Nice park

Very nice park, it has a beautiful fountain and extremely pleasant landscaping.Located near the old city and Icerishehr metro.Beautiful flowers and pomegranate trees.Lots of photo ops.

We went there some time ago. Its a beautiful Garden and pathway which connects Baku Metro with Baku Boulevard. Park also have 2 fountains, plenty of seating etc. I also saw musicians playing there and a couple of Resturants. It has an entrance to the old city.

Beautiful, stunning place

The park was established beginning in 1830; ships captains coming from Iran were asked to bring a sack of soil to add to it. Over time the park full of trees established here in the sandy part of the city. Later, trees had brought here from Italy, Turkey and Lankaran. Mulberry, pine tree, acacia, and rose bushes planted here. In fact, we’re lucky that we are able to see the park closely. If we came here 110 years ago we wouldn’t come inside. Because when the concert hall was built, it also worked as Casino and only oil barons, millionaires and wealthy governors allowed to come here.

A nice park with good view in different sides. The park was established beginning in 1830; ships captains coming from Iran were asked to bring a sack of soil to add to it. It was extended in the 1860s and 1870s to 4.6 hectares (11 acresand originally called Mixaylov bağı, Mikhaelovsky Garden, after the governor. In the early 20th century, there were plans to create a concert hall in the park, but the necessary felling of trees led to objections. A summer pavilion was built. The park was renovated in the 1970s and then further renovated beginning in 2007 on orders of President Ilham Aliyev. An old-fashioned fountain designed by the French company Inter Art has been added.In the morning, when there are few people in the garden, the parrots are flooded and flooded with water. No matter where they came from and how they came from, the renters flew back during the renovation of the Philharmonic after rebuilding. This 4,6 hectare area was built in 1830 and the first renovation works were carried out in the 70s of the last century. The garden, which has a long stages of development, has been damaged by neglecting many times.Garden-based reconstruction started in 2009. The gardens unique vegetation has been preserved as it is, and more attention has been paid to increasing the green strip.

A very nice and beautiful park in the old part of Baku, just beside the old city or kohne sheher. It is also very close to the sea side. You will see lots of old trees and other plants there, and it has somehow a slope towards the sea, which is Ok. If you visit Baku, do not forget to visit this beautiful park. You will see a lot of tourist there, as one of the gates of the old city opens right to this park. I was there during the March, when the weather was great, but a bit windy.

The park is on a slope, starting at the metro going down towards the lakeside. cross towards the next park on lakeside. Exceptional fountain and view of small gardens.

As the name philharmoney park denotes, the main reason for my attraction for this place was the beautiful instrumental music collection which was playing in the background.....I used to listen it always. A beautiful, calm and clean place.
