Bonito hotel en Leticia, en el centro de la selva. Muy seguro el lugar, el propietario nos dio toda clase de explicaciones.

Bem localizado na calle 8 centro de Letícia a rua onde estão as principais lojas, ótima pedida pois há muitos lojas e restaurantes nas proximidades.. recomendo cambiar "reales" em pesos..

Staff members are all super chill and friendly. Its a very nice relaxed environment. Close by to Brazil and also the towns parks. Good value for the rooms.

Nice, clean hostel. Reasonably priced and rooms have a/c which is very useful in the heat and humidity of Leticia! Breakfast nice and simple - eggs, bread, butter, coffee and pineapple. Internet was a bit slow - but I think thats the same everywhere in Leticia so cant be faulted. I eniotee my one night stay so much I booked into this place again when I got back from my trip to the amazonas. Although I had already booked my trip to the amazon, I know this hostel can help to organise a trip for you. The receptionist was super helpful with directions to anywhere I needed and was able to give rough prices of Tuktuks which was super useful

Good hostel to stay in for a couple of nights.Breakfast is basic egg and roll with tea or coffee.Good atmosphere meeting other backpackers

Clean space, great staff, relaxed atmosphere. Staff speak English and a wonderful breakfast is included. The hotel provides a laundry service, is very knowledgeable about the area and things to do and are able to organize tours and boat tickets for you. Its in a good location, has a smoking balcony and a common area. The downside is the kitchen is locked from 11pm to 9am everyday.

Decent place, bathrooms have cold water only. The rooms are made up of a mix of random bed sheets and pillow cases. They do not have 24 hour reception and I feel they are more concerned with partying after they lock the doors. The good part is the have one of the best tour guides I could have asked for. Jorge, speaks porteguese, Spanish, and English very well and has experience in the jungle. They are overall very nice and receptive and the price is decent for a night. You can get 15 percent off one night if you drink 6 beers in 3 different countries in one hour. I did finish the challenge and it marked a high point on my trip.

Best place to stay in town!! Really good value for money, Aircon and breakfast included. Really good.

Es un hostal bien ubicado en el centro de Leticia, el desayuno y la atención del personal no es muy buena.

Buen lugar. Limpio. Aunque da la sensación de encierro debido a su construcción estrecha y vertical. Por su precio y servicios es una buenísima opción.

La ubicación es excelente, es muy agradable y buena atención

Buen sitio con precio muy accesible e instalaciones cómodas, algo estrecho, pero confortable. Cuartos con aire acondicionado y baño propio, toalla disponible por precio adicional. Agua para beber incluída. El staff es muy amable y súper colaborador, aunque los precios de los paseos me parecieron algo elevados. La señora de los desayunos no parecía muy amable, el desayuno podría ser mejor y servirse más temprano, aunque por el precio está bastante bien lo que se ofrece. El internet era muy inestable y lento y la señal de celular dentro del hostal era muy mala (parece ser común en Leticia).

Nettes Hostel mit super freundlichen Mitarbeitern! Oben in der Küche sind die Damen manchmal etwas grimmig. Betten und AC perfekt. Zimmer manche etwas hellhörig. Da man hier sowieso meistens schwitzt, stört kaltes Wasser in der Dusche überhaupt nicht. Insgesamt sehr gute Option in Leticia. Die Leute, die schlechtes Wlan anmerken, haben vergessen, dass Leticia ein Dorf im Amazonas ist... Und wer soll bitte in den Regenwald eine Schneise hacken, für ein Glasfaserkabel?!?

Please be careful when you book tours. Dont do it at this hostel. The owner is some guy from Medellín who seems nice but he is a bad person.After begging our guides to tell us how much they get paid we found out the earn around 15 US dollars for a whole tour. That means whatever deal you get from the owner, which was in my case 150 US dollars, he puts this money in his own pocket.The guides really work hard and carry a lot of weight over those days, risk their lifes and really make a big effort to be super lovely with you.But they are being exploited. Racism in colombia is a thing. They treat native people as "stupid people". These are words I picked up there.Apart from that, leticia is awesome, worth a visit. Make sure you dont give this owner any money, dont support his hostel and look for guides that arent working for a company. Native people arent dangerous, dont feel shy to make friends and offer money to people to guide you and your friends for a trip.Btw this isnt the only hostel that does it. I heard stories from other travellers I met in the Amazonian rainforest that paid 3 and even 5 times as much as I did, for the same tour, for the same time. As well network there is pretty much impossible, better book your flight back to a city before you arrive here.

Was an Amazing experience, everyone there it is very kind, the rooms and the internet wifi, together witn the cable tv, the books, over the Amazonian and the Tours they offer...Im very surprise, for sure you will never forget the Pirañita experience

Very basic and not much of a social atmosphere as it is very small, but you get what you need. WiFi is extremely slow, but that is the case everywhere in Leticia.

Excelente lugar

Pirañita has comfortable rooms and social areas like the cafeteria. But the best of the hostel is the tours they offer which are really good and not that expensive. The hotel has as good WiFi as you can get in town and people always willing to guide you on your time here. Also, is really good located: near to good restaurants, bars, the park and very safe at all times.

Fantastic! David and Juan were super helpful in booking everything from Jungle tours, boats from Tabatinga and accommodation in other towns. The private room was comfy and the hostel atmosphere was lively. Highly recommend.

Super Hostel mit noch besseren Angebot an Amazonas Touren! Preis Leistung stimmt. Haben dieses Hostel ausgesucht aufgrund das hier auch gute Touren in den amazonas angeboten werden. Haben uns für die 3Tage 2 Nächte entschieden zum Preis von 750.000 pro PersonDie erste Nacht haben wir im dschungel verbracht in der trocken Ebene und die zweite am amazonas da zwischen wird es nie langweilig. Wir haben viele tiere zu Gesicht bekommen unteranderem diverse Affen rosa Delfine ananconda spinnen in allen Größen und so weiter....Mann wird voll verpflegt und Sicherheit wird groß geschrieben. Achtet nur auch ausreichend muskito Schutz!!! Fragt unbedingt nach Omahn für die trocken Ebene und der beste für den amazonas ist Martin...falls ein englisch übersetz wird fragt nach chille

I arrived without reservation for a bed in a dorm. I took a shower and then left to buy a plane ticket at the travel agency. Turns out the only ticket available for a whole week left the same day. I returned to the hostel and explained my situation to the staff, hoping that they would only charge me for the shower ( like most hostels dobut they insisted that I pay full price. Didnt touch my bed, didnt eat the included breakfast, just took a shower ( no hot water availablecouldnt even use the wifi for how slow it was and had to go to an Internet cafe. They were completely unprofessional. Thieves actually.
