Pizza Degree in Waterville

We went for lunch one Saturday just after noon. There was no one else there and we thought it was kind of odd, but maybe they had just opened. We ordered our pizza, the wait was short, and the staff were friendly. My margherita pizza was really soggy and so was my husbands bbq pizza. The flavor was good, but not excellent. We were there until almost 1pm and we were the only customers. It was weird. We probably wont be back for mediocre pizza.

If I could give negative stars I would! First the crust was burnt. And I mean black, then the cheese was so oily I nearly barfed. What a waste of $22. I want a refund. 🤢🤮

They make awesome thin crust pizza and the two gentlemen where very polite. Definitely a come back to this place when we come home to Maine again . We are from Florida now and come for a month in July.💕🙂

I usually like this place and haven’t been in a little while. After today’s experience I remember why I don’t go here anymore. The one guy that was working today was extremely nice. But was in over his head with everything. 30 minutes to even get asked what we would like because he was alone was pretty excessive. Of course I don’t blame him because he was alone and very polite. We decided to wait as it was a friend of ours first time there. Bad idea. If I didn’t feel so bad for the one guy working I probably would have just walked out. I more then likely will not be back to this or any other location again.

Great healthy choices on the menu, prices are a bit high, but worth it. Recommended for a nice time out.

Truly disappointing service along with a very off putting order from the girl who made our pizza. Also ordered a margarita pizza, came without basil....literally one of the 3 ingredients for a margarita pizza. We brought it up to her and she said shed go cut some for us and simply disappeared never to be seen again (waiting until our pizza was cold). Food is pretty tasty, just expect bad service and for the order to not be correct.

Average pizza at best. Pizza was extremely thin and soggy. My local house of pizza is way better. Staff was very good and friendly though.

Horrible service. Over priced food for what you get. And the food was disgusting. Worst experience dining out in a long time.

The food tasted good but the panini was just 2 slices of bread from a loaf in a bag. It tasted good but not worth $9. Some family had pizza and that was good also.

We just left Pizza Degree in Waterville. It was the first time there. It was one of the best pizzas we’ve had in a long time. I love the roasted garlic cloves. The place was clean and the guys were very nice. We do not live close but will definitely be back when passing through. Thanks for a great pizza. Bev Clark Portage Maine

I’ve visited about once a month for a year. The pizza is simply the best in Waterville, hands down. Add to this the incredible price and it’s hard to imagine going anywhere else. The place is kept clean and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Fast hot delicious pizza.

Individual size pizza choose what you want can feed two no promblem

Really enjoy this place really fast and good pizza. Wish they would offer more drink choices outside of soda.. something like ice tea but their milk shakes are really good

We went in with our 2 grandchildren. We had not visited before and will not go back. We ordered 2 pizzas and 4 milkshakes. The pizzas were not very good and the milkshakes did not arrive until we were almost done eating the pizza. Had it been carryout, the pizzas would have been cold before we left the store.

By far the worst pizza Ive ever had hands down. The sauce was so watered down it hardly tasted like pizza. The cheese and toppings fell right off the pizza on every slice we picked up. Even the fountain drinks tasted watered down. I rarely leave bad reviews but the pizza was that bad.

My first time here was last week, I had gotten mixed reviews, but wanted to try it for myself. I ordered the vodka degree pizza and an uncle Allens milkshake. While the milkshake was pretty tasty ( I couldnt figure out- was it coffee grounds or espresso powder?), the pizza was totally bland, and could have definitely been cooked a little longer, which made me very sad! Staff was great- and I will be back to try the wings.

I was extremely pleased and impressed with the quality and taste of the pizza from Pizza Degree! Im new to Maine and have been craving oven fired pizza. We are so glad we found Pizza Degree!! The prices are fair, there are so many toppings. The ingredients are fresh and high quality and I love putting together my own unique combinations of flavors. Man, my mouth is watering just thinking about.... I guess I know where I have to go for lunch today. If you are looking for fresh and tasty quality pizza ..you should definitely try pizza degree!

I loved this place! Very cool vibe. The staff is super friendly! Me and my husband ate here for the first time the other week and have made multiple trips since! They do not take cash, which is super convenient because I never carry cash (Credit or Debit card only). They have gluten free crust which is amazing because I cant have gluten. So it was nice to be able to eat pizza again! They make their dough right in the store and make their own sauces also! How cool is that? Fresh ingredients are the best! The oven cooks the pizza in about 3 minutes so every time we go, we are literally in and out! Love it ! Its fast, friendly and just an all around awesome place to eat. If you havent tried it, it is definitely a must!

The moment my order was birthed from their 640°F wood fired oven I was overcome by the shear ecstacy of the pizza being boxed in front of me. As I walked to the table, part fresh handcrafted pizza, part masterpiece in hand, each step brought me closer to an experience unlike any I have ever had before. As I bit into the crust flavors exploded into my mouth and I was briefly lost in sensory overload. Once recovered I realized Id eaten the whole pizza. The next day I gave Pizza Degree a call - it only seemed polite. I have a lunch date planned next week. 5/5 Would highly recommend.Edit: The employees were super professional & personable; I felt right at home as they made my pizza to order then delivered it to my table. I would have tipped but there wasnt a place to tip on the receipt.

As soon as we walked through the door we were greated by a worker who instantly came to our help. Made our pizza exactly how I we wanted and it only took 3 minutes to cook! Love love love eating here. We eat here every Friday for pizza night😊

I went in the restaraunt with my husband the other day and one of the employees said they only accept credit or debit cards, what I am wondering is what restaraunt only accepts cards and not cash? I dont understand this.

My boyfriend and I went there for lunch. Ive been curious to check the place out and we finally got the chance and we were instantly amazed. The restaurant itself is beautiful and maintains a sort of simplicity to its layout.They have specialty pizzas or you can create your own. The pies are $8.99 for an 11" which really is a good deal. I was amazed that it was also $8.99 for the build your own, which in other pizza shops would run at least $12! The pizza was filling too even though my boyfriend and I did a half-and-half.The real highlight though is their brick-fire ovens that they bake the pies in, it makes the crust so crispy and delicious.The thing to keep in mind is that they only accept Credit/Debit cards which is a bit of a bummer, but not a huge bust on our counts. Overall, I would highly recommend this place to any pizza lovers out there. We will certainly be around again.

Pizza was okay didnt settle well with my stomach, but the employees at the Waterville store were absolutely amazing. Customer service is definitely strong here they will make you feel at home and make you laugh. Taken back by how the management never spoke about the employees when talking about the success of the store because I would come back for them in a heartbeat. Really great staff they deserve more credit! Would of tipped them if I could of!

Employees are absolutely amazing!! At both Augusta and especially Waterville. I was a little thrown off guard though, when management started bombarding me with facts about the oven (I just wanted my pizza). The pizza fresh is delicious and so arent the wings! Pizza not the best cold though.. Over all a good little place. 😊
