Pizza Delight in Stephenville

Ordered online and got a time for pickup. Food was 20 mins late. Garlic fingers were good but pizza was just OK as it was lacking on the cheese and the crust didnt feel like it was cooked like normal.Heard the phone ring and no one picked it up and staff walked right by.

Best cauliflower crusted pizza around. Cameron is a wonderful server, very polite and speedy!!

Food and service was good but a little slow considering it was busy atvthe time. But good overall.

Was a very nice place food was good.

My wife, daughter and I had lunch here today. The food was fresh and delicious, and the waitress was friendly and did her job well. We had a great meal here.

Recently I have gone and waited 1hr 15mins for our order. The place was not busy. Had waffle fries that were not cooked and tasted awful. Another person had a salad that was also not very pleasant. Staff shortage could be the problem. Who knows...

Pizza Delight in Stephenville is...delightful! The staff are professional and friendly and the food was fresh, hot and delicious! We will definitely go there again!!

the food here was MMMMMMM BUSSIN!!! we couldn’t stop talking about how good it was. hope the people next to us weren’t annoyed! LOL! hope the chef never leaves, and the service was awesome. sorry about the clogged toilet!

Servers did not ware masks over their nose even though masks are mandatory.

It was lovely. Delicious food, good service. Unless your going to eat early I would suggest making a reservation especially for Friday or a Saturday night because it got really busy when we were there.

We just placed an order here. Taylor, the one who took the order was very ignorant for the short 1min conversation & interrupting me constantly every time I tried telling her what we wanted and toppings to remove. You work with the public, if you cannot communicate in a professional manner than you shouldn’t be working within the service industry.Hopefully the food is better than her attitude.

Good as corporate pizza gets. Dont bother with calling at suooer especially on weekends as they likely wont answer the phone and if they do...plan on a 45-60 minute wait. Better then Dominoes after their quality declined greatly (other pizza venue in town).

double charged me for delivery, made me pay for drinks which they didnt give me. worst custom service ive ever seen.

Ive never had a bad experience here, until the last time I was theres few weeks ago. The waitress was awesome but the pizza and garlic fingers came out barely cooked. The toppings were raw and so was the dough on top of the pizza. Neither the pizza or garlic fingers had any bit of crunch. Was visiting home from Ontario and was so excited to go to pizza delight but was disappointed.

Everytime i call noone picks up the phone have to call multiple times ,always a mess around eating from pizza delight stephenville

Good food, went for the afternoon buffet. Donair pizza really taste. They had pizza, garlic cheese bread, dessert pizza, lasagne, spaghetti, Asian noodle, chicken soup, sweet pasta salad my favorite!, caesar salad, and more. Over all good place to go. Only cost 12.99$ /person

The staff were quite ignorant and were not in sight to help anyone and poke fun at there customers after thay leave. thay take pitchers of ther job and put it on Facebook and complain about ther job

Poor service waited over half hour just to get drinks after taking the order twice and did not take order correctly

Ate here many times...good menu and great staff except today...server acted like it was an inconveinance...will be reflected in the tip...bad attitude = nil top. Only people person should be servers .

Always good food always good taste great service

I shared chicken fingers at pizza delight with a friend. Taking the second piece. I noticed string in it. The strings were hairs that formed a net. Upon telling the waitress, her reply was, “It happens!” And smugly walked away. Haven’t been able to eat pizza or anything similar since.

I have recieved really undercooked pizza on more than one occasion but generally pretty good food with great customer service

So me and my family just went to eat here ordered the food took 45 mins to get the food,and than the food wasnt even warm and the fries werent even cooked ,the waitress didnt check up to see if we needed refills and even on top of that the waitress put the order in wrong and over charged us ,and didnt want to fix the bill and calming it customer error . Im not the one that wrote out the order. Not happy with service.

We had a beautiful buffet, Services was great and enjoyed the environmental atmosphere.

Wow! Food was fresh! Service was excellent! Had a donair. Best donair ever. Juicy spicy meat (not dry). Perfect crust! We were not sure we should go, but good mive! We will be back! :-)

Food came out quick and hot and as ordered. Service was great too.

Its a hit or miss, sometimes food is good, sometimes its bad, sometimes service is good sometimes service is bad. Biggest disappointment is that they removed the garlic bread stand.

We came in together with a group. Our table had a different waitress than the remainder of our group. Orders were taken approximately the same time and one member of our table shared a pizza with the other table. The other table had their order at least half an hour and had finished eating before I went to search for our waitress ( who hadnt been back to check on us or apologize.When she finally came down, she explained how our order went in late after a bunch of takeout orders and that the oven Is small and the arent used to large groups. ( but never actually apologized or offered a discount We often eat and enjoy our local pizza delight but have never experienced such poor customer service in any restaurant before :(

They have some good food there .. and the staff are so nice , I love going there ....😃
