The pho was not good at all, would not recommend, no flavor!

Spring roll is the best, all veggies and protein and no noodle, which is healthy. The chicken larb is way too salty. This is not 800 AD China, salt is not a hard currency. The environment is clean. Some may say this establishment is at the higher priced segment within its type. If you want protein rich meal, this is probably not for you.

Had the pho. Very good and reasonably priced. Heading back for more!

Edit from the previous post: not sure if they got new owners or family took over but the pho has been inconsistent and not very good. I hope they turn things around.Best pho in town that is consistently good and the tea is good to!

What I can say? If you go to a Pho place and ask for Bun Bo Hue and they don’t know what it is and never heard of it, you do know this is not a place should be called Pho.

The dishes here are amazing!! It tucked back from street view in Clearwater — the food is amazing and Authentic! The service and these crab ragoins— actually have crab!!!

If youre going to buy the Pho, itll satisfy your craving. I got the Chicken Pho and my wife got the Broccoli Beef, but the food was on the sweet side. The prices were higher than most restaurants that served Pho. Customer service was good. Overall, this will not be my go-to for Pho, Ill probably try agian in a few weeks.

We had the combination pho and also the seafood one, with a side of egg rolls. Really yummy

Over priced. Noodles were not fresh. Beef broccoli was horrible but the bubble tea was good

Not good. Broth was bland and only came with one meatball cut into slices. Noodles were completely over cooked.

Good flavor of Pho soup. We always stopped for hot Pho here while we were in town. Very nice people and clean place,Definitely recommend.

My wife and I eat Pho all over town and were surprised to find this gem. We ordered the combination pho, potstickers, mango bubble tea, coffee bubble tea and a side of sticky rice. Everything was delicious! The broth is very good and I think it is our favorite now. The tapioca in the bubble sea was cold and chewy and complimented the hot pho very well. The potstickers had a nice light crispy fried texture and the sweet chili sauce served with them was good. We will be back to try more menu items soon.

This place isnt terrible.....but....it isnt great either. I have NEVER eaten in, so I cant speak to the quality if youre actually sitting down. However, if you get pho to go, be prepared to be......underwhelmed. There is a LOT of broth which is great, but its not very flavorful. There is a good portion of noodles, but thats where it ends. The rest of the "toppings" are basically none existent. My wife and I both got the beef/brisket pho, and there were about 3-4 strips of each. Maybe 9 slices of green onion, and a couple leaves of basil. Not really a lot of flavor to make up for the bland broth. Overall, its Pho. Its just not great Pho.

Disappointed. We had the beef and brisket Pho to go and ordered it there so it would be hot. They put the beef in the broth so after just a ten minute ride home it has hard and tough. Very small portion of meat. Literally 3 super thin slices of the brisket. Definitely not going back.

The food is very delicious! I also want to say thank you a million times for getting my lost purse back! I would recommend this restaurant for their food and kindness!!!

Best Pho I’ve ever had and I’ve lived all over the United States and have had many from other places. This place is as good if not better than the best Pho.Other food is really good as well! Try a little of everything, you won’t regret it

The pho is great however I only put 3 stars because even though their sign says theyre open until 8pm, they actually close at 7:30pm and their credit card machine shuts off at 8pm. Seems very strange for a business that says theyre open until 8pm. Very disappointed in the way they operate, especially when they make me feel unwelcome and rushed.

Honestly this place sucked. The noodles tasted stale and old and the broth had no flavor. On top of that I found a bug in my soup. Definitely won’t be coming back here.

Bubble Tea is really good and they have many flavors I had the green teaPad Thai was excellent and packaged well for takeout. Service is good 👍

Positives - lady was nice, food came out quick even though they were understaffed.Negatives - the meatballs in the pho were they lowest grade meatballs you could get. 1 meatball cut into 6 pieces for sure. The pad thai tasted like how a goat smells. And goat isnt even on the menu.

Fantastic Food!!!!! Service was phenomenal !!!!! They were super fast with bringing out food. Very reasonable prices too.... pho was delicious, thai basil chicken was so good, all appetizers were yummy too!!! Highly recommend this restaurant!

The Pho is amazing, the staff is always nice. I have tried many of their menu items and they never disappoint! Ooohh and lets not forget they have delicious Boba tea!!!

