Pine bluff hibachi express in Pine Bluff

Absolutely terrible. My steak was severely undercooked. It was literally flash seared and put into my container. Cold and red. The rice was extremely oily and undercooked. Egg rolls were mushy on the in side (undercooked also). The chicken was dry and had some funky pieces. I took a few bites and ended up throwing the entire dish and egg rolls out. For $20 one could definitely get better food elsewhere. Not to mention now I don’t feel so great.

Consistently delicious food for years. And the people have always been friendly.

My egg rolls were frozen. I sent them back twice and the third time they came back right. I was really disappointed I had high expectations for them. I had steak and shrimp hibachi Im used to it being with zucchini but I had broccoli instead in the broccoli was overcooked and mushy did not taste Stir Fry at all

If there was a possible six stars I would give it to them this is by far the best hibachi Ive ever had and I travel across the country do yourself a favor and eat here but the whole closing at 8:00 even on weekends thing has to go cuz thats pretty much when I get hungry its 8:02 right now and Im mad. LOL

A beautiful plate with grilled shrimp, grilled chicken, vegetables and fried rice. I was surprised, expecting the usual small bits of meat with an abundance of rice. I was too greedy to take a picture, but NEXT TIME, I will.

We passed through Pine Bluff on a long road trip and wanted an alternative to fast food that wasnt a sit-down restaurant. Took a chance on this place, and it was fantastic! Friendly service, and perfectly cooked hibachi steak. Highly recommend.

I never thought Id eat drive thru sushi, but Ill continue! Id rather go here than anywhere sit in. The best sushi and holy cow at the hibachi. So fire.

The staff are simply amazing, the food is always used with fresh ingredients, and it tastes so freaking authentic. You will not be disappointed, I refuse to go to any other asian restaurant when Im in Pine Bluff.

Egg roll came from a box.(boxed egg rolls are betterchicken chunks were hard possibly days old.But if ya like salt this is the place for you. Worst takeout ever and I have had bad before. Save your money and make a sandwich or go to chef lees

My food tasted burnt and I wont be going back. The chicken and shrimp was over cooked and I was very disappointed.

Havent tried their food but my daughter has. They say its good. I picked her up the other day thats why I was there

Pine bluff hibachi charged me $35 for this and they mainly gave me RICE! I ordered steak and shrimp fried rice! They definitely got over on me and the older man was RUDE! My shrimp was burned!! They did not give me my drink. I asked the man is garlic butter in the bag he had a attitude and said no u have to pay for it! I said ok i will! Y’all charge me $35 don’t give me a drink and have to pay extra for ONE damn garlic butter! I WONT be back!

The eggrolls were the worst Ive ever had in my lifeNo meat, and the vegetables inside were gross. The hibatchi steak was not medium, but good flavor, and the rice was ok

Just went there with my mom, and my brother, me and my brother got the noodles while my mom got the veggies and the monster sushi roll, it took a while for it to be ready, but it was so worth it the service was really good! And the food was delicious 100% going back and would recommend

A friend recommended this place. We ordered 5 different sushi rolls. Everyone enjoyed what they ate. We will definitely be back. Very good sushi.

The food is always hot and fresh. First time trying the yum yum rolls. They were so good. Will be ordering from here again. Owners and workers are good people.

We ordered takeout from here last night. I was able to order my hibachi and sushi online and use the drive thru to pick up my order.I arrived about 15 minutes after placing my order and my food was ready and fresh.The staff was nice.I will frequent this restaurant.

Horrible customer service! I stood there 5 minutes and still didn’t get served, then another customer walks in and gets helped right away. Owner doesn’t even apologize when he finds out. Just laughs. Never returning.

I have to say it was my first time eating there and it was so good! It will be my new favorite place in Pine Bluff. The food was FANTASTIC and you get a good portion. We were very pleased with our service, food was fresh and hot. ❤️

Pretty Good Food And Super Fast Service!!!

I haven’t actually been there, but my friend brought it to me bc he said it was so good. It was an hour old and still DELICIOUS. I wasn’t even hungry! Everything was still moist, very generous helpings of meat, I would definitely go again and recommend the food to anyone.

Never dissatisfied... always hot and fresh. Large portions of meat as well as rice.

food is excellent great service 4 star because the sushi is a tad overpriced but the only place to get it fresh and the best in town imo if you want fresh sashimi come here.

I ordered the smoked eel and my wife the hibachi chicken with mitso soup on our first time there today and the wasabi was authentic and ginger fresh and the smoked eel was an eye opener! I gave my compliments to the chef who has been a sushi chef for 22 years. I was so surprised to find Japanese food of this caliber in Pine Bluff!! Wow! We will be going back!!
