200 C. Fortaleza, San Juan, 00901, Puerto Rico, San Juan
Family-friendly chain known for its made-to-order pizzas.
Well pizza was fine but didnt have all the main land specials
Service was great. The staff was very prompt and helpful. Attentive & kind. The food was freshly prepared as well. Fairly priced, good portions which tastes amazing.
Almost no dressing for salads available.took too long to take orders, and to receive food and drink. No place setting _ silverware. Had to keep asking for something.
Great pizza and very helpful crew, even right in the middle of SanSe!
Buena comida y trato pero... no tienen orden para atender a las personas
Great pizza
Our waiter was very prompt friendly courteous and even suggested how we could save money by purchasing to dishes versus one.
They need to remodel this place.
Very acid sauce pizza
I Love this Place in san juan PUERTO Rico.
Nice staff
Nice
Waitress was kind and helpful, our wait for food was short and the food was delicious.
great for groups great staff
memories
Tastes like Pizza Hut, service a little slow, which is common in Viejo San Juan
Excellent service👍
Good as always. I work in Old San Juan and at least once a month I go there. Service its excellent also.
Good pizza.
Cool
Pizza was a bit bland but had a nice amount of cheese and toppings. No salad bar and not very pizza hut like. Waitress tried hard and was attentive.
Clean bath rooms and good service
Horrible service
I like it.
Great Pizza. Friendly Staff.
Service was good, great pizza.
Never been too much of a pizza hut fan but for pizza hut in old san juan, it does the job.
I walked into the Old San Juan location after a long, hot day of touring. I expressed I wanted to dine in and a young lady walked me to the rear of the restaurant. The rest of the guests were in front. I waited patiently. No one came to take my order. I went to the front counter to just place a “to go” order at this point. I was harshly asked by a different lady at the counter is this to go? She was down right nasty! She actually called another person to the counter even though I was there first. The actions of the staff were disappointing and deliberate. They acted as if they had never served a patron with brown skin before! I order from Pizza Hut often at home, but this experience has truly made me question my loyalty.
Love it
Deliciouso
Old place, nice food
Its pizza Hut, so it wasnt anything spectacular
This pizza hut served us pizza faster than i thought possible. And it was the best pizza we have eaten (american stylesense we have been in puerto rico
Good but had to wait way to much
Waitress need too be more persuasive.
Poor service. Not as clean as you expect. Everything else as a common Pizza Hut.
Love food
Excellent and tasty pizza! It was fresh and with lots of amount of ingredients. Will definitely come back!
The hours are short but in line with the rest of the businesses in the area. We had a family meal deal which was a pretty good value considering we were in such a touristy area. Although its in a tourist area, we ordered and were served in Spanish. We would eat there again when we are in the area.
Messy and dirty
Place is filthy and disorganized. Employees are rude and unnatentive and prices are much higher than regular pizza huts everywhere else. Plus they only have one bathroom to be used by either male/female patrons.
The food was really good.
Quality and price was identical to other locations. Not very appealing to the eye and not very clean.
Love that pizza and the good deals!
Polite staff. Pizza quality and taste decent
We were waiting to be seated and seemed to be completely ignored by the staff. Another man who seemed to be a friend of an employee was immediately greeted when they saw he walked in the door behind us.Eventually, we just left without ever being acknowledged and walked to a local pizza shop down the road.
Great place for eating in family.
Old San Juan
had Lasagna and a perfectly served hot cookie a la mode. too good.
Pretty much what youd get at any regular pizza hut. The "La Focaccia" a block or two away has better pizza, but this place beats it on being a real sit-down restaurant. The ridiculously cheese-heavy pizza is actually just what you might want if youre famished and in the mood for comfort food after a day of swimming, snorkeling, or walking all around. Otherwise, Id avoid it.
