Im sorry but Ive tried to call 3 times and there was no answer

The 12 hot wing were definitely good. But not worth $25The pizza on the other hand was absolute BS. It was soggy. I cannot find the words to describe how bad the pizza was. Soggy is an understatement. When I picked up a slice of pizza all the toppings slid right off. And the stuffed crust was under cooked. I paid a total of $59.00 for 12 wings and one large pizza. I honestly feel ripped off.

Just had a pizza delivered and it tasted like it was cooked yesterday. Ended up throwing it away after once slice. Very disappointed and a waste of money. Terrible experience.

Idk who made our pizza tonight, but it was like we pulled it out of the 90s ninja turtle cartoon. The cheese was dripping off the side, it was freaking perfect!!! Chefs kiss 🖤🧡

Overpriced with lower quality of pizza,very less toppings including chicken,also the sauce was given separately in cups as dipping,was not spreaded in pizza

Online ordering is weird now, menu has changed, I wanted a regular Hawaiian pizza and ended up with something that I didnt like, the online menu seems to be inaccessible unless you are actually ordering so you cant browse first, was a pain, so I called the listed phone number and basically ended up with a call center in India I suspect

Like I have said many times before on other reviews, they need to be local. When I call someone to order a pizza in our small city, we should have the right to speak to someone locally, at the store that I am calling. I like their pizzas, the people that work there are local but why is it that they cannot answer a phone and take an order. Its taking jobs out of our city.

Probably the worst pizza Ive ever had. Ordered from this location a while ago and it was at least edible. Pretty bad when your cheese sticks taste better than the pizza! Weak pepperoni, sour cheese, bland marinara, and crust birds wont eat. Nevermind again.

Our Pizzas were delicious and my date had enjoyed the waitstaffs attention to us, not neglectful nor did they hover.

Pizza sauce tasted funny. The food was too salty. The ham was sliced in rectangle not round.

My pizza order was missing ingredients that I requested. Pizza was not warm enough by the time it was delivered. I would like credit for this order on my account. I paid cash for my order on 1/23/2022

I had a previous experience with a burnt pizza, but I am very pleased to let you know that the pizza I got tonight was very good and totally a far better quality than the prior one! I hope you pass this on to management, because I always like to pass on a compliment instead of a disappointment!

Ordered Pizza and wings for the grandkids and I for lunch. Order arrived very fast … we were amazed..Everything was good, but the beef on the pizza tasted bad .. which made the whole pizza taste awful.. maybe someone should check the date on the meat..

The order arrived promptly, was still warm and tasted fantastic! The driver was courteous and helpful. I love all of your pizzas, but would love to have the taco pizza back.

Both pizzas we ordered had missing toppings. Asked for light sauce and it almost seemed as if there was extra sauce. This has happened the last two times we have ordered pizza. We use to love doing pizza from this location at least once a month if not twice. However we have been pretty disappointed the last few times.

Horrible service. The server was rude and actually asked us if we paid and left a tip. We later asked to speak to the restaurant manager. The kid who came out looked completely stoned, and his eyes were red. He couldnt even hold a conversation. Ill never be going there again.

Its been a long time but I had my favorite the sausage and onion with the regular crust and it was delicious another feature theyve added is cinnabon and I cant tell you how much I love them and they have the many ones and they are fabulous gut bombers but fabulous my server was very polite and got things done very expeditiously

Tried to order a pizza online. Process took 10 minutes and then the website wouldnt run my order and come to find out they ran it FIVE TIMES and then refunded me everytime so my bank thought something was up. Called to place my order instead. Some call center picks up, didnt know they do that, and I cant understand the guy. Takes another 10 minutes to place my order and then they told me they cant run my card and to please hold. I gold for like 6 minutes and then some girl amsweres and asks what I need. I told her I was on the phone placing an order and got put on hold. She said yes sorry that was the call center. But Id be happy to re take your ordering start my order and she asks me to repeat it all cause she cant hear. I hung up. 2 strikes in a row trying to get pizza tonight

After having a horrible experience at Godfather’s Pizza last night (even with their open signs on and their hours being until 10:00pm they dismissed us at 8:50pm and said they were closedhere in Helena my sons and I left and drove here. There were two young gentlemen working and both were very professional and kind. Our server went out of his way to find me two small cups since they were only selling 20oz bottles of soda and I didn’t want my boys (ages 3 & 8having a full 20oz soda. He delivered us hot and delicious pizza. My 8 year old said the pizza was way better than our own local Pizza Hut in Wyoming. He was very attentive and kind. Thank you for giving my boys and I a great experience after completing our 9.5 hour drive last night! Please know your kindness and professionalism were noticed and appreciated.

Take the time to get my order correct. Especailly when you charge so much for sauces. I ordered three blue cheeses....you gave me buffalo sauce.....ordered 2 extra marinara sauces got nothing. Thats close to 15$ i got ripped off on sauces. Thats pretty messed up. Sad part is it happens all the time

Well, never had a bad experience here until today. Safe to say we wont be back. Very poor service, never got utensils, once the food was brought out, no one checked back, only one menu for the while restaurant and no fountain drinks or tea. And the most cringey part, after spending about 7 full minutes paying inside at the desk, the server(?)/hostess literally walked out to our car to ask if we paid and left a tip. The pizza and wings were good, but we left that visit saying YIKES, never again.

I had trouble with the website while ordering. I had to login twice. Pizza was good but the extra sauce was a bit thin.

Before ordering a pizza from these guys, youll be better off getting from dominos!I love across the street and ordered a pizza for delivery. Double the mushrooms specialty pizza.When it was delivered, it was cold and no mushrooms. Medium pizza $32. What a joke.First and last time customer.

