Pieology Pizzeria in East Los Angeles

My pizza crust was almost raw.. no sign of any crunch or toastiness the crust was literally white & play dough like. The slices were barely cut I had to cut it myself. Horrible.. I regret purchasing

the price a little bit higher than domino，but delicious, download app, a lot of deal.

Love the pizza sone of the staff members have horrible attitude when late night about 30 mins before closing and they were not happy with the fact i was there and they made it more than obvious one old guy kept giving me a nasty look nodding his head at me its open till time posted on entrance

Tried for the first time. I thought the customization process was really neat, i can see the appeal. However in terms of deliciousnous it was just okay, nothing really blew me away.

The pizza was awesome! Service was amazing! Everyone was friendly! Daniel made my pizza. he greeted me right away and was very polite and helpful! Another gentleman Enrique rang me up and was very professional. Not sure why this places would have any bad reviews. I guess there are lots of negative people out there, We should pray for them.

Great quality pizza.Amazing service from the staff. Especially from Kayla. She was terrific making those pizzas left and right! Yolanda and Daniel were kind as well.Great service. Will be back.

This place has a great selection of pizzas for everyone’s taste. It was a little busy when I came in but the staff kept the line moving. Props to Daniel and Maria for cranking out the pizza dough quickly! Will definitely be back next weekend!

Very bad attitude! Daniel was very unprofessional! I asked them if I needed to pay extra for topins that would be fine so you could tell the amount he was putting on the pizzas! I was paying close attention to my 5 pizzas couse I was afraid they might spite on my food! Big no no! I do not recommend this place at all. All of the staff members acted awful!!! There was an older guy and he was the only one trying to help other customers!

Their prices went up, the lady working there is extra stingy with all the toppings. I asked for feta and she literally put two small pieces.. lol thats insaaaane. They charge $1 for half filled ranches. Ridiculous!!

Didnt like their pizza the bread was too chewy the topings lacking more condiments the only thing I like about it was the sauce

The Service: Very organized and efficient. Well staffed, good team work!The Food: Love made to order pizza. Fresh ingredient and just the way I like it. They offer gluten free crust, cauliflower crust, deep dish crust & etc. Also, I love their fruity drinks, my favorite is cucumber mint lemonade.The Parking: Plaza parking lot. Lunch time might be a little bit crowded if you want to park close to the store.

Ive been coming to this Pieology for a long time almost weekly and the pizza is always good but most of the time its pretty understaffed on the weekends. This seems like a management problem since I see new faces constantly when ordering, hopefully this location can sort this out. Other than that the food is great and I will keep coming here for the bomb pizza!!

Purchased 2 pie rise thick pizzas and they were by the far the nastiest pizza, Ive ever had. Undercooked and the quality was terrible. Complete waste of money.

9:30pm. Close at 11pm. Out of several choices. Very disappointing when you see such high reviews. There’s really no excuse to run out of product with this much time to closing. Came out of my way to avoid other pizza places. Most likely won’t be back.

The pizza is mediocre at best no flavor in the sauce or ingredients. The staff is completely over this place. I felt like quitting and I don’t even work here. Out of all of the build your own pizzas this place takes the cake for the worst pizza. On a good note the establishment is clean and there is customer restrooms. Very disappointed overall, I had huge expectations but it didn’t meet the minimum standards.

Sorry I was hungry. Pizza are amazing .you get to put Whatever you want on you Pizza. Me I like everything on it.

Pizzas just with the toppings we wanted and made the way we wanted. No leftovers. This time the staff was friendly and actually let us have the pizza extra crispy.

Love this place, lots of options for custom pizzas and vegan options also. Get the app, makes online ordering a snap.

Seems to be short handed today, as with every businesses. People decides to change career during COVID does cause tremendous impact, especially in food industry. I hope they do get to increase their staff so service can improve.

The best pizza and you can make it wherever you want it

Was asked to move. A friend and I were playing a card game and I was told that we were at their table for too long. We had purchased beverages there prior to sitting down. Did not make a fuss at the time and simply moved . We were not disrespectful or cause a scene, but felt that it was laughable since only three other people were there. Not busy at all.

Dine in was fine I ordered a vegan pizza which was very good, only ☹️ was no refills at all on fountain drinks, I had to purchase a whole new cup.

Love this place. Extra everything no extra charge. This place tops all other spots like this. Love you guys. Thank you for the amazing service.. also, beer! WOW..

Best pieology location. Amazing plant based options. The staff is so personable and the layout is very spacious... plenty of parking in the shopping center, but they do get busy often.

The cauliflower crust is great with the garlic pesto spread. The other cheese and meat toppings are tasty, too. Theyre not very generous with topping, especially when the owner is there which is most of the time.

Had a great time at this Yelp lunch break meet.A little bit out of the way from where I reside but that doesnt really stop me from food and being social. I enjoyed the fact of being able to stroll in during a window. The flexibility helps as it is held during a week day and we all have something to do or somewhere to go.It was great speaking with our community manager Megan. Even though it was for a very limited time I am grateful to attend and show my participation towards the Yelp community. I also ran into a couple of fellow yelp elite members from previous events. Its amazing to see familiar faces in different cities for these events.Thank you again for hosting the event and looking forward to the next one. :)

No matter what combination I get it always tastes bland. Confused about this place. Last visit they gave my pizza away. They gave me a replacement and the one the customer had ordered but my taste buds were still sadden with the lack of flavor. IDK....

