You guys always lock up the doors before 8:30? Don’t state 9pm closing on your shop then.

Very unprofessional staff here, they advertised pita for $14.90 but charged me for $15.90 for regular pita.They said we dont have any bowl to put the salads/dressings to go on the grill and she was using her hands to put my salads.Main street pita pit is very good but cuba is worst.Had to cancel my order and got my money back for being rude and unprofessional!!Get some training from main street and then start working.Lazy ………….

Came here two hours earlier than the closing time and it was closed

Had a extremely wonderful experience. It was my first time ordering and I had to order for the family. The staff were extremely patient, kind and helpful especially as we didnt realise they were just closing. For superbly customer service alone they are worth a visit.

Always a nice treat now and then.

Staff were professional and facilities were clean

Normally great last visit was a bit yuck though meat was all the chewy bits my son couldnt eat it and the man serving us seemed a bit grumpy. Normally though the girls are lovely

Ordered food on the 7 of June 2022 through their site. Went to store to pick up order. Store was closed( picture below). Money has been taken out. Tried to contact head office and store but they havent responded

Rude staff, they didnt have mushrooms or red onions which are normally complementary with a pita so I asked for avocado instead to which the staff member hesitantly gave me in a rude manner. Will think twice about getting pita pit again

We decided to try this pita pit as we usually use the one on main street,Our Wedges were cold with the cheese piled in one corner.Pita was average.Pizza was on the cooler side but tasted pretty good

Friendly efficienct staff, Night & Day better than the Terrace End store which has useless staff.

The staff could be more polite when asking for the vaccine pass. I did have mine, but my partner didn’t and it was quite rude the way she asked him to leave the establishment...so much that we didn’t even want to eat there anymore. Remember you are also there to give a service and to sell a product to your customers.

I was initially hesitant to accompany my workmate to this place as I had doubts about whether there would actually be a pit - like their name suggests. But fair play to them; in designing the store they have included a half mezzanine which gives the effect of the counter being located in a pit.The food was pretty good too.Would recommend filling the pit with balls.

Delicious lunch. What I expected in terms of price and fitout.

For Bowl’dBit gutted as I thought I’d found my new lunch place as the first two bowls I’d ordered were so tasty. I work from home and just had a new born baby so don’t have a lot of time to prepare myself a meal let alone sit down to eat. Found something I can have that is breastfeeding friendly, healthy and tasty. I order the Donburi Bowl almost everyday but stopped because they kept mucking up my bowl. I’d pay for extra veges and twice the pickled ginger wasn’t in my bowl. So the next time I ordered I mentioned it in my order that they forgot my ginger. For that order I mentioned it on, I got my ginger, then today’s order there was no ginger. One of the days the rice was crunchy which ruined the entire meal. And today’s the last day I’ll be ordering from bowl’d which is a shame as each order I would write in the comments no cabbage or onion as I’m allergic. Well today I couldn’t eat my bowl because it had cabbage all through it. This is not okay. Had I eaten the cabbage I could have been out of action for my children, what if I was home alone? Staff need to be more vigilant. So out of all the orders I’ve had, over half there was something missing or wrong. For a new company, sorry but you’ve got a long way to go to improve.

Still frozen wedges and when they recooked them came back with hair in them chicken in our pitas must of been raw as well have food poisoning $50 to make me and my partner sick lucky my kid didnt eat his staff should be ashamed would like my money back but we all know that would never happen

I have been a regular costumer to this Pita Pit especially since my work is just down the street. Im not very fond of talking aloud and i struggle with it most days especially out and about. When i visit this store it seems to totally stress free to talk to the friendly staff and its an amazing environment to be in. The staff are so friendly and are always keen for a chat! Love this store in Palmerston North and will continue to go back when i can!

Too dear. $18 for a wrap.... and the beef was mush... I had hoped for a slice of real meat.

Always make the best pita and the loaded wedges are a go to as well service is second to nun and I always return

Very disappointed with the response.I got a long hair in the pita roll delivered to me. Called them up to report and I was told the manager will call me the next day to resolve. I understand that the uber delivery cannot be done again. But I have not received any calls from them with any resolution.

The salad box option is great for those of us who are trying to cut back on Carbs. Salads are always fresh and crisp. Could do with a little more variety - maybe some green edamame beans ? Or sprouts? The smoothies are also fresh and value for money - but make sure they blend them for long enough. If they only give it a quick blend then the smoothie ends up full of ice chunks and huge lumps of fruit. I put my last one in my home blender to finish it off !

Poor service - very loud music - head thumping stuff. Went in at 2.15pm and could hardly hear the person behind the counter. Cancelled my order when they wouldnt turn it down and went to Subway instead.

The reason why I havent returned is because vegetarian option was prepared where the previous meat based order has been cooked, no effort was made to clean the surfaceand the same tools were used.Clearly Vegetarian orders were contaminated by meat products, and staff seemed to think that was fine. Unimpressed!

The staff at this store go above and beyond for every order. I consistently see them moving, whether it be serving customers or cleaning or prepping food. The food is delicious but I always come back for the customer service :)

The food is delicious and makes me feel full and energetic the next day. I only wish I could afford to eat out all the time now.

Really really tastey fresh food ,they have a new menu which is excellent... if your looking for a filling healthy good value meal ,then look now further... I highly recommend them !!

The best, freshest salads and pitas. And the friendliest staff. My kids love the kids corner to draw on the blackboard and colour in pictures.

Been here a few times. Its great to see the staff are always friendly and ghe food is alway consistantly good.

Good service however a couple of salads had run out at the end of the day. This is a high profit business and running out at the end of the day seems miserly.

very refreshing veg were fresh and grilled beef well season. Pita bread is thin. You are not eating dough. 👍

Good slightly healthier alternative to a burger when you need to catch a meal on the run. This store was recently expanded to incorporate a decent seating area.

Usually go on a Friday night and the team are really friendly. Staff are usually really friendly and helpful, although sometimes it seems they can be a bit disorganised

Well done Pita Pit Cuba street - best and cleanest eating area of any we have been in. Friendly staff with a great knowledge of what products are gluten-free for us Coeliacs. My fav fast-food by far

Pita Pit is without a doubt my favourite fast food option. While it may not be as fast as places like Maccas or Subway, the quality of the food is always so much higher, the staff are wonderful and the variety is unmatched.
