasnt crunchy enough for me.
