I loved it because it’s delicious taste and their pleasant service, especially Kip Patric in Anas bin Malek brunch, and their manager was so cooperative 💜💜💜

Of all good things, Kim patrick the most. Ilike the way he treats the cusstomers.

Hello,We just had a fantastic lunch with excellent service at Piatto today (Anas bin Malik Branch). I would like to thank Kim Patrick for the iced tea refills and consistent check-ups.I put 4 stars however because the bathrooms were really dirty and I found a cockroach there.

Previous review: nice vibes, most if what I have tried is delicious; their complementary salad is special, Fettuccine, Ravioli, pizza all tasty. The lasagna is averageUndated review: it looks like they have changed the management or new owners, because it taking a huge drop, recently they have an changed the whole menu, and they don’t make the old delicious dishes anymore, you get the vibe that it is totally different restaurant where the service it not as good, your favorite dishes are gone, the prices went up and staff .. hmmm where to begin; in the previous 3 months the behavior of the staff is becoming annoying, although thee restaurant is virtually empty, the staff stand in groups all over the restaurant (chatting loudlyas if you are in a meeting but in the middle of the restaurant where it becomes very noisy and (based on what they are wearingthey are mostly management not waiters. Please get back to what you used to be as my favorite restaurant.

Food is getting much more expensive but not improving, better Italian food available. Always good service though...

We used to come here a lot for the atmosphere and for the good food; however, our experiance today was diffrant. The food was veary bad, we could not finish a single dish ( of five dishes).I hope they look for the causes and fix it before losing more costomers.

Nothing special. They served nearly at the same time the first an second plates. The risotto, normal, only for filling your stomach. And expensive in comparison with you lunch. Not recommendable.

Good for takeouts. Salad and bread provided with the order, pizza is good (margarita was okay, chicken artichoke is good). Good for what it is; an enhanced version of fast food Italian. Dine in experiences are good with kids or large group (due to price and extensive menu, but then it is just a casual dining with average food).

One of the best Italian restaurant. Very good food and Very good service from Mr Ganesh. Got free gelato for bill more than 500sar. Will definitely come again

I liked the offer for Ramadan breakfast, and the food was good, but what i did not like the following:1- they mentioned the garlic bread and the salad part of the offer while it is already complementary in the normal days!2- they have the worst chairs ever for a restaurant; my back is hurting.3- they need to improve their salad bar and step up to the steak house level.

Really amazing. Come for the lunch offer and get chicken fettuccini add broccoli with it. The offer comes with the unlimited chef’s day soup and buffet and unlimited gelato with your choice. Ask for the branch manager Bendicto or Ben. He’s a really good manager and can help you in anything you need.

The most delicious pasta I’ve ever eaten in Saudi Arabia. I can’t describe how tasty It was. I highly recommend the pasta choices. The place is spacious, family friendly and quite. The location is perfect near many attractions In Riyadh.I would specially thank Mansour who was an excellent waiter, courteous and obliging. We had a pleasant conversation while waiting for the meal. The branch manager Medhat is kind as well and always ensures that customers comfort is to their satisfaction.I enjoyed the place and I would definitely come here again on a regular basis.

This branch is very good and has excellent staff. I recommend this great and delicious ITALIAN restaurant in Riyadh. Great ambience with great meals. They offer huge salad pair with french bread as for complementary,too. I have to say i was surprised with their happy hour offer buy 1 get 1 on the main menu every 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm every Sunday to Wednesday. Worth another visit soon.

This branch is very good and has excellent staff. The Warm Artichoke Spinach Dip is always the best appetizer to start with. The quantity of food is huge and it was enough to feed 4 people or five. They provide you with big salad and garlic bread along with a dipping sauce for every customer.Rating the items.1-Warm Artichoke Spinach Dip 10/10 my favorite.2-WILD MUSHROOM & CHICKEN FETTUCINI ALFREDO 8/103-GRILLED ROSEMARY CHICKEN & ARTICHOKE. 6/10 the quality was excellent but I didn’t like the taste of it. not my favorite taste.4-Passion Fruit Italian Soda 8/10.5-Tropical Italian Soda 9/10

Ambience outside was a bit too cold for my family so we dined inside. It is very nice atmosphere. The decor inside was done to make it feel an outdoor dining space in Italy.The waiters were attentive and courteous. I think the food quality and taste was excellent for the price. I recommend the roasted veggies for the appetizer and the shrimp and chicken linguini. The dessert menu was a bit limited but we had the traditional tiramisu, which was just right, not to sweety nor overly rich - just right!

Piatto has always been one of favorite restaurants, and I came to this branch because exit 5 branch was under renovations.I was surprised by how lovely and quiet this branch was!Excellent services and delicious dishes as always.Thanks to our waiter Mufeed for his superb service.

Awesome ambiance, with water fountain, Italian theme, green plants, live music, good service from friendly staff and decent authentic Italian food.I liked everything. I hope to find more on vegetarian options and parking on weekends.Recommended for family and single section. One of the best Italian food restaurant.Will visit again.

I visited this branch last week with my family for breakfast and it was so nice and cozy. The breakfast menu is just right and I love the idea that they present the calorie count in separated pamphlets to look at. The staff was nice, friendly and helpful. The place was clean and organized. Great experience for breakfast 👌🏼💜

Best Piatto in Riyadh that I’ve experienced. The service is fantastic and the atmosphere is wonderful. Very large restaurant with a huge family section. Food was always good and the drinks are pretty fancy, if you’re into the sweet things.
