We came here while waiting for our bus to Zagreb. The pizza was OK. My girlfriend had fried cheese with fries that she liked. The home brewn beer was in my opinion really good. We came at quiet hours I guess between 14:00 and 15:00 and the service was relatively quick and friendly.

I visit this bar whenever Im in Slovenia. Great beer, large portions of delicious food, friendly service, clean, and close to the centre (just far enough out not to be too crowded). What more could you ask for? Love it

The service is below average, the food is average. Was here a couple a years ago and it was better (food and service). Too sad because i really enjoyed it the last time, but no so much today as we waited a lot of the time to even get out food, and then it wasnt that good (i can make better gnocchi with chicken and cream sauce at home). I dont think ill return soon.

I ordered a pizza that came with a sauce in the middle that was out of date, I gagged from the first bite, really disgusting and unpleasant, I wouldnt repeat or recommend this place.

We waited 25 minutes to be served, while the waiters ignored us the whole time. Then we had to wait another whole hour for our food to arrive. Dont come here unless you have 4 hours reserved for just lunch.

Nice food. But the add a "foreigner fee" to the credit card when settling as they see fit. Tons of good places in Ljubljana, but not this one.

Right away - they have +1 for apparently having their own beer and the dark one is actually good. The light one is below average and needs to mature for a longer period - it tastes "young" and if you know beer, you know what I mean.The food is ok, though the soup needed more salt. Salt and pepper were brought only for the main dish and even though it was not anything to write home about, there was plenty of it and the price was not THAT high. Could be a bit cheaper, but it is just acceptable.The restaurant itself is nice and clean, near the Dragon Bridge and also the main train station and bus station, so if you arrive by those, you can get a quick beer or bite in here. Nice place, nice location.HOWEVER, there are two big problems.1The food is just average and it feels a bit like a tourist trap.2The staff is somewhat and doesnt care about you at all. We were sitting there for about an hour with two empty beers waiting for the waiter to arrive. I actually wanted to try the mixed beer too but we couldnt order, couldnt pay and saw the waitress take about 3 smoke breaks. We stayed silent just out of curiosity, betting on how long its gonna take her to notice.... she didnt notice the glasses or the wallet on the table.Overall, it is not good but it is also not a bad place. It is an under average restaurant that has a nice gimmick of having own beer which adds a point extra.

Close to the bus and train station, if youre hungry, come to this place. Food was great and portions were heroic. Balkan plate was well worth it. Prices are quite reasonable. Waiter was nice and super quick. Sitting area in front is cozy and shaded.

Sub-par offer. Pizzas are OK, but their beers are very underwhelming and they dont serve much more than that.Staff was friendly.

Homemade beer and good food, friendly and helpful staff. It can be pretty busy on the weekends, so be prepares to wait a few minutes for a table.

The service was average and the portions were descent (we didnt leave hungry), but the food was underseasoned and we didnt get the dessert which was part of the order.

A perfect place for a beer if you are close to Ljubljana bus and train station. Kratocwill is just across the street from the station. This brewery is crafting their own bear for almost 30 years. In Kratocwill you can also get something to eat. Besides pizzas they are serving other local dishes. Kratocwill has more facilities in Ljubljana. This is the oldest which started serving beer in 1992.

Cozy and quiet place with good food and great beer. Daily meals and standard offer such as pizzas and bbq are tasty and rich in flavour. Easly accessible location near center of Ljubljana. Prices are proportional with food quality and location.

An imitation of Czech drinking house near the railway station in Ljubljana with surprisingly good pizzas and salads. Apparently they have craft beer too, but I only ever visited for lunch. There are also inexpensive lunch menus. I actually like it there.