A personal favorite to get some pho in the Tri-Cities. If you get their pho you cant go wrong with the combination pho. I often times get their pineapple fried rice with chicken. Crab rangoons are too perfect to pass over all being perfectly priced and overall great experience for dinning in. The service is really friendly and fast and will often have you coming back for more

I love Lao food and was excited to find this place. I was a bit miffed when I was told that they no longer serve Green Papaya Salad, so I went with the Beef Larb and Chicken wings. The food was bland and unappealing. I was unable to finish my food and I spent over $20.00. Lao food should be full of flavor, fresh herbs, fish sauce and citrus. ABSOLUTELY disappointing. 2 stars for cleanliness and the server was pleasant.

The food is absolutely delicious, amazing service, food is brought fast but hot. The crab Rangoons, pho, and boba tea are Amazing!! I recommend this place!

Great tasting pho broth, but Im giving this restaurant 4 stars because the amount of beef was pretty small. I got about 7-8 small slices of beef. If come here again, but I do wish the portion sizes were a little more generous.

I frequent this restaurant quite often. Hands down my favorite Pho spot in the Tri-Cities. The pho has always been perfect. The broth is light but still super flavorful, the noodles have the perfect bit of bite and the beef is tender. The meat balls are a nice addition as well. The bubble tea is great too. My favorite flavor is the Honeydew, but all of the flavors Ive tried have been phenomenal. Lastly, the owner is always super friendly and the service is great. Definitely recommend this place!!!

This restaurant has excellent food. The Pho was delicious. Our server tended us well and he was a funny guy. We had some chicken spring rolls with the best peanut sauce. I highly recommend Pho Lao Laan Xang.

We went today, on a Sunday afternoon. Not very busy and even if it was it’s still a very open space and wouldn’t feel crowded. Service was quick and nice. Food came out fairly quick.We got coconut bubble tea and a Thai iced coffee, both were very good. I didn’t love the mango boba as much but it was still good.We had some tofu and vegetable pho and it was fantastic. Maybe not the best pho I’ve ever had but it was certainly one of the biggest portions. We also have vegetable egg rolls which were great.The sweet and sour chicken is also good.

This place has sneakily become my favorite area restaurant in the past three years. I would recommend beef pho, spring rolls/peanut sauce, and a big glass of water for a feel-good feast. The interior is super clean (very important!). And the staff is so friendly and efficient, especially the owner-- hes like glowing.

As visitors from out of town, we came to Pho Lao based on the reviews wed found. This place does not disappoint! The flavours are robust and zesty, pleasing to even the pickiest of eaters (one of which was a traveler with us). The owners are sweet and very friendly, offer great recommendations, and check in on you regularly. The décor has no frills about it, but that lets you focus on the food and most importantly, its impeccably clean. Cant wait to come back!

This is a great place to stop and eat at. The owner always has a smile and is super friendly .The food is amazing, Ive had almost everything on his menu. Everything is fresh, crisp and flavorful. Open till 9PM, which is a great advantage compared to other pho restaurants. We came to this place first time, but love the clean bathroom and dining experience right away! Food is great! Strong recommend this place for friends and family as a weekend comfort and easy dining option.

This is an unexpected find tucked away in a mini strip mall. Standout pho and curry. The broths are delicious, the vegetables fresh. Everything we had here was great. Very friendly, family joint.

It’s always hard trying new places for the first time because you might get a horrendous meal... however.. if you enjoy any Asian style food you will not be disappointed with this choice!! Amazing chicken pad Thai! The chicken was perfectly cooked, not slime or chewy at all. The workers were extremely friendly and they even brought me out water when I changed my mind from eating on the go, to eating in the restaurant. My food was out and done fast and everything was hot and fresh! What a gem of a restaurant!!!!! Definitely have to try his place while in Kennewick! 5 stars for sure!

This Pho is my second best I have had. This place deserves more than fives stars. Fast and friendly. The Thai ice coffee is so good!! The broth defense win me over with this place. I have been to a lot of places to different Vietnamese or Lao either combined. This place is highly recommended in my book.

I had the chicken pho and it was hot and filling. The chicken was tender which is my biggest issue with most pho places. The broth was just okay.

The BEST Pho in town. Broth is delicious and flavorful. Havent found Pho this good since ive been here. The customer service is exceptional as well. Great little hole in the wall place! Highly recommend.
