The worse place to go. No many food to choose from and food taste and look like over night left garbage. You cant asked for something because all attendants speak local language . I witness customers going around and going out without picking plate. Others left food on the table and refused to pay. Its location in market is another indication that the owner put the business in a WRONG place.. The nearby IN & OUT restaurant is busy like processing factory while at Phoenix buffet you will meet by empty seats every time.

Not very good. Styrofoam plates and cups, plastic forks. None of the basic dishes youd expect to see on a chinese buffet. Only one item had meat in it, pepper chicken, but I had to pick the pieces of bones out to eat it. I ended up just eating some chicken nuggets, but I had to eat them dry. They had no sweet and sour sauce, no ketchup, I didnt even see any soy sauce.
