Very nice clean and friendly

I have always enjoyed the PFJ locations, but Destiny has given me another reason for PFJ to earn my business. Thanks Destiny for helping me decide to get a bit of rest before driving, very thankful as I may have dozed off if I kept driving.

This was our first pilot to stop at on our way to Arizona, and at eveyone they had clean restrooms, nice employees and they smiled as they greeted you. Thats why i tried to stop only at pilot locatons all the way through to Arizona.

Nice and clean. Really good juicy burgers across the street makes it even better.

That pilot travel center is really had a good location right n it’s right on the road. You will get A good size parking lot and super clean classrooms. Laundry and driver Lodge. For food they have a pizza and Arby’s addition to that Walmart is right next to the gas station and across the street they have Taco Bell and other good stuff if you try to stay a night

Pretty normative Pilot. Not a ton of truck parking and some of it is a little snug. Try and get one of the spots facing the fuel lanes to avoid being blocked in or having to do a multi-point extraction.Theres a Walmart just across the street for getting caught up on your groceries. Pretty convenient. No local restaurants within a short walking distance of the stop however so youre stuck with Taco Bell or the roller grill pretty much.

Pizza absolutely slaps and Ray has some of the best customer service Ive ever experienced. Probably one of the best truck stops Ive been to tbh.

Asked for ranch sauce after buying chicken tenders and was told that they didn’t have any and to go ask at arby’s. The lady didn’t want to help with a simple request and yes, they did have ranch sauce. In fact, they have a big bin under the pizza display that is very visible. I don’t see the need to hoard sauces like that.

Super clean restrooms. Lots of stalls and space to wash up.Lowest gas prices in town.Also includes an Arbys, grocery store, and Cinnabon.Self checkout on the convenience store side.

Truck driver: Two stars because of rude janitor staff. I get you have a job to clean but standing at the front of the doors huffing and puffing isn’t acceptable. After calling out “maintenance” I let him know (from the stallsomeone was in here. Dude stood in front of the womens room for 2 minutes huffing & puffing till he finally said “well I’ll come back.” After a few minutes and a few more ladies used the restroom he had it closed off as we were exiting.

On October 15-16, the restrooms toilets did not flush at all. Just a traveler passing by, I expected nice clean restrooms.

I stopped on 10/22/21. Showers were clean. Food selection was great, usually I get ch wings and when request some side dipping sauce the crew were pleased in everything. Im coming back to this place. Drivers use Madison Street to get there coming back

Dont play games they wont give you money if you win i went true hell just to get some certificate to purchase in store no b.s. im being honest spend 100 dollars and got just store certificate and everything is for truckers so youre screw

Ive stopped at this Pilot a few times before on my way to Amarillo. Usually the bathrooms are very clean. On my visit (7/3/2021the bathrooms were not in good shape. The station staff was friendly and I let a staff person know that the bathrooms needed to be addressed.

I love coming here simply bkuz I can get gas, grab a bite to eat, get my cigarettes (2-pack specialand last but certainly not least I can also purchase my scratch-offs!!!! Its A One-Stop-Shop!!! I LOVE IT!!!

Stopped for gas, snacks and restroom break. My wife was not allowed to enter the womens restroom. There was a staff member there turning women away in order to clean. There were still several women in the restroom. The mens room wasnt any better. There was a line of 4-5 people. They appear to only have stalls and no urinals. There was no way to social distance. Too frustrated with the place to purchase anything other than the gas. Will not ever stop there again.

A good place to stop and fill your gas tank and get some food. It is amazing how nice and neat and clean. this place has very good service and friendly staff all very very accommodating.We stop there every time we drive-through the area. Even if we only need a quarter of a tank of gas.

Interesting set up for semi’s and diesel trucks. The pumps and parking are all in the back but have a separate entrance down the main road and easy to miss.Whole place smells amazing because of Cinnabon. Had hot foods like soups, self checkout(!), clean bathrooms and a big section of random things you might need on the road.

We stopped here on our way home to De Kalb Texas after being in California for a year. I love Arbys. The staff are friendly and Porsche went beyond my expectations for friendliness and help with my order.

Plain and simply the cleanest Pilot with the nicest people you will ever want to meet. Showers are great with the little lady saying thank you and come again when I put my towels in the dirty laundry . The Arby’s was perfect the coffee was hot and fresh and the fuel was reasonably priced. The parking was set up great for trucks, payed out very nice. The parking lot was immaculate. What more can you ask for?

The food is pretty good for a Truck stop.

We run to Dallas and back pretty regularly and stop here 85% of the time. Clean restrooms, reasonable gas prices, good customer service and plenty of food and drink choices. If youre passing through they are sure to have what you need. If they dont, theres always a Walmart next door. Safe travels!

Told no RV dump station and no idea where there would be one in the area. Went less than a mile down the road to one of the many RV parks in the area. Will make sure to call ahead and not assume all Pilot Travel Centers can accommodate RV needs.

The store was clean and had a well thought out traffic plan, but they charged our credit card $151 for a $30 gas purchase. The clerk explained that it was "pending" and would only charge us the correct amount, but it bugs me when a store does this. Either accept my card or decline it. Dont tie up funds.

