Pizza Cui - Pizza restaurant in Da Lat, Vietnam
The pizza is made fresh using a pizza oven, classic Italian style. There is also a great selection of toppings. My friend had a salami pizza with extra mushrooms and egg which was delicious. I had pasta carbonara which wasn’t as creamy as expected and the portion was on the smaller side. I mentioned this to the chef and he seemed to take it on board so hopefully the pasta will improve in the future! I would recommend this if you want a good pizza in Dalat. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.
Great food. Good ambience and well behaved staff. The chef even showed us how she cooked the moon cake. They even had a wall where one could write messages.
Good wood fired pizza, attentive staff
Best salad in town, I had 2 dishes of salad for myself. The pizza base has a bit sour flavor and very chewy as being a sourdough base, best in town also. Very good staff also. Our family definitely will come back next time in ĐL.
Signature Pizza (Cui Pizzais basically a salad on soggy bread, so pretty bad. Asparagus soup is a little fishy but tasted decent.
The staff was so warm and good. The food was really good. We ordered pepperoni, Margherita and salami pizza. Loved the taste and it was amazing. The service was quick.
Best pizza for vegetarian 🥰
This is a good place, good wood fired pizza at a pretty good price.
I cant imagine a better pizza in Da Lat. We hade 2 pies for 2 adults and 1 child. Absolutely delicious and very Italian sauce. Baked in a wood-fired oven that smells like heaven. Excellent value for money. Dine in at 6 pm. Pizzas ready in 20 minutes. 30 cm minimum diameter. Great crust. 1 pizza is enough to feed 2 average people if you had salad or desert. I will never go anywhere else. One small criticism for Chef: the dough was overworked.
Bad food preparation and storing, not good quality and low level chef cook. Not recommended.
The worst pizza I ever had with the frozen based and not enough cheese and topping. Not recommended at all, even you are starving
Just ok 😃
Always risky to go searching for western food in Dalat, but this place is surprisingly good. Even with what must be a big drop in business from no more foreign tourists, was glad to see theyre still making quality food with fresh ingredients.
Pizzas are not as nice as other reviews seem to say. They largely rely on more typical Vietnamese ingredients which tend not to lend themselves to authentic tasting pizza but do keep it affordable. It is made with love and care however and the stone oven set up at the front gives this place a nice vibe.I love how it is set on a culdesac like part of the street so its a great place to take in the feel of the city. This really got me liking Da Lat and I associate this place with that feeling.Toilets were a bit dirty and could do with a spruce up.
I paid 160 for a baby-sized dish of pasta with burnt garlic. The staff was not very hospitable, as usual. At least their pizzas are good. But urg, the staff are so impolite.
Warm Italian restaurant at corner of the street! If you’re new here you should try Italian Cheese Pizza (with soft honey taste and cheesewith Beef Lasagna and a glass of Australia Red Wine. The service is excellent, very welcoming staff and the owner is super nice. They also introduced about the homemade sauces too! Would definitely come back here for more :)
The food is decent but the portion is not very big. As you can see the pasta below. It taste good though but because of the portion, it is difficult to feel fell with these dishes.
BEST PIZZA! Milano Salami extra corn is a winner!! Really nice owner, nice restaurant, great food! New sourdough base.
Nice friendly restaurant. Staff was welcoming with good English. Pizzas are OK, certainly not the best but acceptable for a town like Dalat.
Its good to go there once, the owner speaks English and is very gentle...the staff doesnt speak good English...they do their best! The quality Is okay! You wont regret to go there😊👌 its a bit expensive if youre on a budget.
Great European style cuisine. Fress salmon salad and charcoal grilled pizza . Excellent
Pizza is ok, dough can be better. Also difficult with groups. If you are with 8 people & order 8 dishes, every dish comes with 5-10 min in between of them.
Pizza was ok but what put us off was the wait. To be fair they did warn us that it would be a bit of a wait, what we didn’t realise was really how long the wait was - close to 2 hours. Probably won’t come again (nothing against the pizza).
Pizza not bad, not really Italian one but ok. We ordered bottle of wine and they did not have cold one by bottle only by glass. In general ok but not more
Amazing staff and excellent service. The Tofu pizza was surprisingly good. Would definitely add this restaurant to my favourite list and stop by again in my next trip.
We found this place by accident, we were looking for another eating place and decided to walk into this nice, cosy pizza place. It has pastas and others too beside pizza. We ordered 2 different pizzas and they were very nice and tasteful. The host and hostess are friendly and very helpful with suggestions. A discount of 10% if you go into Facebook or other social media to like the place. Recommended for good pizzas with friendly host and hostess for those coming to Dalat
Stumbled upon this place in a rainstorm and so glad we did! Best pizza in South Asia and lovely pasta. Great service and decent price. We’ll be back before we leave Dalat!
Excellent, friendly service, lucky enough to be welcomed and advised by both of the owners. They speak perfect English, having worked earlier in Australia. Good, fresh, seasonal and healthy ingredients are the base here. Particular mention to the thin, crispy, wood oven pizzas. Wish this restaurant great success.
