Pintuyan Dive Resort in Surigao

this place is very nice and clean,, the crew inside , is humble and pleasing personality

number 1 diving place ,and tourrest attraction.

Had a peaceful stay at Pintuyan Dive Resort. We were the only ones staying there at that time. The pool is very clean and water is sourced from the mountains so non-chlorinated. The beach is super clean and clear, though a rocky kind so you have to be careful. Food in their restaurant tastes great with enormous servings and the rooms are very spacious and comfortable. I like how serene the place is, perfect for the Lent. I believe its a good place to have retreats. Great for adventurers as they scuba diving and whale shark watching services. Probably not safe for families with safe kids.

This very nice to vacation.. very comfortable.. and very affordable.

After arriving on the island (with the intention to swim with whale sharkswe stumbled across this resort and managed to speak with the owner.Upon meeting the owner (a European man), he immediately told us there was absolutely no way we could stay with him, nor any possibility of swimming with whale sharks for he was booked up for the whole month. We politely asked him if he knew of any other accomodation on the island where we could stay for the night as it was getting late and we had nowhere to stay, he said absolutely not and he was the only place, we asked if there were any other ways to see the whale sharks and he continued to be unhelpful.Funnily enough, after a short mission around the surrounding towns, we found a lovely little guest house, and the following day we met a local scheme run by the municipality that lets visitors spend the afternoon searching and (luckily for usswim with whale sharks.So in short, I wouldnt spend a dime at this totally rude and unhelpful persons resort and I would, instead, support the local community and island and choose a homestay and then visit Sonok (small village just up from Pintuyanand speak to the local organisation called Kasaka and a lovely man called Virgilio, they will charge you next to nothing for a full aternoons trip and a lovely experience with lovely local people! Thank you Virgilio!

Fern ab vom Massentourismus bietet das Pintuyan Dive Resort neben schönen Tauchspots auch eine erfrischend fämiliäre Atmosphäre. Bei nur 5 Bungalows gibt es zwar kein Buffet - dafür wird auf jeden Gast individuell eingegangen, wenn man Abends gemeinsam am Tisch sitzt.Bei guter Stimmung werden nicht nur Geschichten ausgetauscht, man plant auch gemeinsam den nächsten Tauchtag. Bleibt man nicht am schönen, bunten und belebten Hausriff im eigenen kleinen Naturschutz Gebiet, geht es mit 2 kleinen Booten raus.Hier zeigen einem die Guides in kleinen Gruppen (2 bis maximal 4 Taucheralles was das Herz begehrt: Pygmäen-Seepferd, Mimicri-Oktopus, Geistermuräne, Geisterfetzenfisch und Frogfisch - alles auf Bestellung. Nur für den Walhai braucht man etwas Glück. Aber selbst bei der Walhai-Schnorcheltour sind wir wie viele andere auch, am Ende am Hausriff fündig geworden!Vielen Dank für zwei wundervolle Wochen und den Einsatz zum eigenen Schutzgebiet gegen Überfischung!Hier können sich viele noch etwas abschauen!