Always stop here when in passing through area. Very nice employees. Ate at Arbys here once, but for same or less cost you can eat from the Pilot menu. Nice clean showers. Typical store.

A favorite stop while on the road. Plenty of options here. Coffee, soda, snacks and water. Toys for kids and souvenirs for the whole family. Whether a car, motorcycle, RV or big rig fill up at one of their many pumps. Usually has a fast food option attached and restrooms along with showers. Definitely recommend for travelers and local patrons alike.

This was just a quick trip and a quick stop thats what made it so convenient to be able to be in and out kind of a different location being right smack in the middle of Boise Oklahoma but still the staff were so kind to my wife while she picked out a present for my daughter nice and clean place very hospitable an inexpensive the same item that we see right here on my pictures cost at $30 in another location thanks for saving the Working Man some money guys I appreciate that

Sure I could talk about their wide variety of snacks, in-store Cinnabon, and drinks, but Im here to give you the scoop on what any traveler REALLY cares about, the bathroom. Its always gloriously clean. Never fear stopping here.

Ive stopped here many times and the bathrooms have always been clean. Nice open interior design and layout. Not many truck parking stalls, but there is a Walmart next door. Staff has always been friendly and eager to help. Like a previous reviewer mentioned, the single driveway for entry and exit is cause for concern and headaches, especially if you get there at the wrong time.

The pilot in Childress is very nice. It is always busy and the bathrooms are clean. The only thing that I do not like about some of the pilot stores that have visited is the single drive way in and out. The single driveway causes lots of traffic back up out on the roadway that could somewhat be avoided if there were another driveway opening on the other side of the parking lot.

Perfect place to make a stop. Got almost everything required for the road. Very clean store and friendly staffs.

Very clean bathrooms and showers. Great quality of food and service. Coffee bar stocked but poor quality coffee. The lack of freshness that of other Pilot travel centers was not there. No bean to brew coffee machine. Lots of parking space.

Excellent store! Very clean! Coffee bar fully stocked and every flavor ready to go I think hot! The only negative is the fuel pump area. If you have a lengthy trailer then getting in and out will be a challenge.

For a Pilot, this place is really nasty. Filthy beverage counter. Filthy nasty bathroom. The toilet I used looked like it had never been introduced to cleanser. Gas pumps didnt have trash cans at every pump. I had to go looking for one. Two of the self checkout stands were out of order. Really this place just sucked when it came down to it. I will definitely bypass this truck stop the next time I drive through here.

One of the best Pilot travel centers Ive visited twice now on the road while truck driving. Always clean, mostly everyone is friendly. Safer than most communities and theres a man named Donald in there. Say hello to him, hes the kindest soul Ive met, lucky if you do. Ask him for some oatmeal for breakfast, hes glad to serve up some. Made my whole day better, God Bless America !

This place is always clean and the staff are friendly and attentive to the needs of the customers. The only trouble with this Pilot is that they only have one entryway onto the automobile area. This entrance is also the only exit so it does get congested at times. Especially when someone driving a large diesel fueled pickup truck pulling. 5th wheel pulls in. It would be great if they used the diesel pumps where the semi trucks fuel up. Im sure it would be easier on them as well.

We came by for a fill up, we visited the restrooms they were clean also the coffee was good. The cashier was friendly, I give the experience 5 stars. E 85 gasoline is sold here, they also have an Arbys , a cinnabon and pj fresh market place

Bathrooms dirty, pj fresh food looked old, coffee not fresh out of some. Had to ask for fresh pizza. I saw at least 5 employees, no customers. Store should have been spotless.

I always try to stop at a Pilot station when I see one on a road trip! They have clean bathrooms and friendly people working there. If I’m tired I can get a pick-me-up of a caffeinated beverage and a cup of ice to go with it! Their gas prices are reasonable too.

Aside from being a typical gas station store with low quality food that is severely overpriced, which would automatically put this place below average at 2 stars. The service is literally the worst service Ive seen anywhere in my life. She was avoiding taking my order. When I was the only 1 in line she ignored me, and when anyone else came in line she would help them even though they were behind me. This happened at least 5 times before I decided I wouldnt buy that pizza even if she would actually acknowledge my presence.

Since this is a fairly new truck stop. It is still relatively clean and well-organized. Easy to see from the road and easy to get in and out of and easy to get in and out of. This is a very popular truck stop chain and very popular with truck stops going up and down 287. They always have very good coffee in the mornings and they have quick food that you can get and eat if youre in a hurry

Very clean, well lit (safe), and a great selection of healthy snack and drink choices. The staff was very friendly and didnt make me feel like a dumb ass for needing help with the self checkout!

Really nice store with friendly staff. Recently added self check out registers. Store has Cinnebon, Arbys, and an in store diner separate from Arbys.

4/17/2016 last 3 diesel pump real slow. I pumped $5. For some reason they wouldnt put yellow bags over the nozzles. Kiosk was out of paper. Lottery machine out of order. Shower smelled like a backed up septic tank. And the parking lot sucks for trucks. One driveway in and out. Other than that it was great.😏👈
