They told me it would be 40 minutes it took an hour and a half, when i called the lady on the phone was rude and hung up. I don’t recommend pizza hut stick with domino’s!
Filthy and just absolutely DISGUSTING!I LITERALLY HAD A FLY COOKED IN MY PASTA!!!!!!!! DID YALL JUST NOT CARE OR DID YOU THINK IT WAS GONNA GO UNNOTICED?! I WOULD NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN!

The pizza was cold and hard in the middle I couldnt even bite it I was hungry so I ate it but was not happy at all

When I ordered online it never did give me an option how to cut the pizza but the first time I didnt have an issue. But the manager just cut it somemore . Problem solved. She was so nice

We ordered 3 pizzas from here and was not very happy with them they were burnt and over cooked very hard. I was very disappointed in the way they made our pizzas.
I would recommend anyone to this pizza hut on 50th Street. Everytime I purchase some pizzas or whatever, I get the ultimate service and the food is hot and taste great.

Will never eat at this location again was told they do not serve a certain item after 4pm every other location serves it after 4 also charged for ranch never in my life have I been charged for ranch.
I used to love pizza hut, but lately, they have been stingy on the garlic sauce on my boneless chicken wings and the original pan crust was dry. I hope this was just a fluke and not their new way of doing things.

Delivery was quick, but its hard as a rock. Could literally break a plate with how hard it is. For the amount they charge, youd think it would at least be edible.
Fast and friendly. My family had just come from my young sons memorial, we needed more food. They were ready when they said they would be.
We are VERY disappointed we ordered 2 French Fries for my grandson and we received 16 French Fries in one container. We called back to let them know they were very RUDE and said that was TWO orders. DO NOT plan on ordering Pizza or anything else from here EVER again.

