PieZano's Pizza in Watertown

GM is great. Staff themselves however, a few of them are questionable. Some act very childish. I hope they start to act their ages soon, as most of them seem to be 18 at the least. Besides them, food is great, GM made sure we had what we needed and chatted with us for a bit before he went back to helping his employees, he was not the slightest sweaty. They wear proper attire and cover any type of hair they have so it doesn’t get in the food. And he keeps personal life away from work. You could tell something was bothering him but he was too professional. Whatever it is, I hope he feels better soon. We got pasta dishes and they were great, I have a weak stomach and the meal didn’t hurt me a bit. Will for sure be coming back.

Very gross and the general manager is sweating all over the food I happened to find a hair kinda looked like a arm or chest hair in my pizza dough because I only buy the dough to make my own pizzas

Friendly staff, great menu, and food is excellent! Dine in is a small environment but not overly loud. They provide dine-in, take-out, and delivery.

Probably the best pizza in Watertown. As good as cams with better crust. No flopping crust and less grease.

This place slaps hard AF The Garlic Parm Fries are 🔥🔥🔥. I had the Fish Plate special tonight, brought it home, it slaps hard, tartar sauce is fire, their ranch is fire. Every time I eat here its bussin. 👊

I was at The Little Bookstore yesterday and as I was leaving I was drawn into PieZano’s Pizza by the tantalizing aroma coming from their shop. I entered and ordered a large pepperoni pizza with several toppings and have to say, it was the single largest pizza I’ve ever had. It was a takeout order and when I returned home to Sackets, it was still hot. I found the pizza to be quite tasty, without being greasy like a lot of places I’ve ordered from. I highly recommend PieZano’s Pizza for your next pizza craving.

Hands down worst pizza Ive ever had. Decent ingredients but so soggy everything slid off into a puddle of sauce and undercooked crust. Basically inedible.

The food is excellent and the people who work there are very helpful and courteous! I would recommend them for any of your dinning needs.

Honestly the absolute worse.pizza I ever tasted. It was burnt so badly it tastes worse than cardboard. Just gross. Boneless wings dripping in oil. I just threw 40.00 in the trash. Dont bother

Always a good meal! Prices are pretty good for the portions you get. The soup and lunch slices are perfect for a quick stop when Im working.

Always loved this place, but sadly quality of food and customer service has gone downhill. Ordered two grinders, both orders were wrong. Packaging was a mess. Bits of chicken (or somethingin the fries. Could be time to clean the fry baskets! It will be a long time before we come back.

Ordered wings for takeout which were very cheap, they said 40 minutes but were here in 20! Very, very pleased with the quality and taste. So delicious! Will definitely be ordering from here again.

Great place! It was nice to see how clean it is on the inside. We had an order of their boneless Buffalo wings and wow, they were meaty and good! For dinner we had their Garlic Chicken, Margherita and regular Pepperoni Pizza! The pies were good and satisfying! Margherita became the real winner in overall choice of slice! Keep up the great service! 👍

It was closing time one night, and my wife just wanted a single slice to bring a friend at the hospital. The girl gave my wife the three remaining slices at no additional charge. Said they were gonna toss them out anyway. That sold me as my favorite dine-in pizza place in town. When I was building the new womens clinic on outer Washington I ordered a pizza every week. Pleasant staff, great pizza. I hope they are doing well since we moved away. Havent found any place like it.

Ordered from Grubhub. The food looks and taste delicious. Calzone is a hefty portion and the small antipasto is a decent size as well. Highly Recommend!

Best slice in watertown! Ive been to darn near every pizza spot across the city looking for the best and this place is the real deal! My margherita pizza was cooked on point! Thin, crispy, and fast!

Ordered pizza at 530 it is now 7:16 still no pizza.I called and asked about the status she told me delivery is on its way and is out, 20 minutes later still no pizza... when I stated the pizza will be cold when it arrives she didnt even try and make things right she kindley said its fresh when it is taken out for delivery! I am disappointed because I used to enjoy their pizza but service has seemed to go downhill.

