Pinar del Río Hotel in Pinar del Rio

Wenn man im Ort eine preiswerte Unterkunft mit Pool sucht, ist es die einzige Möglichkeit in Pinar. Solange ich dort nur baden und schlafen möchte, ist das Hotel am Stadtrand, dem Ende der Autobahn von Havanna, in Ordnung.

Слишком шумный, еда довольно скудная, комнаты со свежим ремонтом, хороший вид и расположение не далеко от центра. Бассейн используют вероятно не только гости отеля, очень загружен.

Me pareció que es la peor instalación que hay. Para poder hechar el día en la piscina debes pagar una habitación. Se entra a las 2 de la tarde y de que te dejan entrar te cojen las 4:30, la piscina cierra a las 6. Por tanto te sacan y al otro día habré a las 10 y las 12 te sacan los de seguridad que parecen gerentes en el hotel, claro te sacan si no les das dinero, si les das no hay problema. Ni hablar de la comida dicen cuando vas a sacar la reservación q es mesa bufé cosa que no entiendo porque ves al personal de ahí sirviéndose la comida ellos y tratando le luchar la de ellos por supuesto mala cantidad que esta. Yo creo que el hotel Pinar del río es un negocio para todos los que trabajan aquí. El bar de la piscina jjjjjj una pila colada 2,15 , es más cara que en el optuzar jjjjj y si al menos tuviera la calidad que tienen aquellas pero nada que ver. Que es lo que pasa aquí que el pueblo no tiene donde ir y por eso tienen que venir a esta basura donde el atención a los clientes es pésima.

Hola a todos mi experiencia fue pesima, las habitaciones estaban en mal estado y falta de mantenimiento, la comida y desayuno era buffet sin mucha variedad y con alimentos de mala calidad, el servicio de la piscina pesimo, la ofertas a sobre precio todo, ejemplo la cerveza a 1.50, lo único q rescato es la animación y la recreación de la piscina q dieron un espectáculo por la noche maravilloso... Mi criterio es q sea de 1 estrella

I cant parking on front hotel , however local people could park , the security guy dont want listen my question why another, local people can...bar very expensive, easy to rent private without taxes a car ....

Falta más atención a los huéspedes y heladera y plancha para cada habitación xfavoooor.

Bar und Zimmer sind prima und sauber, freundliches Personal, hilfsbereit mit Tipp für Restaurant und Ausflug zur Tabakplantage. Frühstück leider katastrophal, keine Tassen , kein Kaffee, keine Gläser , erst auf Nachfrage. Pool ist wiederum prima. Nicht weit in die Stadt zu gehen.

Bad service. Bad customer service. poor quality in the products .. I do not recommend it to anyone ..

The rooms has not fridge which is a must nowadays for all hotels; the front desk agents are not polite and looks like if always they are looking for money extra from you even when they don’t know what to do. The security team day and night force you to pay them cash in order for you to bring your friends into the hotel bar, if you don’t pay them cash they won’t enter. The hotel team is very homophobic and they are not pleased with the visit of LGTB people. The restaurant options are extremely poor having only two options and all of them are worse:- The restaurant at the second floor that serves a horrible version of buffet.... horrible, again the employees at the restaurant ask you to pay them cash to seat to eat and they keep the money for them- The bar at the main lobby serves just ham and cheese sandwich that are always the only option, thanks god they serve this type of sandwich 24 hours, it looks more like a safelife option for the whole hotel clients but a pocket money for the bartender.The pool area is a total disaster, having again the security team asking you for money to let you enter the pool and then, they keep the money to them in their pockets. Then after 6 pm they come around all pool tables with clients letting them know they have to leave the area. Pool closes at 6 pm for everybody.WiFi is good in the main floor, don’t expect it to work at all around the other hotel areas.
