Pho Que Huong - Vietnamese restaurant in El Paso, United States
Service was fantastic. Lovely waitstaff and very professional. Proximity to Fort Bliss is amazing. 10/10 would recommend.
Called to place an order for delivery. Upon shortly placing it , I asked the gentleman on the phone to repeat what was said. Could hardly understand him over the phone and I’m hard of hearing. Then he said ok and hung up the line , I waited to see if I was on hold. Sadly was not the case. I placed an order with another pho place. Maybe next time :/
New staff seated us and left us there for 20 minutes while we were only one of 3 tables in the restaurant. seated and served new people without even looking at us. Didnt even give us water. When we told them we were ready to order they continued to ignore us. Not like it used to be.
Wow!!! It really surprised me how delicious it was here. Typically I don’t care for pho but their chicken pho is 😻
Sorprisely good, I enjoyed my pho very much
Pho Que Huong is amazing. The sea food pho is my favorite. The sandwiches are the bomb diggity also. This place gives other Pho restaurants a run for their money.
Picked up pho and spring rolls for dinner. Food was excellent and delicious. Servings were generous! We will return. Thank you to the chef.
There was one guy who was doing EVERYTHING...cooking, Cleaning, waiting Tables, & running the cash register...but he did do a great job, & the food was Absolutely Delicious...Highly Recommended...just need to have a little patience...
The food and service was excelent, the only complain was th A it was too slow to serve the food. One plate arrived and when the second did, the first person was almost done. Prices are fair and local comfortable.
Good food, good prices. Needs a server though, the cook served us and speaks 4% English. Room for improvement.
I really enjoy this place for the food is good the only reason this review is only getting 4 stars is because customer service was poor.
Very slow service with only 1 server. She had to act as cashier, bus tables, as well as take orders and serve! Plus she was not paid any salary! She only got tips. The cook is the owner and I really liked his food. But he does not know how to run his business.
Waitress was friendly. Pho was very delicious. Please tip in cash for the waitress. Dont tip by card because it goes straight to the owners.
One of my favorite place to go. Enjoy silence and great pho. This will be my last for now till i get back in many months.
Noodles were too soft and meat taste like it came from a can
Great food great service, but tips dont go to the server...just the owner. Pretty sleazy if you ask me. Be sure to tip in cash to the server directly.
First experience here. The food was good as well as the service. The pho was not shy in its meats, different than other places Ive been. Although not my personal favorite, the soup had a nice peculiar sweet flavor!
Ambience is great outdoor area has a large coy pond. Food was very tasty. I like lean meat and some of the photos had grisly pieces but since I eat very little Vietnamese this my be normal. Appetizer were very nice and I like the bleuberry bubble tea.
We came in five minutes before closing (sorry, we didnt realize and I know how the staff must feel wanting to go home..been therebut the cook was very sweet. The food was amazing!!!!!!! Will definitely return. In 💘 love.
It was a awful experience. The waitress knew nothing about the menu or food. Sat there a hour and 15 minutes and food never got served.
I really wanna put 5 stars, because the food was amazing, but customer service needs a bit of work. But seriously, food is awesome!! We had spring rolls, chicken wings, all meat platter, and combo Pho soup! they have big servings and every bite was finger licking delicious! Definitely worth checking out!UPDATE: place is under new ownership. Food is not as great anymore
Phö isnt how I grew up having it in Cali. Full bowl with a lot of meat and sides to put in for the same price, but overall the taste is great, good customer service... Other than the long wait to get our food, the pho taste really good. My suggestion would be to call in and order before heading over there.
Really nice staff. Good tasting food. Egg was overcooked and so was Chinese sausage but overall the meal was delicious.
Pretty good for my first time. I got the lemongrass chicken vermicelli. Very good but I wouldve loved more protein. Seemed a small portion in conjunction with the noodles. It was takeout so I cant speak on the staff but the customer service at the desk was good. Ill definitely be going back.
This review is not about their food or customer service but their takeout menu. Online menu has changed, apparently because of a recent owner change which is very inconvenient for us delivery drivers to be told they dont have this or that and then have to tell our customers they dont have what they want. When every minute lost is lost money going back and forth is not good for business for us and theirs.
Couldnt finish the pho soup, too much, but soo good
Nice place to eat Pho, service with a smile! And Great PHO!
They were out of about 3/4 of the menu, but the food & service were good.
I dont know why this place has bad reviews. I really enjoyed the pho here. The staff was nice and very attentive. I think this might be my new pho spot
Worst Pho place I’ve ever visited. The dim sum was not fresh and falling apart on the plate. Everything tasted horribly, especially the chewy meat. The staff was friendly, but sadly the food wasn’t eadible. Hands down one of the worst restaurant experiences ever.