I love going to PieZanos! They have an awesome Buffalo chicken pizza that I get on cauliflower crust. It is so good!! My son loves getting pepperoni pizza from there. Will definitely visit again.

Normally I love Piezanos pizza. The other day I was running errands and decided to stop and get a quick slice. Employee mask compliance is iffy. I went in to find the woman taking orders had her mask down under her chin. As did the person actively making food. I decided to leave rather than take the risk.

Fantastic food, excellent service. So much more than pizza- entrees, appetizers & deserts are amazing..one of the many locally owned/operated/family businesses that knock the ball out of the park..we are so lucky to have neighborhood businesses like this

This food was great. They catered for a wedding I went to a few weeks ago and we ordered their pizza for the rehearsal dinner. I couldn’t get enough of it. I’m not from the area, but I wish I was so I could have a chance to eat more of their meals. All the food was delicious. The best pasta I’ve ever had, I went up to several plates. And the staff was so nice, I got to chat with them for a bit.Definitely recommended. I promise, anyone who orders won’t be disappointed.

We had PieZano’s Pizza cater both our rehearsal dinner and our wedding this past weekend, 10/2 and 10/3 2020 in Alexandria Bay. We had a quest list of 47. Tom was so helpful with guiding us in selecting the foods that would work well together, in amounts that would work best for our guests. His communication was great and I had complete confidence that there would be no issues for either of our days.The service and delivery were perfect on both days. Everything arrived on time, fresh and hot. For the rehearsal we did pizza and wings. We ordered a variety of pizzas and he even did some specialty keto friendly and vegan ones so all of our guests were able to eat and enjoy. The wings were excellent also. The wedding meal was so good!! My guests are still raving over it all. We chose homemade meatballs, chicken riggies, smothered chicken, and chicken/broccoli Alfredo, upon request, he did a separate vegan pasta dish. Garden salad, dressings and garlic knots were included. People went for seconds and a few thirds lol, and they could because there was enough food to be able to do that. Literally everything was delicious and you can’t always say that about a buffet. We could not be happier with the whole experience and we highly recommend PieZano’s to anyone considering catering a formal or informal event.

We had my in-laws wedding catered and the food was amazing!! The chicken riggies were phenomenal! Tom brought all of the food on time and hot!! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for amazing Italian food!

Had the pleasure of having PieZano’s for the first time last weekend for a rehearsal dinner. Not only was the pizza delicious and enjoyed by all, but the delivery of the pies was punctual. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and they know their way around a kitchen! 10/10 would recommend for walk ins or catering.

My God, where do I start? I’d thought based on the reviews I would be making a safe choice, I was wrong. From the moment I walked in I could tell I was in trouble. The one cashier had been taking a telephone order, the other two behind the counter couldn’t be bothered to even say hello. I may as well have been invisible, because neither acknowledged me. Finally, when the young girl had finished taking the order and hung up the phone, she very politely asked if she could help me. The only one there with any sense. The food was worse than the service! The garlic parm fries were bland, and so was the chicken ceasar wrap. The only thing on my plate with any flavor was a piece of plastic in the wrap I nearly choked on. Absolutely disgusting service and food. I will not be returning and I will make it my mission to dissuade anyone I know who might even think of going.

Service was prompt and polite (if you order GrubHub for pickup, be sure to mention that). Pizza was outstanding. Had a white pizza with chicken something, a traditional pepperoni, and a custom gluten free (they have gluten free options!). All was enjoyed heartily by all eaters. I live on the opposite side of Watertown, and may consider coming back to this place over closer locations.

Pretty good, NY style pizza. Lots of options, vast menu, owners work hard, seemed pretty quiet though. Not a lot of banter ;)

Worst eat-in experience ever. So sad because Ive always loved their pizza. Horrible service, pizza was undercooked and soggy, apps were served without the dips, plates or silverware. Ordered 2 small pizzas, had to wait for the employees to finish chatting, then go to the store for the ingredients for the second pizza, which was undercooked due to them rushing as my companion was already done eating when mine came out, with a layer of water on top. So disappointed. Not worth $45, for 3 garlic knots, fried cauliflower without the ranch and 2 small pizzas.

