Simple, modern chain dining room serving Vietnamese noodle soup and street-food dishes.
Service here is A+ - friendly, attentive. Great gluten free options. Extensive menu means you can try lots of new things. Always fresh.
This is our usual go to place for a quick weekend lunch or dinner. It is quite comfy and the food is nice. However, it used to be even better a year or so back.
Its a nice place to have some Vietnamese food. The food was great, fresh, delicious and arrived quickly. The service was a bit lacking, because it was only one person on the floor and that increased the waiting time to order and to get our drinks.Regards atmosphere, it is a clean and simply setup place, but it is cosy.
Nice place, make sure to book though!
Pho - Chiswick. Lovely and friendly staff.Food was just perfect.
One of my favourites on Chiswick high road. The lunch deal is always worth it. Staff are excellent.
Had a take out chicken curry and other things spend £50 in total. The food was awful the portions of meat were minimal. My Vietnamese girlfriend said it didnt taste good. I ended up being sick with food poisoning for 3 days. I would avoid the restaurant I will never go there again!
Far more expensive if you order through deliveroo. Why should you be charged more for delivery. Plus even more if you order for delivery through their website. £7 more through website even though they only charge 4.50 for delivery and severice charge. Thanks for your reply. But your menu prices are more than collection or eating in your restaurant. Surely it should be cheaper for delivery or collection because you havent got to wash the plates, pay for staff to serve the food, clean the tables and everything else
Went for lunch and the service, time and food were all great. I like that they have a kick to their food if you also prefer spice, and the beef noodle soup contained a lot if meat.
I ordered a curry chicken noodle soup and im disappointed to say that the quality of ingredients is worse than what I feed my cat.See the photo of the chiken piece I fished out, it smells of passed bread/protein, very dry and just disgusting. The only reason I could think of for this being safe to consume is if it was over cooked to hell, it is rare that I throw food away, but this time Im obliged to bin it.this is the last time I’m ordering anything from here and I advise others to avoid.
Vietnamese restaurant in Chiswick High Street. The food is pleasant and comes in generous quantities. I had a fishcake starter and then the spicy chicken curry, both of which were nicely done. I wasnt drinking and the spicy lemonade was an excellent substitute. The service is very pleasant and efficient. The big downside is that the "music" is far too loud and at times inhibited conversation.
I was invited to the restaurant by a lady who is a dear friend of mine as it was a place that she have visited before.I was left with an impression that the restsraunt is quite small however well organised.I wanted to choose a traditional drink to which I was offered a beer that did not quite matched my visions. However the food was amazing! You can tell that it was cooked in a proper way and there were plenty of explanations from the waiter who was caring as if It was my first time trying this cousine. I was told how to eat the food and how to combine different bits and pieces.Overall I can highly recommend the place.
Not the best Pho I have been to. Staff were friendly, however, service was very slow and drinks took an age to be served. , paper menus were being reused and were very dirty. The staff seemed to want to pack all the customers in a small section of the restaurant which seemed very odd. Probably wont visit this branch again.
Had lunch and it was simply amazing. The place is cosy, the service was excellent and the food super delicious 😃
Tasteless, oily and expensive noodles served with, of course, with the bad service which characterises London (the waitress didn’t even say sorry when I complained about it, simply put arrogant face and left me alone). Also, you can’t pay with cash and again, not even a polite “sorry” when I put face of annoyed.
Very good Pho. Staff are friendly and very helpful. But then, almost everywhere here just have friendly people im general.
Really good food, pho was lovely and hot.
Had both takeaway and dine-in and the quality remains unchanged! The food is absolutely delicious and the Chiswick team are very courteous with their fun banter 🤗 defo go-to place for a good meal!
Good food at decent prices. The pho was very tasty and spring rolls were excellent. Service was very exceptional and the restaurant was clean. Recommended.
Good was great, taste, staff were friendly even tho the restaurant was busy they were friendly and asked if the food was ok.Nice relaxing music and lovely inside
Ordered tofu curry twice and both the times we got chicken! Wok fried noodles was very bland and not many vegetables in it either. Pho soup noodles is good!
A favourite lunch spot for us. Very tasty food at a very reasonable price (especially the specialsand fast and pleasant service.
Lovely food. It was just a shame that the takeaway menu is a little restricted but doesnt change that it was still great. Ill be going back to dine in next time
I have returned after 2 years to this place and was quite disappointed. The quality of food significantly deteriorated. Chicken smelled so strong I could ‘t eat it. Won’t be coming back.
I went to Pho this Saturday for my birthday. Did not like the table which was offered ( I pre-bookedbut the staff was accommodating and I was moved to more spacious table. As a vegan I appreciate the wonderful vegan choices at PHO and I have to congratulate the chain for working so hard towards an eco friendly and animal friendly yet super tasty menu. The starters arrived quickly , drinks too, service was good. My main was a vegan curry which was delicious. Unfortunately no space for deserts , hopefully next time. Reliable quality, good service and affordable prices makes PHO a place to visit more then once:-)
I had curry noodle soup today and asked for green beans topping. The noodle soup was fine but the green beans were raw, not top and tailed, they were just chopped up roughly and chucked in. I don’t know if that’s the norm in Pho but I prefer my green beans to be top and tailed and cooked. They were just too crunchy and tasted like grass, which kind of spoiled the experience. The food presentation could be better, too. Service was good though.
