Perfect location in the center of Bergamo. Everything is walkable. Immaculate rooms. Breakfast was absolutely delicious. Incredible omelette! Confirming almost all other comments here, the staff are amazing. Friendly with attention to every detail. Even after shift changes we were addressed by first name. Will stay here again.

Reizendes, kleines Hotel in perfekter Lage. Frau Uta Wilmer ist immer hilfsbereit und kompetent bei der Auswahl und Reservierung von z. B. Restaurants. Ihre Tipps waren absolut zutreffend. Das Hotel selbst ist stilsicher renoviert und eingerichtet. Unser Zimmer zum sehr schönen Innenhof war sehr ruhig, groß und top ausgestattet. Das Frühstück im Innenhof ist lecker, mit sehr guten Produkten und Service. Unsere Empfehlung für einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im schönen Bergamo, das sowohl in Alta, als auch in Bassa viel zu bieten hat.

Particolare albergo in quanto boutique hotel con circa 12 camere tutte diverse. Accolti con molta cordialità alla reception e un ringraziamento particolare alla direttrice sempre molto presente. La struttura è tenuta in buone condizioni e in posizione strategica in quanto situata centralmente nella Bergamo bassa e la fermata autobus per la Bergamo alta non è lontana. La mia camera era molto pulita e confortevole con tutto quello che offre un albergo a 4stelle. Bagno stellare, con ampia doccia. Presente anche la vasca con idromassaggio. Ottima colazione in quanto quasi tutto fatto in casa ( fantastica la torta di mele)! Prezzo in linea per questa tipologia di albergo affatto economico.

ORRIVEL. NA FOTO PAREÇE LEGAL MAS PESSOALMENTE É MUITO DIFERENTE. EU DESISTI DA RESERVA E ME FIZERAM PAGAR 400€ POR UMA NOITE DISSERAM QUE ERA A MULTA RECEBIDA. FIQUEI CHOCADA NUNCA MAIS COLOCO O MEU PÉ NESTE HOTEL.

This place is more than amazing. If i was allowed I would have given 10 stars. The team at the hotel is extremely friendly and helpful always with a smile in their faces. Amazing newly decorated large rooms with very very clean toilets and baths. The breakfast is also more than perfect with a simple selection of breads jams hams eggs.. very good location just in the heart of the town. I recommend to everyone and next time with no doubt I will stay here.

This small, owner operated hotel is absolutely magnificent! Great location in central Bergamo with everything within short walking distance. Service and responsiveness from, the always present, owner and staff goes way beyond ”the extra mile”. No is simply not an answer to any question that might occur.Extra +++ to Uta who speaks fluent English, French, German and of course Italian.Would not stay anywhere else if visiting the Bergamo region.

Absolutely first class.I cannot praise the staff enough.They went above and beyond for anything we asked for.Excellent location close to everything.They also parked and delivered our car back to reception when we were leaving.five stars all round.cannot fault them at all.

Magnifique Boutique Hotel dans le centre de Bergamo! Nous sommes malheureusement restés qu’une nuit sur notre trajet retour…L’hôtel est très bien situé et joliment décoré! Notre chambre au 3ème étage avait une très belle vue sur les toits de Bergamo et sa salle de bains était super spacieuse…Nous avons dormi comme des bébés…Le personnel était extraordinaire et très à l’écoute!Nous recommandons sans hésitation!Grazie à Uta & Francesco…

Absolutely amazing experience! Hotel staff was expecting us as a family after long “no see”. Every question, every need was accomodated with maximum attention and more than best possible solution. Service by far exceeds 10/10. Big and heartfelt thanks to Uta!

I stayed here during COVID-19, so any issues (there were nonemight have been attributable to that. The room was large and clean, the staff was very helpful, and nice to talk with. The buffet breakfast had to be modified such that the food was brought to the table, because you could not safely select your own food. This worked out well. The breakfast was very generous: Meat, pastries, cakes, bread, cheese, cereal, coffee, juice, milk, fruit, and eggs on request. The staff provided many excellent restaurant suggestions and this hotels location is super convenient from which to easily walk across most of the core of Bergamo within 15 minutes. I expect to return in the future!

Traveled to the region for work. Picked this hotel for it’s location and reviews. We were exceptionally pleased with every aspect of our stay. The location was excellent, the rooms were great and the staff was the best. Bergamo is a gem of a city, the days we spent there far out shown the time we later spent in Rome. We go back in an instant!!!

Amazing hotel. New experience. They have 12 rooms. Each room is uniquely designed and perfectly made. The breakfast was nice. The hotel is located in the downtown.

This is one of my top 5 hotel experiences ever. Such an unexpected delight with everything from the attention to beautiful design details to the delicious breakfast to being thoughtful and accommodating with our toddler. What a gem! I would happily stay here again and will be singing it’s praises to all my friends.

Thank you for a wonderful experience!We stayed there for 4 nights and had the most amazing time. The rooms were super spacious, clean, the beds really comfortable and the breakfast was super yummy every morning.Uta made our experience that much more special. She is so welcoming and friendly and even let us choose our room as we had some specific requests. Every day she gave us great tips and suggestions of places to go visit, delicious restaurants to eat at and fun things to do.We had such a great time we will definitely be back with friends and family.Thank you Uta!

Tutto perfetto, camera pulitissima , proprietaria gentilissima, ottima colazione con tante prelibatezze fatte in casa. Vicinissimo al centro della città bassa, comodo per gli spostamenti anche a piedi.

Quando sei fuori casa, al Petronilla ritrovi la tua casa...intimità,discrezione,stile, pulizia, e gentilezza. Grande prima colazione e a volte anche la cena all’altezza dei ristoranti gemelli Frosio di Alme’ e Posta di Sant’Omobono.

One of the best hotels I have stayed for the money. Staff is very friendly and very helpful. Rooms are well decorated, clean and comfortable to stay. Decorations inside are also very unique and stylish. Breakfast is good, omelettes, muesli, pastries. Parking is available near hotel or public just around the corner, the choice is yours. Overall great for 1-2 day stay in the city, definitely will stay again or recommend to friends.

An absolutely beautiful hotel. Our room was the one featured in a lot of their media. Breakfasts were wonderful with probably 30-40 different options and a chef who was almost offended if you didnt want him to make you an omelette or scrambled eggs. The location was great and the staff was super friendly. I would 100% recommend this hotel.

Elegant hotel in the lower part of Bergamo. The rooms are fabulous with the most comfortable beds in Italy. The breakfast is also excellent, served in a small courtyard. Very friendly.
