Pizzas here becomes very oily like its not baked but fried. I also dont like the taste of the filling. And it doesnt cost the amount I paid. Not going to buy this brand anymore

Very poor behaviour of the staff . Especially manager named Mohammed saido.. even he refused to give the tray stating there is no cleaner available in mall while all other were giving food in trays to the customers..& the cleaners were available in food court for cleaning . Not at all recommended..

Though the dough they use is the worst of allpizza chains i have eaten at , there is something about this place that brings in the nostalgia. Overall not a bad place for cheap pizzas with bad dough base.

I had the worst experience with the order I did last night...I ordered My Box and the pizza I added was Chicken Fatija, it was just for the name "Chicken" when hardly there was any chicken on the pizza and they served the corner side of the pizza hardly I could find any other topping , It was all just the cheese & there were hardly two peices of chicken , i added 4 chicken wings & barbeque rolls in the picture they show its 4 peices but when i got the order it was just 2 ....they literaly scam us with the pictures they use for their promotion...we pay the money no matter big amount or small amount just so we can satisfy our craving , but you serve us with the worst .....My Box looked really empty and the pizza was not even fresh .....never ordering it from here any more just wasted my money last night I couldve ordered something else....

As I am a customer I like to have good pizza in pizza hut but today 9:32 I went pizza hut i waited like 4 to 5 min no one was in the cash area very bad impression in pizza hurt and the Philippines girl name starts from E in name badge she ask me i just want to give order but she refused she replied me she need to catch bus so she dont want to take order even i told her 10 You are going to close but she refused to take order and bad body language, totally disappointed with pizza hut staff.

Wonderful place for family hangout. With ample seating. Good food. But need to wait for some time. May be because of weekend. Ordered pepsi without ice but staff gave with ice, when asked she replaced it. Good staff and behaviour.

One of the many Pizza Hut branches in Al Ain City. Conveniently located at the Al Ain Mall Second floor food court. They have most of the items but they do not have a salad bar but rather serve you chilled ready made salads when you order one which doesnt give you the choice of selecting what you actually want. Its very clean and staff are quick.