Every single time I order from Pizza Hut on 50th my order is ALWAYS WRONG! I call the manager and all I ever get at excuses. Tonight I order 4 large pizzas and get 2 large 2 medium because they had no large boxes. Still charges me for 4 larges and now you cant get anyone on the phone. You call the corporate office and never get a call back!
We ordered online for pickup the Triple Reward Box at the Pizza Hut on 3001 50th St in Lubbock, TX. Both medium pizzas were way overcooked and so was the cheesy bread. I was very disappointed when I got home and grabbed my first slice of pizza. The thin and crusty was just that- way too crusty as it was way overcooked almost to the point of being burnt on the bottom. The thick crust pizza was only marginally better. How can you make this right? Email a coupon so we can try a second time to see if they can do a better job. As it stands now, I will not be visiting this particular Pizza Hut again. BTW, the Cinabons were cooked correctly and we enjoyed those. Sincerely submitted J. Allen
America gets moved by 18 wheelers. We do our job proudly to unsure the needs of Americans are met! Yet I called and asked for a delivery I was told they don’t deliver to truck drivers. I will never order from Pizza Hut ever again!
Food was past expected delivery time (3:15didn’t get it till (3:40when I finally got my pizza this is what I received. driver told me he would call it in to get it remade! I had to call it in myself!!! Was waiting on line for about 10mins and was told they only have one driver. now we have to wait for the one driver to get done with the rest of his deliveries before we can get the remade pizza!!!!
Pizza Hut is a consistently great choice for a yummy dinner! We love their food. The Detroit style is a hit in this house. Wish it was a permanent option on the menu!
Pizza was dry like they didnt bother with the sauce..... But then again I was given marinara water with my bread sticks. Its a shame that they wanna charge you extra for a sauce that they completely water down to a point that it barely had any flavore at all.
The lady at the drive up window was GREAT . They made my pizza perfect .Very light on the sauce. VERY GOOD all around. Thank you
The delivery drivers rarely, if ever, call/text upon arrival as requested (I do this to avoid alerting my dogs to someone at the door). Also, my pizza arrived folded over and lumped in the corned of the box when I opened it. When spending $31 on a single pizza, including tip, I expect far better service and quality.
App stated 915 delivery time. 939 called store. Was told I can pick it up since wait was 1 1/2 hours. Food was already cold when arrived to store. They insisted that they had to have me pay for it again and that the order would be credited in 3 to 4 business days.At this point I am done with the hut. I will remove this bad review when the void goes though. App uninstalled as of this date do not recommend
The food was great and prepared in a timely manner.Our server was kind and respectful, always vigilant to our needs and desires. Made us feel comfortable and genuinely cared for.The facility was clean and well kept, including the bathrooms. Staff also maintained COVID-19 standards of glove and face-mask usage as well as maintaining a distance when at all possible.
Tried their 3 toppings large pizza for $10. I was not impressed with the amount of toppings. If they offer specials, they should make them special. It didnt look like the add on TV. Ill give them another try. I ordered on line as required.
Im only giving this store 3 stars because Ive never had an issue with it before tonight. My issue is still not with the store but with the manager (KC). She got my order wrong, I order spicy garlic and got garlic parmesean. When I called she said "I dont know what to tell you I know I made them right"They literally have a garlic parmesean sticker and parmesean flakes on them. It actually looks like she made them parmesean and then added the garlic but whatever.I ordered from this store regularly so for her to be that rude and not own up to her mistake warrants this review. I hope pizza hut knows that this "manager" is costing it patrons.
The pizza here is delicious! The marinara sauce gives it that unique taste. Cheesy stuffed crust is the best. My pizza came out steaming! And it was freezing outside haha. Fast and friendly drive-thru service too. 5 stars well deserved.
Horrible customer service. I ordered my pizza. an hour later still no pizza. talked to manager then it just got ridiculous. Never got our food. The manager just argued with me. She said my order was never there. Yet I have the confirmation email. But ok. It seems like good customer service is a thing of the past. This was not the first time I received bad service. But it will definitely be my last I will take our money somewhere else.
Lady who took our order was nice. Thats all I can say. Our pizza had barely any cheese on it... $11.91 for what was supposed to be a 3-topping pizza... but extra cheese cant be used for your topping.. then when we get this it dont even have the amount of cheese thats supposed to come on it!! I would know, I used to work for Pizza Hut. Then the girl @ the window didnt even want to give our receipt. Had to loop around to go back to get it! 😐 I wouldve put the photo because YES I TOOK ONE.. however I guess they made it where we cannot upload photos.. bullcrap
Horrible..we love pizza night but our experience tonight totally changed our minds. The service was awful, we couldnt find a our waiter to save our lives we had to get up to get our own silverware and napkins, we had to get up ever time we needed refills we had to even get up to get our own to go box. Not to mention the pizza.. we ordered two large pizzas which looked like personal pan pizzas on a bed of bread.
Normally the pizzas from here are out of this world great! but last night I ordered close to closing time by phone the app always says they are closed if its after 11PM and we wont let you place an order. I ordered a large 3 tooping they gave 2 mediums that was ok, toppings were a good amount as well as cheese but the crust was soggy they both had actual standing water on the top in the center of the pizza. Super disappointed 😞. Id rather hear sorry were fixing to close, than receive anything like this again. The staff is always amazing! Super great customer service