Dont trust reviews trashing other viet places. This is the worst pho place in El Paso, if not in the entire US. Meat is stringy and unchewable, broth tastes like salt water with no hint of any meat flavor or spice, no garnish or no sprouts for thr soup, noodle is too thin, vermacelli is dry as grass. To top it off, non cash fee.
Best Pho Ive ever had. Seriously, nothing else has yet to compare. The fried rice and appetizers are amazing as well!
Excellent place to eat always eat with my husband we love this place :excellent service as well. We be back to this place :we need more people like this restaurant pormoting what dishes they have and coffee :)
Great food and descent portion sizes. Best of all... this place is 100% authentic and the food is so much better than the rival Pho places here in El Paso.Update Jan 2018,The restaurant is better than before. Portions are still much larger than Pho Tre bien close by. It serves 3Xs the meat then them for less in price here. The owner is extremely polite and the servers work hard. Now the food...Pho is amazing, and the vermachelli plates is excellent, lots of meat, noodles and huge portions are to die for. I just wish my belly was bigger to actually eat all of the pho in one sitting.
One of my absolute favorite Vietnamese restaurants in town. The waiting staff isnt the greatest but the food is oh so worth it!
Delicious pho. Warm atmosphere. Location is a bit weird but easy to access off of patriot highway. The service is good. I cabt really complain about anything. I well continue to come here for future pho.
Food is amazing! And there so nice! I would recommend this place
Best Vietnamese food in El Paso. The number 12, 39, and spring rolls are great. Everything Ive had here has spicey flavor and quality fresh ingredients, and perfect serving sizes for a 210 pound athletic male. Most dishes are only 10 bucks a piece. It has a great location next to fort blisses main gate.I know some references were less than 5 stars, and that might be because it has a IKEA grade decor. However, the places is clean, waitresses are pretty and polite, and food is fast (like 10 minutes off carry out orders. The health department screening had 100 points which is rare for a local resteraunte.Try it, youll love it
The best authentic food with so much flavor. They dont have lunch specials but they do have a military discount. Right outside post at the Cassidy gate. Very quick service. Can seat a group if needed.
Be patient, the food is worth the wait or the occasional slow service. There is authentic Vietnamese people running the place, not your cousin from El Chuco; everything is tasty and even more authentic than Pho So or Pho Tre Bien. Best Pho in El Paso, TX hands down AND it is in the NorthEast! Who would have thought....
Blows Pho Tre Bien out of the water! The broth is SO good, they accommodate any special request, the food is amazing and the tea is to die for. I only get pho here now, as its honestly the best in town. Price is great too!
Pho is my all time favorite meal, and this is the one place in my area that I trust to make it good every time :Never a bad experience!
No. 34 and 38 very fresh. Not greasy. Not salty. Wait is not long and worth it! Waitress very nice and informative. Loved it! One of the best Vietnamese restaurants in El Paso.
My first time food was fresh fast the waitress very loving Egg roll. And lettuce chri
Im guessing this pho place is really good for El Paso standards so Ill give em a 3.I mean come on Im from Los Angeles we have amazing and sucky pho places everywhere, and I mean everywhere. The prices are super cheap so its not a bad try or if its the only pho place around then i would say its amazing lolThe spring rolls are pretty good and big. Shrimp and pork.I ordered the small pho which is the normal sized bowl over here hahahaRare steak. I didnt have a lot of meat but it was fine. The broth was a little TOO sweet, I like it less sweet. It wasnt horrible. The noodles well they were fine too.The place is ok, looks clean enough. The tea was literally like black Lipton tea. Mehh
Great bowl of pho! Not too crazy for their thai tea though. It tasted like cereal milk
I went there for the first time on 6/9/2017, about an hour before close time and I was not disappointed in the greeting, and food. I had the large brisket pho and my husband had the grilled pork with steamed rice (healthier optionand was just full of flavor and in really good portions. The cashier was also the waitress but she handled her responsibilities very well. The atmosphere was also very pleasant. Although a bit unrelated, took me back to visiting Thailand a couple of years ago so definitely on the authentic side of decor and amenities.
Great authentic Thai food and open atmosphere. I loved the fish oil sauce and peanut sauce.
Some of the best pho soup and spring rolls ever! I am dropping to a one star due to they are never open when I go there so you dont keep a five star when I can only eat there once .
The first time I visited this establishment I would have called it a five star restaurant but after my last two visits, I cant do that. The food is amazing but the service is some of the worst Ive ever seen. The waitresses care more about what is on the phones than the customers. I had to call for the waitress to place the order, she forgot items that where requested with the order, and forget about her checking to see if you need anything once you get your food to include drink refills. The owner really needs to think about getting some competent severs.