We ordered a 12" pizza, 30 wings, an order of chicken tenders, an order of mozzarella sticks and five drinks. My brother inlaw joined and added another 12" pizza, a 2 liter soda and 10 wings. Although the add on order was ordered well before other customers, the wings came late and after other customers had been served. The last order of wings came just before we were ready to leave.All food was great. Would have preferred getting our full order at once rather than one item at a time though.I did miss getting breaded mushrooms :( that you no longer sell.

Good grub. Beer not available. More of an order and take home type place. Music, booths, beer, and video games would make it more of an eat-out destination.

Been trying lots of different pizza joints lately, but decided to visit my favorite place in Watertown again. This pizza is served very hot. I saw steam coming out of my own mouth. Its a perfect blend of sauce, cheese and pepperoni. Youll want to finish off the outside crust so as to leave nothing to waste. There are probably SOME better things to do on a Sunday afternoon. ... But for me, eating this pizza is better than receiving a free deep-tissue massage and a complimentary suitcase of cash. Tip: Try sprinkling some parmesan and garlic on your plate before putting your slice on it. Lovely greasiness on top with a little flavor kick on the bottom.

Family of five dine-in experience. Have been disappointed with the Watertown Pizza selection, but loved PieZanos. The sauce is flavorful, crust was perfect. Ordered pepperoni and Margherita pizzas and execution on Margherita was outstanding! Also very impressed with homemade wing sauces. The stingin honey garlic was a hit with whole family! Cant wait to come back to try homemade desserts! Service was good, as well.

Not very good, kinda greasy, ordered half cheese and half pepperoni, some slices only had 2 or 3 pieces of pepperoni, and their pretty large slices, the slices also werent cut all the way, luckily I have a pizza cutter. Was done in decent time but if I wanted fast sub par pizza, i would have went to little caesars and spent 6 dollars instead of 18

As good as NYC pizza (might even say its betterNot greasy or over-doughey like some of the other pizza places in the area. If they are busy though they dont always cook to pie to perfection but I just take it home and throw it in the oven. Still tastes amazing!!

Decent sit down restaurant, as well as a few table tops and several tables around the dining area. Tried the pizza one night enjoyed it but didn’t love it. Came back a few days later and ordered the Egg Plant Sub and it was excellent. Enjoyed this one a lot. Friendly staff and good food.

Piezanoes is the best pizza Ive ever had. I think its sauce is what makes the pizza so amazing. Any other pizza in town just wont cut it and Im so sad to move away and never get to order again. Any issues with orders were always quickly remedied, the staff is always friendly and the delivery drivers always quick and sweet. Cant recommend this place enough - especially the parmesan fries!

The meat lovers pizza almost tasted sweet, the way the ham was added to it gave it a very off flavor. The other pizza we had gotten was tasty and the dough on both was good. The mozeralla sticks were yummy and the breaded cauliflower was too but the portion sizes were so small that it was not worth the 6 dollar price tag. The pizzas were very expensive as well. I am all about paying for quality but I think that this is reaching. There are a couple of other expensive pizzerias in the area we feel the same about but there are competitors with much more reasonable pricing that have similar product quality.

This is the best pizza I have ever had in NY. Staff was friendly and helpful. Making suggestions on commonly ordered items. Children friendly. Blows any other competitor out of the water. not even a competition. Well priced. When in Watertown, youll want to stop in and have a slice.

PieZanos has excellent food from my very first ever Chicken Caesar salad to Chicken Bacon Ranch pizza and everything in between. The staff are a wonderful assortment of individuals with compassion for others who provide a personal experience every visit. I would highly recommend a visit for any occasion be it your lunch break or a nice date.