Placed my order with the Pizza Hut app. Extra Italian Sausage, extra pepperoni & light sauce. Pick it up there isn’t any sauce & no extra anything. Speak with the “manager” on duty & she tells me it doesn’t say extra anything in the system but we can clearly see it on my Orders. She didn’t even offer to fix me another pizza. This 1 clearly doesn’t care about customer service or giving the customer what they paid for!
Food was decently priced. Took quite a bit to receive my order even when dining in. The guy was super polite however, he spoke really quickly so it was hard to understand him. Seemed like he was in a rush. Overall, the place was clean. Id honestly recommend just ordering on the app and carrying out or having it for delivery.
Came during lunch buffet hours. Time was 1145. Came upon 3 trays of pizzas that had about 4 slices of each. Thats not even the bad part. Pizza looked like it has been sitting in the buffet for over an hour. I sat down eating a salad thinking they were about to put fresh pizzas out since noon was only 15 minutes away. Still no fresh pizza. It was slim picking. But the employees did have time to stand in front and talk and eat fresh pizza. I like pizza hut pizza, but this location needs new employees. A "fresh" start
Barbi is the best! (She is the sweet older lady at the front)- she took care of my family! She was informed, as prompt as possible, and helped us out so much! The kitchen staff wasnt so great, however... it wasnt very busy, and yet they couldnt seem to get our order correct! But Barbi made it all worthwhile! (3 stars for the food. 5 stars for Barbi!)
It’s honestly the worst Pizza Hut I’ve ever had! First off I called about 15 minutes after I ordered to see if they started making my pizza so I could edit my order, then the lady told me my order had already been made and was ready for delivery. So an hour after I placed my order it gets delivered and the food is cold as if they actually did have it made that early. I don’t know about you but I don’t think old pizza is worth the price of delivery.Update: Ordered again just to give them another chance and they forgot onions didn’t distribute toppings at all. Also, the driver seemed to be miserable.
VERY DISAPPOINTED! Ive been a customer at this specific location for sometime now, dined inn, carried out, and God knows how many deliveries, I Love Pizza! However Ive always enjoyed myself while receiving such great service at this location. At least Until today! Starting yesterday July 23rd my pizza arrived two minutes from being cold, the wait time was 10-15 over scheduled time. The driver had 0 customer service skills, not to mention he failed to bring any cheese packs or pepper and showed no emotions to even care. Today was strike 2! July 24th, Actually Funny but not but I had just left a survey concerning yesterdays issues just prior to ordering today. In hopes to give a heads up, jokingly ending that the 23rd was just a bad day fingers crossed I hope. VERY WRONG! The order was wrong, the driver again terrible, and when calling for a manager (JanieShe was sarcastically rude, incorrect, and stated there was nothing she could do to make my situation correct. She assured me I was the reason my pizza was delivered with the wrong topping because I ordered online, But I dont eat cheese pizza never have, check my history. Also Stating she will have a good talk with her drivers for not caring any packets. Suddenly back peddled (Janiesaid if I could return the wrong pizza untouched, shed make pizza I actually paid for. So yea I took a bite while arguing how Janie cant handle an escalation correct. After changing her Reason three times to why she cant make two days of bad service right for a loyal conserned customer, by just giving a remake, or offering a coupon, soda something... Some cheese packs for sakes. Be a manager who loves her job and customers happiness, any good service attempt. But Anyway just shocked! I do hope pizza hut gets it together before such an uncaring under trained leader leads in such a away. She lost my business. Good Luck! 🤔
I have ordered from this Pizza Hut multiple times over the years. Each one of my orders have taken 30-45 minutes to deliver. Absolutely understandable. Tonight I had the pleasure of speaking with Janie the on duty manager after not receiving word that our pizza was not coming after an hour and a half. I did not receive a call to let me know. I had to call the store and get the run around when inquiring about my food. Janie offered a quick remake and delivery. Perfect. Only it did not show up promptly or even within reasonable time. Another hour passes by. This is by far the worst service I have ever received from any Pizza Hut.
The worst service no one greeted us and when she did she was rude. We came in for the buffet and the pizza was cold as if it was sitting out for a while. We waited almost 45 min for fresh pizza and only 2 were brought out. It smelled bad in the building looked so dirty. And the workers looked dirty as well. The salad bar was disgusting and also didnt have much on it. Over all we can say it was horrible please look into new management and a thorough cleaning.
Pizza was trash and KK da night manager is rude as hell... she told me over da phone " I can b ride if u want me too" but when I got there to get my money back she was NOT present!!! Barbi helped out so much!!! I will not b eating there EVER again!!!
I had my husband pick us up 3 items off the 5 dollar menu. The wings were not an equal size and the pizza was semi hard. It dont matter what time we want our food,it should be cooked with love and be fresh....
Never had an issue until today. They took longer than usual to deliver, on top of that the delivery driver was extremely rude to my wife because he was at the wrong address. I asked their GM if they honored their 30 minutes or free policy and she flat out ignored the whole policy and said it didn’t exist instead of simply telling me she didn’t honor it. Also the delivery driver lied about being at the wrong address when I noticed his manager. All in all that ruined it for me and is extremely frustrating. I’d recommend somewhere else.