Really sad,Ive been going to pizza huts for atleast 30 years and that was a really bad experience, management should be ashamed, how do you run out of catchup and serve that poor quality food. Only reason you got a second star was because of the poor guy behind the counter was trying really hard by himself.

The only priblem was there was a piece of a plastic bag on one of the pieces of pizza. No one hurt. Approx. 1 1/2 inch in dize so was seen.i do have it if you want a pic of it. Other than that i have always been satisfied. Will continue to order from there

Im a OTR driver and had a pizza delivered to my locationLady who took order said it be 80 minutes to deliverI placed my order at 7:05 and pizza was here at 8:10It was made correctly only problem was it was made at 7:05 and sat in there window till it was delivered and pizza was coldI was only 5 miles from store locationStore needs to let drivers catch up before making more orders

As a former delivery driver for Pizza Hut, I love the taste of the pizza and with the option for a soda, it makes it a sweet deal. Too bad the sandwiches are discontinued.

Good food but very poor service. Lady seemed pretty upset she had to go back inside because part of my order was missing.

The customer service is way better than other pizza places, but the pizzas just arent good anymore and the wait for delivery is ridiculous. Youd be better off just getting a frozen pizza theres not much difference. So sad theres not a good pizza delivery in Helena I love pizza.

I called and wasnt put through to a real person for 5 minutes. Once I was, he messed up my order 3 times on the phone! All I wanted was a taco pizza! Then it switched to the hold music and after 4 more minutes he didnt come back. I called the other location, they answered and then that call was lost also!🤬

Great service delivery times are a little long but mine came earlier than expected so I was super happy about that the people have been safe with the covid-19 theyre very respectful and decent when they deliver and the food is always good

Exceptional customer service! A young gentleman caught our phone order before paying and granted us the coupon that was over looked! Saved us $8.00, he was an awesome employee and it was greatly appreciated!

Ordered online with a 50% off email coupon. It took 3 tries to get it to work. We ordered carryout and it was ready when requested. The flavor was delicious except for the doughy crust on the pizza with a hand tossed crust. 2 large pizzas for around $22 total was a good deal.

We had a great dinner for my birthday! Service was efficient and courteous. Food was great! Havent been to Pizza Hut in over 6 months so it was a welcomed change from cooking and dishes!

Came here 2 years ago. Food and service was good but the restaurant is extremely cold. Not comfortable.We came back last week, again extremely cold so we walked out. Obviously they dont care about customer comfort.Went to Mackenzie River Pizza

Horrible customer service. Walked by me over 10 times without greeting me or telling me they would be right with me. Quoted me 25 - 30 minutes and was there over 45, then they forgot my wings and I came back to get them and was ignored yet again. Asked to speak with a manager and was told to have a good night. Ended up calling to speak with the manager I requested and manager was AMAZING!! He was upset with the service I had received and will be talking with the two horrible servers I had to deal with tonight!!

Waitress was wonderful! However, I wish I could say the same for the food. The honey bbq bone out wings barely had any sauce and seemed dried out. The salad bar wasnt very appetizing in appearance, carrot sticks were so dried out they had cracks all over them, lettuce was wilted, cucumber slices looked very old (darker green inside and slimey, NOT FRESH AT ALL). One of the worst salad bars Ive ever seen!Prices just keep climbing. Will think twice before coming back here in the future.

I like the lunch Buffett. Good price. Just wish they had a vegan cheese option. Their salad bar has gotten worse. Took away most the fresh veggies so you are just left with iceberg, puddings, cheeses, and bean salad. The pizza on the buffet was so old it was cold. I love pizza hut so this is disappointing.

Called take out to our hotel room. Very good pizza and more condiments than you could shake a stick at. Love my red peppers and cheese. Very fast service and the delivery was very nice. Good hot pizza!

Service for pick up prepaid order was great. The user was ready right on time, pizza was great and cost, given specials and a discount ticket stub, turned out to be a pleasant surprise. Most certainly will visit again.

Pizza order was taken in person, reiterated twice, still wrong. Stuffed crust was ok, the rest of the crust was limp and thin, the toppings folded it and there werent that many. Not the first time they have disappointed me, but not again.

My card was charged twice from an online order and Amanda called me approximately 1 minute later and told me what happened. She asked if I wanted two orders and refunded my card immediately when I said no. I’ve never gotten anything that looks like the menu picture and these guys may not be perfect but are always willing to make it right! Way to go!

I normally dont give five stars to corporate big name restaurants BUT my experience tonight warrants it. I had wings that were more meat than bone for once. Also they were cooked and sauced to perfection. The pizza was done just the same. I had a good time visiting instead of wondering what the heck we just paid for! Our hostess Alexandra was on point and friendly. Thats such a rarity anymore! Over all GREAT job Pizza Hut and I will be back soon :)

We went last week. Slow service and the place was not busy. Had to ask for refills. We all ordered at the same time yet my husbands food came out ten minutes after rest of us were served and it was cold. Server did not get a good tip. She never ask how the food was or offer another ice tea or coffee refill after the first one we ask for.

This used to be my favorite pizza. Last five times Ive eaten there the crust was completely soggy. Even when giving explicit instructions to please overcook on my take out, the crust was stuck to the Box because it was so undercooked. Inedible and disgusting. Do not recommend

To be honest, I am not much of a Pizza Hut fan as I prefer pizzaria style pizza, but the service was excellent. I stopped here from out of town with family. We all had the buffet. Everything was hot, fresh, and regularly rotated. For Pizza Hut my expectations were exceeded.

Stopped in for a quick lunch buffet when they were slammed busy last week. They handled the customers professionally and courteously. The buffet always had pizza and the dining rooms were kept relatively clean. Dont let the full parking lot scare you. ;)

Almost great service and the pizza is always tasty
