Javier (the owneris a great guy. The rest of the crew is on point. The menu is tasty, healthy and completely satisfying, without breaking the wallet. Of all the places Ive tried here in Helena, several are good, but I keep coming back to PitaPit. Youre probably end up here a few times. Just saying.

I placed an online order for pickup through their website for two build-your-own wraps. I customized my order, but based on what I got, I think the only thing they looked at from my order was the meat. Half the add-ons I picked were missing, and a few of them were replaced by completely random ingredients I didnt select.The tuna was also poorly prepared. The sauce was lumped on one side and the tuna had no sauce mixed in, so one bite would be only sauce, and every other bite would just taste like what I imagine would be unseasoned cat food.You might have a better experience if you go in-person and correct them as theyre making your wrap, but I wouldnt recommend ordering online or for delivery, because they clearly didnt honor the order ticket.

Ive never been disappointed in the food. The staff is capable and pleasant. Fast is a good thing.

The pita sticks to wrapper and rips in half every single time. No matter what, your getting a shredded pita.Next time Ill upload the pictures of this trash food.

Should be 10/5 stars!Seeing as Subway dared to get rid of BBQ sauce this has become my go-to and Im ALL the more grateful for it. Every single other resturant has vegetarians as an afterthought. Just slap a grilled cheese on the menu and add the ""real"" food. NOT here though. This is one place where I can actually choose what I want and enjoy what I pick. Thats quite unheard of so I pledge all my support to the only place willing to make it happen.IF theres any negative its that the pita can be quite dry due to the layering process in making them. Ive only asked them to mix things up once and Im not entirely sure if thats ok for them to do. But it sure helped!

The pita that I had delivered with door dash was not the size I ordered, and it was missing 5 of my ingredients. And the ones I did receive, I only recieved a couple pieces of each one. I find it a little disappointing because I feel that it was due to me not being face to face. Guess Ill order food someplace else next time.

Site says they open at 10AM on Saturday. However they were completely closed and no one was visible inside. Can’t say I like driving across town for nothing I know Subway is open at least. 😐

This place is mediocre. The food was soggy. My salad had slimy spinach and was skimpy on the veggies, heavy on some saucy, bland chicken. The service was friendly. I would skip this place. Disappointed as we are vacationing and enjoy food memories!

Great pitas,decent price, healthier choice than traditional fast food

This is my go-to for lunch! Fresh. Filling. Fabulous. Great menu options. Parking access is not always convenient and you occasionally have to park around the block.

Excellent customer service the young gentleman at the counter had a mask on the restaurant was clean it was one of the best euroses Ive ever eaten with the sugar sauce

Always have the Boom Boom Black Bean and it tastes so good. These guys are friendly and make amazing smoothies as well.

Awesome service, great food and the place was spotless. The two young ladies working tonight, Saturday 01/16/21, did an awesome job and they were both very positive and courteous. We will definitely stop in again when we are in town ☺️

Drove in from East Helena to try the food as it was recommended by my daughter.Arrived at 6:59pm walked and was told they were closed. Sign was still on as “Open”I looked at my phone when she said they were closed and it was 7:00 on the dot.She said she was closed and would not take my order. I will not be back.

A simple, tasty meal. Nice change from your every day fast food. People were nice, and quick with our Pitas. Well be back.

Do not order through DoorDash! We tried ordering delivery from them and the experience was horrible. They mislabeled our pitas and completely ignored requests to remove certain ingredients. Will not be ordering delivery from them again.

Fast, friendly and tasty. Offers gluten free wraps for a little extra. Vegetarian options also available. Wheel chair accessible. Parking is downtown street availability or pay-lot parking around the block.

Honestly in my opinion its alright food but, when the owner of a managment decides to harrass you after the review makes you wanna give another bad review so here you go pita pit honestly if your store requires you to have an opinonated system it would be closed down by now and another hand you guys need a health inspection when a friend of mine was working there he told me you guys reuse food, first off gross second off you need to harass customers to make sure they dont say bad about you again but im not going to let that slide if i could give a 0 stars I would, honestly you guys need a rain check.