Superb.. 🥰😍🥰😍Its a Sunday afternoon, still the service is 5 🌟..Very pleased.. had an amazing lunch..I love Pho generally speaking, however I would rate my experience today as the best so far..Food is delicious 😋 😋 😋 ..Staff very helpful and friendly..The new curry soup is a wooooow! Thanks a lot..
Very good and balanced flavours. I went for chicken pho during my quick lunch break. They got quite busy around 1pm (Sundayand they also have lots of takeaways. But the food was on the table withing 10min upon the arrival and like I said, very good portion and taste wise!
Lovely food and great service. Recommend the rice dishes - 3 meat was fab.
The food is great, the staff makes it more enjoyable. One of the waitresses was so nice to show us how to use the chopsticks, as we asked her if she could teach us. We left with a belly full of delicious foid and a new skill. Thank you.
The food is amazing. Id recommend the king prawn curry and the Vietnamese wraps. Been back again and tried the classic chicken curry and the awesome café martinis. Really yumm. The calamari starter too is very tasty
So grateful to find this place. I had a spicy soup and my friend a beautiful pho. Better than anything I had in Vietnam and we love Vietnamese food. Loved my beetroot and ginger drink with the spicy soup too. The staff are wonderful here too. I cant wait to go back in a few days and introduce more people to this place. You wont be disappointed.
First time here. We were met by a happy young lady named Becky. My partner went for the hot and spicy soup and I went for the prawns spicy curry that Becky recommended 👌 I was amazed by how delicious that is. I even forgot to take a picture 😃Staff were very welcoming. They were obsessed with my dogs 😄Food quality: very goodCustomer service: 10/10.Would definitely come again!
A great pho is all about the broth and I am happy to confirm that the broth has rich and deep flavour notes that compare well to great pho in Asia and Vietnam. Highly recommended for anyone looking for that pho fix, especially on a cold day where you need the warm embrace of a soupy comforting hug!
Decided to go to pho as we have been to the one in lavender hill which was lovely, however today we went to this branch as we came into the restaurant the lady that saw us to our table was smiley very courteous and we got a table in middle of the restaurant we had a choice, it was pretty empty. The staff were amazing reason why I say that we ordered quite a few starters most where good apart from the pork n lemongrass balls, very dry, we ordered a beef biskirt curry spicy, they bought a chicken curry up instead which was rectified immediately, and I ordered the vermicelli noodles with chicken very hearty portion. The restaurant was quiet we got there just after 4 but did notice a lot of take out orders. The only one thing that would be nice if the wooden chairs could be wider and have cushions as they are not that comfortable at all.The staff were great especially as the manager knew a few mistakes had been made and took the items of the bill.More restaurants should have staff like pho I apologise as I did not take there names.
Great place. Their food is amazing and beautifully presented. Even take away tastes like real restaurant food. 😍
Great soups, the squid for a starter is so nice. All gone...
Very tasty cuisine, good prices and friendly staff. recommend! Thank you “Pho” team, see you soon.
Have been to Pho in Chiswick a few times now and always had a good experience! The food has always been consistent and tasty. My go to is the Chicken Ca-ri very tasty!
Delicious Vietnamese food! Friendly service. Nice interior. Couldn’t really ask for much more!
Very nice restaurant, I love their food, and their Vietnamese coffee. Staff are nice and last time we were just passing by it and we thought just to go for coffee and they welcomed us in. Always good experience
Had amazing meatballs, the combination of the salad, mint and peanut sauce was amazing. The drinks, I had Kale / Lime / Apple / Mint and my wife the Coconut / Pineapple / Apple were delicious. The main course had a very good taste. A real surprise to find in Chiswick.
Amazing soups and food - so fresh and extremely tasty - great place to pop in on a cold night and warm up with excellent broths ! Had a few nice evenings here with friends - friendly and informative staff - great teas and some good beers
Great atmosphere and a fantastic menu. You have so many Phos to choose from. The fresh juices are AMAZING. Classic fresh juices, for example (Apple, Carrot and ginger), orange and (Beetroot , Carrot and Apple)I am a great fan of Pho and the only reason why I gave 4 starts instead of 5 is because mine was a little to citrusy.I love that you get the chance to add your own garnish, Like mint, chillis, beansprouts and coriander. Overall it was a great early evening meal.
True: big portions, reasonable priced and very pleasant staff. Food is good, nothing exceptional that stays in your mind after having eaten but ingredients were fresh, we left filled and our wallets didnt suffer. I would come back.
The pho is really good but it should be served with loads of greens not just a couple of skinny leaves. The pho itself was so good that this didnt really bother me so much
Brilliant Vietnamese place. There’s a wide variety of food to choose from on the menu which includes vegetarian options. 5 star food! Since this is a relatively small branch, if you’re a fan of your own space don’t expect much of it here, but being a small branch provides 5 star service.
Beautiful food and friendly staff :)
Great Pho! If you have never tried Pho before this restaurant/staff does a great job explaining what the food is and how it is eaten. Everyone was super friendly and the food was delicious.
Ive been to every Pho in London... this one is the BEST. Been there several times and the food is consistently outstanding, the staff go SO far above and beyond... (especially Nadine). Lovely warm atmosphere, top quality ingredients, generous portions... faultless. The chefs really make an effort with allergies and requests. Top marks.
