This is a little cute nursery in Kalimpong Khasmahal area. The nursery is well maintained and the plants are beautiful. The entry fee is just Rs 20 per person. You can buy some snacks items inside the nursery. They even have a homestay inside the nursery.

Cactus of different size are found here . You have to but tickets for entry . Its closing time is around 5 p.m . I gave 4 stars coz there is no washroom facility .

Nice place to visit, contain a wide variety of cactus in a well maintained condition, with a entry fee of Rs. 20/- per head the place need to have much variety and plants the viewing area is quite small more over the plants placed for are over priced

A must visit place in Kalimpong for tourist. There are wide varieties of cactus in the nursery. Few snacks / Tea shops are also there. The owner sells cactus too but packaging is not good. I bought one but it was damaged during travel to Kolkata.

This nursery has a wide selection of cactus. These were shipped in from Latin America. The entrance cost is Rs. 20/- each person. A café is located inside the nursery. You may also get plants from them for a cheap price. Its a nice spot to go with family and friends.

A botanists and gardeners paradise! I can safely say that this place houses the biggest collection of cactus plants, both local and exotic, that I have ever seen. Neatly arranged in small sections next to each other, this place offers you a breath of fresh air as you go sightseeing at Kalimpong. There is a small canteen at the corner for you to take snacks. Dont miss the statue of the founder of this nursery, Mr. Pradhan which is located at the centre.

It was indeed a good place. They have 3- 4 green house where we can see mostly cactus 🌵 of different types with enormous sizes. They also have a small place to enjoy tea,coffee, water.But they dont have toilet facilities even after charging Rs 20 as an entrance fee. Also big notice " No Toilet " just at the outside of the gate was discouraging or less impressive.Within 30 minutes we can explore the area. If you are cactus lover, this is one of the place where you can visit enthusiastically.

Excellent collection of cactus, succulent and indoor plants. Located on a narrow sloping road from the main road, I drove my vehicle near the gate but if you are not expert in driving on narrow hill roads then park you vehicle on the main road and just walk down. They have Rs. 20 per head entry ticket. They also sell plants with prices generally ranging from Rs. 150 to Rs. 500. I took two succulent plants which they packed in paper and told that it can be transported without water and light for about 3 months ... Amazing ... Highly recommended for plant lovers.

This heavenly cactus nursery sits on the lap of the gigantic Himalayas, in the hill station of Kalimpong. I got the privilege of visiting this nursery & I was completely enthralled. To begin with, its situated very close to the centre of the town and can be easily reached either by walking or by becoming a part of a sightseeing group, via a cab. The entry fee is ₹20 only. Immediately after entering the nursery, you will notice small tent like rooms, constructed for the cactus plants. Each of these rooms are well-equipped with all the requisite habitat for the different varieties of cactus. The huge sizes of some of the plants will simply blow your mind away. At the very far end of the nursery, you will come across a view point, from where you can get a panoramic view of the mountain ranges. There is also a resort situated inside this nursery. English is well understood and spoken inside the Pine View Nursery. While strolling inside the small cactus rooms, be careful not to get too close to the plants, Photography is permitted. Nice nursery in Kalimpong with an amazing collection of cactus. Ticket price is 20/_ per person . We started our sight seen with this place first and it created a nice expression for us. In a clear day, the majestic Kanchenjungha is clearly visible from this place.

The cactus collection of this place is worth mentioning. This place is really amazing with some small tent like green houses in which different varieties of cactus are grown. You will see different kinds of cactuses with peculiar features and beautiful flowers. The nursery is well maintained. This place is really worth a visit.

Amazing collection of Cactus plants. Never thought that cactus plants could be so beautiful. There are almost all the varieties of Cacti. There is an entry fee of Rs 20 per person. The Nursery is not much big, but one can find very beautiful Cacti here. Good place to spend some time amidst the beautiful plants. This is a must visit place for anyone visiting Kalimpong. There is a small cafe also for tea coffee etc. inside the nursery.

I had an overall nice experience it had just two to three tents which were full of different types of cactuses which was nice it also had a very small place which would sell tea, coffee, burger, pizza and pasta but, the only problem was it would generally be closed. It really had a great view towards Mount Kanchanjanga. That place also had other things but it was closed.

Must visit place in kalingpong.Specialy nature lover must go they have multiple types of cactuses on display some of them are rare to find. They have made green houses to control temperature in side due to which it very very hot inside them ,they also have selling gallery inside this place and its looks that this place is maintained by single family

Lots of interesting and many a time beautiful beds of cacti and other succulents. The nursery is sweltering in spite of being on a hill station, but its a cactus nursery. The heat is to be expected. This is a brilliant place to visit if you like succulent and desert plants, but skip it if heat and cacti arent your cup of tea. You can also purchase small potted cacti here, but do keep in mind that you most probably cant transport them in the flight back home.