Went in to grab dinner with a friend and we were promptly greeted upon entering, the young lady that helped us I believe her name was kaleigh (sorry if I butchered the spellingwas very friendly and helpful! We had a bit of an odd order and she sorted it out with no problems, had our food whipped up in no time and our pitas were absolutely delicious. Well definitely be coming in more often!

Went in for lunch break. Got through here very fast and enjoyed the Awakin With Bacon pita. Was super delicious with the reccomendation to not put a boat load of raw onion in the pita. The manager at this location is awesome and very costumer oriented! Didnt realize they had a panini grill as well. Great place! Would recommend!

Its rare a restaurant owner cares about the food quality, let alone continually tries to make it better. I worked here when I was young, and now stop in from time to time and am more impressed each time I walk in. Fantastic!

Great Pitas, but there are weird hours on Sundays. Its right off the boardwalk where you can grab some delicious ice cream for dessert!

My favorite sandwhich shop! They are always super friendly and patient (I take forever to decide what I want). Super clean and never out of anything. My favorite is the club. Try the boom boom sauce!

The staff was nowhere to be seen for about 5 minutes while I was in there. The food is great and I love eating here, but staff was not concerned about us after we got our food. However, they were very nice once they came out to help us. I LOVE their horseradish dijon sauce... I crave it all the time!

Fresh vegetables, great wraps, they also have gluten free wraps ,wonderful service. I love that theyre open late. When youre looking 4 a healthy meal this is the place to go.

Decent fastfood type of place for vegetarians too, and there arent so many veg-friendly places in Helena. Good black bean burger. Quick, attentive, friendly staff.

First time there - so many great choices in menu I wasn’t sure what to try! Got a gyro and it was amazing! Staff is super friendly. I got my sandwich to go but this place is so clean - I’d have eaten in if I hadn’t been in a hurry.

Four stars for a pita pit. Food was good, fast, friendly. Not remarkably clean but decent. Not at all busy at 1:30. New pita menu is an upgrade.

Came in ordered...but then someone came in after us. And he took down their order before starting on ours. Thats never happened before. Honestly? Plus you took away the carpet and I slipped several times. Come on guys, I know you can do better.

Super friendly staff every time we go in or when they deliver, which is amazing!! I get the black bean and I can never eat the whole thing, even with getting a small lol great prices and fast service. Could work on the cleanliness sometimes!

I am so dissapointed with this Pita Pit location. All summer every single time I called they "didnt have enough people to deliver". Only one single time did they deliver to me at the federal building just a mile away. Now i call for a delivery and they inform need they will not be delivering until spring because of periodic snow. I will not ever go to the Pita Pit location again, and will most likely avoid pita pit in general.

Typically quite good place with fast delivery. Its better to avoid the lunch hour. Get a breakfast pita, but sub chicken souvlaki for the ham, add falafel, pepper jack and chipotle. Its great.

I informed the counter that it was my first visit and he happily explained to me how it works. They were welcoming and patient. On top of all that, the food was great! 5 stars.

Love gyros. Hard to find a good gyro joint, but this place is good for the price. Though not the most accurate representation of food in a classic gyro resturant, this is a great stop to fill you up after school.

I have been eating at The Pita Pit quite a bit over this summer. I had not really thought of this as the kind of food I would enjoy. I have been proven wrong. I am a big time meat eater. But Pita Pit has opened my eyes to some vegetarian pitas that I REALLY like(Falafel). The staff is always very nice when you eat in. And they make great suggestions as to toppings(Dagwood with BBQ/Honey Dijon). Their delivery has forgotten some things occasionally. But they are incredibly fast, usually arriving within 30mins(most times less).I very much enjoy eating here and is a great place to stop and have lunch on the weekends.

Love the pita pit! Excellent staff. They have an app so you can order ahead and pick it up, or they deliver too. Parking near the store can be limited.