Nice place, the dishes were all super good and well served. This restaurant doesnt try to copy an Italian pizzeria, but instead proposes a fusion between Japanese and Italian food with interesting tastes. All of this baked in a real wood oven !Also the staff is nice with their customer.
Good services, nice staff. Staffs are so friendly. A pizza which I order is delicious and tasty. Come back here the next time if I have a opportunity.
Highly recommend eating here. An interesting fusion of Vietnamese, Italian and Japanese.Try the Dalat red wine to compliment your meal.Staff are friendly and provide great service.
The drinks here are cheap, at 17k for a beer and 24k for a Da Lat red wine. The pizzas are decently priced ranging from 90k to 290k. Theres a lot of cheese on the pizzas. We had garlic bread to share and a pizza each, which we couldnt finish even though theyre not that large. They packed the remaining slices for us. Toppings on the pizzas are not what youre used to. My pepperoni lacked in pepperoni (only 9 slices at mostbut also had ham hidden underneath the cheese. The Hawaiian had not only ham but also bacon (which is really good, by the way). If youre a culinary conservative this might not be the place for you. All in all Id say the pizzas are a bit too expensive but the cheap drinks can make up for that depending on your thirst.
Very good service and pizza was good too. Thin crust, wood fired oven. I had the vegetable pizza which came with corn, onion, broccoli and others, all in nice bite sized pieces.
One of the best Pizzas I had in Dalat. And being a cheese lover, there pizzas are rich in cheese and vegetables. For vegetarians, the best place in Dalat. A must try.
Cozy place with exceptional pizza. I love the way all staffs here smile when they see you, always. Hundred percent to come back when i am in Da Lat again.
Delicious pizza grilled with firewood. The restaurant could use a bit extra space. Long queue should be expected during holidays/ festive seasons.
We had dinner with Carbonara Spaghetti, Garlic bread and Salami pizza. We was looking at the wall while were waiting for food, that had many signature or money from visitors. I wanted to try avocado salad, but they didnt have it in this season.
Very good place. We ordered a Margarita pizza and it was delicious. It was cooked in stone oven. The atmosphere of the place is amazing with relaxing music. The people who work there was very kind. Besides pizza there are a lot of options to eat like Japanese food and more Italian options. Very recommended.
I could basically design my own pizza. It was really good pizza outside of America. The thing here you have kind of design your own pizza so it will have the taste you want. The first time I ordered from their menu I did not like it but the second time we went there I ordred it with the ingredients I wanted then it was very good !!
People who have given this pizza 5 stars have obviously never had good pizza. Good pizza this is not, flavorless, uninspired, definitely not worth the price. Service was fine. Save yourself some money, skip this place and go buy a box of crackers and some ketchup. Itll taste better.
Very disappointing. We ordered a set of salmon sushi and a pepperoni pizza. The sushi took a solid 15 minutes, and was tiny (especially for 70,000đand among the most flavorless Ive ever tried. Then, another 15 or 20 minutes later came the pizza. It had a bare minimum of sauce, and precisely 1.125 pepperonis per slice (see picture). Dont waste your money here.
Terrible and expensive sushi, pizza tasted like instant one which I can buy it at Big C, the service was as slow as snail even though we (2 peoplewere probably the only customers at the time. So disappointed @@@
The place is OK; the view is nice from the upstairs floor and the food is fine, but the tables are very small and low for your legs, the prices are too much expensive in my opinion and the service is slow. The aglio olio spaghetti and the vegetarian pizza were ok, not more than that.
Very tasty pizzas and a nice atmosphere. However I got food poisoning from my pizza (pepperoni). There was also a 5-10 minute wait between pizzas even tho we were the only people who’d ordered anything.
I appreciated the pizza (seafoodand baked spaghetti with salmon. The price is correct though it could be cheaper.
Pizza ok. Took about 20 minutes between all of our pizzas for our group of 5. Really nice staff and large menu with lots of options.
If youre expecting a decent wood fired pizza, go elsewhere! We ordered the four cheese (Quattro formaggipizza which was oily yet flavourless, crust dry and underseasoned. Very disappointed. Also they dont even provide any serviettes or cloth napkins, at that price point youd think they would. The saying "pizza is like sex even if its not good its good" doesnt apply here at all rofl.
Service is weird. 15 minutes between my and my friend dishes. So one of us have to wait while another eating. Food is good. Salmon sushi is not a sushi. Its salmon rolls. Price does not match to expectations. 400k for dinner for two with wine.
For all people expecting decent Italian wood fired stone oven pizza this wont satisfy your cravings. It is thin and crispy but the rim doesnt go up. The topping on my quadro formaggi was pretty dry (no tomato saucethe cheeses also left to be desired. Concerning the taste, it was completely under-seasoned. No hint of oregano, freshly ground pepper or even salt. For the price of 175.000 dong I would have expected much more.Because I imagine it to be difficult to obtain decent cheeses in Vietnam I give 3 Stars for Vietnam, 2 Stars compared to an average pizza place in Germany and 1 Star compared to Italy.
I visited this restaurant two years ago and now make the second visit. The atmosphere is stilk cozy and friendly. Their traditional cooking method made the pizza special. Worth to try.
