Only a 4 star due to fact that I did not try everything the place to has to offer. Will definitely have come back and see if it can get the 5th star and I live in Ontario.

Family, and dog friendly place to stop and have a pint. Local pizza available next door or bring in from any of the local take out places. Always fun to come and see what NB wide take aways are available.

Nice space, great place to have a beer in Saint John.

Used to love coming here for my growlers. The last 3 times Ive been there they havent been able to fill them for whatever reason. 3 separate times weeks apart. Unfortunately I wont coming back for a 4th time.Moosehead it is from now on.

While it has nice decor, the beer is mediocre and not up to par with other craft breweries in the province. Not good value for the money you pay. I have been there four or five times and it has been underwhelming every time.

Always a good spot to enjoy a New Brunswick craft beer. Light beers, IPAs, lagers and ciders on tap. Very cool vintage exposed beam and brick loft feel to the place. Dog friendly. You can get a wood fired pizza next door and bring it over to have with your pint 🍻 🍕

This is a very busy and trendy spot for alot of the Saint John crowd as well as being very popular among the tourist also.I dont think I have ever seen this place empty. The staff are great and I would recommend this location to anyone who would like to have an evening out with friends or just get cozy with a date. This is a great place to go in the afternoon as well. The prices are very fair and reasonable. The quality of the product and service is amazing.

One of my favourite spots, the beer is great, the atmosphere is great and the staff are great.

It’s a nice local craft beer brewer. Nothing over the top good about the beer that makes me wanna drink this brand as my choice. I found the place to be nice to have a drink and sit with the windows open and watch people walking.

Youre looking to see what people are up to after work - this is the place. While not every Picaroons recipe is to my liking, they do make some great beer, and when you step foot inside this place at the end of the day not much else matters. Wonderful community vibe inside a beautiful old building, and they stock a solid selection of beer - not just their own - in the fridge.

Always a rewarding experience when I choose Picaroons for my Friday, late afternoon beer. Great service too.

The most overrated place in a town. I dont understand how "imperial IPA" could taste like a light lager. Nice interior but terrible beer.

It has a great atmosphere, beer was tasty and staff was pleasant. But my only complaint was an off leash dog that sauntered in way ahead of its owner and let to roam the whole bar, the owner never reeled him in. He went up to other dogs,still off leash ,which fortunately was unconfrontational ,but how could the owner know that. I think its great you allow dogs but they really need to be on lease. Being a vet tech Ive seen all too often when things go wrong. Added bonus...the dog was really smelly.

The beer is always excellent and the décor and atmosphere in here is great. The space is very open with vats in the back and a large circular table with many chairs. I got a growler filled up here and the staff was friendly and very helpful.

Awesome beer and very good price point. A warm and rustic interior. A must stop for beer enthusiasts.