I love pizza, but I dont indulge in carbs, so I am so happy that I can have a delicious pesto ricotta, spinach, and spicy sausage pizza! It was absolutely yummy! I love this place and the service is top notch. All the staff are very attentive and considerate!

I absolutely love their cauliflower pizza crust! I keep away from carbohydrates because of my health and was so glad to discover this flourless pizza crust! I love the pesto and ricotta with spicy sausage and spinach! Delicious!

A custom personal pizza for about $9, yes thank you!!! You can put whatever you want on your pizza and they even have vegan and gluten free options as well. With deals this good lines can get long, but the offer delivery so you dont have to wait. The parking lot is large and shouldnt be an issue. Great tasting pizza at a good price

Best pizza place ive been to. Delicious, fresh ingredients, theyll pile em on for you as many as much as you like no extra charge. Great specialty lemonades too. Staff are friendly. Cheese bread and churro pizza are both divine.

They were very good at following instructions. The thin crust is a bit too much like a cracker and less like crust after baking. Otherwise it was good. Parking is tough around lunch time.

I love stopping by this pizza place, for 9 bucks you choose any topping you want, thats right, add any veggies and any combination of meats, 2, 3, 4 meats or veggies , you name it, the combinations are endless, pizza always tastes great! And even if you have to go theyll pack it on a specific pizza bag which I wish every other pizza place had, drinks are on point! And they have beer on tap! Great selection as well , plenty of tables all over the place for groups, a well fitted spot to get pizza and beer with friends, very very well recommend!

My service started off wrong since the beginning. Melissa S complained when she had to get the thick crust dough from the back for the second pizza. I got the regular one. Then I wanted mushrooms, pineapple and bell peppers and she was out of mushrooms and she only used the pinch of mushroom crumbs left. When we got to the register we got the Tuesday deal and we are told there was no lids for the drinks our order was to go so that was inconvenient. And once I received my pizza I was not happy with the appearance quality of it. I did not want to make a big deal about it but I just will not be coming back.

Build your own pizza. Unlimited toppings for only $10 bucks. Want extra of one topping? No problem. Pretty good spot for pizza. Tasted homemade too. It will take a while for your pizza to be done though especially when there’s a line. I recommend the app to save time.

First & last visit...ordered my pizza the cheese looked like a decent amount but after it was cooked the cheese was minimal so it was mostly crust...sauce was average tasting...spend your money at an authentic Italian pizzeria instead of this

Craving pizza! This is a must try, stop by they have 3 different crust and so many choices for toppings. The customer service has all ways been professional and the timing on the wait is incredibly quick.They have several choices on drinks including beer and they have so much space to sit.

I just tried it today and ordered a macadamia white chocolate cookie, soda, and a pizza with all toppings my choice. Everything was delicious and the people were so nice. The place was very clean and modern and im definitely coming here again 💘.

Horrible service! I love Pieology! I never had horrible customer service until today! This Pieology staff is rude from the person thats helping you to the manager Jose. My Pizzas hardly had any cheese and the bread was extremely hard to eat. I keep asking for extra cheese and she would just look at me like she didnt understand. Smh. I dont think I would visit this location again.

Food is very good. My pizza was done in about 7 minutes after I paid for it. Employees are amiable enough and thats fine with me.The one drawback that I can think of is waiting in line to order, it gets usually congested.

Ive gone to a couple Pielogys and never had an issue with cheese or toppings until I came here.For me, the person helping me would put about 2 mushrooms, 2-3 onion pieces every time I asked for it. I had to ask him multiple times to add more and each time it would be that miserable amount.His reason for this was because the pizzas dont cook well.Its my pizza! I want it how I want it. Thats why I come here!The whole pizza was cheaply made, and even the crust here seems thinner.Overall this store made itself seem cheap and tight with their toppings. I will never return to this Pielogy. Its unfortunate since its new here.

I had the worst experience!! I google the closet Pieology and found one in Monterey park. There was a long line, So I waited for like 25min. Then finally made my pizza and paid, took me like 35min. So now Im waiting, I see my pizza come out and 10 others just sitting there, and sitting there over 15min. Finally they put my pizza on a tray and the girl put it in to a to go box and dropped my pizza on the floor and half my pizza in the trash. By this point Im hungry, tired and upset that she just dropped my dinner all over the floor and I waited almost an hour. I told her just please give me my money back, I cant believe you just dropped my dinner. The manager Jose was like fine well give you your money, not a let me make you a new one, not a hey well take care of that, not even a sorry well give you a free pizza on us for all the inconvenience. Then I ask for his boss cuz I didnt think he was being a good manager by just brushing it off like nothing. And he couldnt give me the number just some email. I do understand it was busy but I dont think a pizza that takes 5min to make (which it says on there signshould take an hour to get. So dont go to this one unless you want bad service and wait forever for your pizza.
