really good food excellent customer service the prices are really good the place is really clean you never have to wait long for your order they never mix up your order its not hard to get seeding I really like this here restaurant I highly recommend anybody looking for a really great restaurant to check this one out you will not be disappointed I cant wait to come back and see you guys again real soon thanks for everything really appreciated keep up the good work.

The best pizza in Moncton, no contest.Friendly service, a very fun environment and pizza that the other restaurants only wish they could produce.Highly recommended date night location.

Terrible service. My water glass sat empty for a very long time, and I had to ask for it to be refilled. Food was very slow to arrive. I tried the chicken satay pizza, it was dreadful. The chicken was so dry that it was almost crumbly. I could barely taste any satay sauce, which was not at all spicy. When bean sprouts add the only discernable flavour to a dish, then something is wrong. My wifes lasagna was passable, but nothing more. She did like the meat (prosciutto?in her Caesar salad. We wont be back.

Piatto has a very unique atmosphere as well as amazing food. 10/10 would recommend.

Hands down, without question - the best pizza youll find in Moncton. Ive tried every local pizza place and Piatto is legit. Miles better than Vitos, Papa Johns, Dominos, Pizza Hut, Norms, Freddies, Cedars, Greco etc. Italian wood furnace makes their crust delectable. Super fresh toppings. Great environment.

Chic interior with great menu. Artisan wood fired pizza with some solid appetizer choices. Staff were wonderful with the 6 kids we had with us (two familiesand were quick to take orders and bring dough for the kids to play with at the table. Food was hot and delicious. Olives were a great starter. Will return.

Atmosphere was great staff were great but food was kind of underwhelming I had ordered a bbq chicken pizza and my significant other a Sicilian BBQ chicken pizza seemed very under powered/seasoned on the BBQ sauce and the Sicilian pizzas house made sausage was dreadful although the crust is very well made definitely not any better then your local pizza joint though for the above average prices at 19$ for a 11” pizza I had expected a artisan crafted well tasting pizza which was not the case ( for some unknown reason they didn’t have pasta available tonight for some reason ???)

If you want authentic hand made Italian pizza in a great atmosphere with excellent service you must check out Piatto and ask for Denis as your server. Love this place!

Authentic Neapolitan Pizza in a beautiful setting, and love the cool floors. Great service. Ive attended a number of fundraisers for local service groups at Piatto. Nice to see a restaurant so involved in helping their community.

Menu was a little confusing. Food was good. Service was great. Nice clean dining room and good wine selection. The spaghetti and meatballs are the best I ever had. The fire cooked pizzas are authentic and flavorful. Delicious.

Food quality was alright, but wonderful service from assuming the manager when I walked in and had a great server named Sarah! I came for the lunch special and brought my work with me they were very accommodating:)

This place should not call itself a pizzeria. The crust is tissue paper, the sauce is red tinged water and the toppings are sad. I had high hopea but they failed me. They couldnt even put together an okay basic margarita pizza.

Absolutely amazing artizan pizza! Everything is made in house and you can really tell the difference. We had the vegan pizza (on gluten free crustand the Stephanie. The gluten free crust is great, you can bearly tell the difference. The service was also great. 10/10 would definitely recommend

Went there three times and every time we received excellent service and even better pizza. I also highly recommend the chocolate spread pizza desert. :)

This place is delicious! The pizza is better than most I tried in Rome, and the lemon desert is perfect not to sweet was suprise that it was entirely made in house ..... Will be back everytime Im in Moncton.

First time dining there and wont be the last. They have fast friendly service. They have food you wouldnt find anywhere else in moncton.

Friendly spot. We booked a reservation for our party of seven on a Tuesday evening. It was not too busy when we got there. We were seated immediately. There was an issue with one of the tables. It was promptly resolved. It took a little longer than expected to get our food. They didnt bring out everyones food at once. The two people that were served first were done their meal before the pizzas arrived. The food was delicious!

WOW! If you are lucky enough to go on a day they are serving the Chicken curry soup then I must advise you to try it! It will tantalize your taste buds. Mackenzie was our server and was very knowledgable and friendly. A real gem!

What a waste of money! I have to admit their PR is perfect; they are certified, everything is like Italy... blah blah blah.... When it comes to the quality and the taste of food you get; this is the worst pizza Ive ever eaten. They served us Caprese salad with some kind of tomato that makes you sick.My girl friend and I was sick after eating in this restaurant... Never and ever will return there.

I liked it...except their menu doesnt have anything with seafood...we got a bonus instead: fries(they dont have it in the menu ☺that was so nice!

After being to the Piatto in Charlottetown my wife and I were very excited about visiting. While ambience was fine for a romantic outing, service (length of time to get food was extraordinarily long and people that came in after us were getting their meals firstand food quality was decidedly less than expected. Have not written location off will try again. Hoping it was a one-of.

The service was really really bad. It was a guy server. He was extremely rude. One of us took longer to decide what he wanted so he said ok then Ill go to you and asked the next person what he wanted. He was rude all evening. Then one couple didnt tip because of the bad service so he looked at him and said was everything ok with the service.Another thing. The food is soooooooooo expensive. 28$ for a calzone. 18$ for calzone, plus 2$ for mushrooms and 2$ for onions and 2$ for sauce. Ridiculous! Never going back.

Went there for my second time because my first experience had been very good. The pizza I ordered was tasteless. Skimpy on cheese and the crust was soggy. The restaurants policy is that you get another pizza, not a reduction in your bill. The second one was just as bad as the first. I wont be returning or recommending this restaurant to others
