Petit Café - Restaurant in Beirut

Location is super on the Raoushe, food was ok... Althought it could be betterWaiters are nice 🙂 & helpful

the head waiter or whatever they call him was rude and disrespectful. We wanted to sit at a table and he refused to give us that table claiming it was reserved ( there was no sign on it stating that). He wanted us to sit at a table with a huge wall in the middle of the table when we told him there was a wall he sarcastically said “ bring the remote to remove the wall”. Absolutely disgusting behavior. If my elderly mother wasn’t with me and it is hard for her to walk I would have left . I do not recommend this place. Stay away . Oh and it is soooo overpriced .I do not recommend . Oh and it is soooo overpriced.

Expensive but with no taste and very bad service. I came from Dubai to eat some Lebanese greatest foods but was completely disappointed

Terrible experience, service was absolutely shocking and they tried to add items to the bill that didn’t exist and calculated the dollar at a higher amount than advertised

Shisha is good view is good service is zero zero zero I asked for 3 times for them to come so I can order they did ignore it on purpose because only one guy is allowed to serve our table

Two stars for the view , on the other hand all I know is there’s one waiter who’s rude by his looks and questions he keeps asking us what else do you want to order?/what?that’s it?!!! . For some reason we don’t have the right to just order one drink only. Tho nice atmosphere 💚

I give two stars for the view only, otherwise it wont get more than one star. First you get seated then when you start to order they tell you there is a minimum charge per person. After a very short discussion they accept your order as if they made you a favor, and started suggesting extra dishes. Items are overpriced and they will embarrass you to leave the change as a tip. If you are looking for a view try the nearby open area.

The fruit plate was $40. That’s insane—it was not even good fruit. It really ruins an experience to get ripped off so blatantly.

Shisha very expensive for the country and not good. Service not good too.

I give all the stars to the stunning view (which by the way you can see anyhow on the stone platforms near the Rouche rocks). You are paying for the view instead of the service and food. Me and my companion sat on the terrace and were about to order cake slices and tea for we have just eaten full meal from another restaurant and therefore werent so much hungry. We browsed the menu and saw that the food/desserts were decently priced. However, when we were about to order, waiter insisted that we have to take banquet of fruits (which accordingly is served to everyonelots of cake slice etc. for the place is "expensive" apparently as he said.I have no problem in paying for food as long as I ordered for it and I was well informed. In other words, we were persuaded as if it is a must to order a lot even if you are not hungry (and they did not tell the price beforehand, a mistake on our behalf not to ask🤐In this case, me and my companion felt betrayed because for once, this restaurant do not put on their website/menu that there is some sort of a "minimum order" that one should order. Very shady.It wouldnt have been a problem if we were hungry, but we were not. We just wanted to feed our tummies good desserts, tea and not just to splash out cash and waste food.In the end we payed more than 1 million Lebanese pounds for 3 slices of cake, 2 small cups of tea and small amount of fruit selections plus nuts on the side (which as expected, we were unable to eat coz were quite full).Better stay away if you dont wanna get ripped. I do not recommend it. Theres a handful of beautiful cafés near the Rouche and in any how you will see great view.

Good seatings; outside ones are facing Pegons Rock. Delicious food. Excellent service. Relax after eating your food and enjoy the view

First time I been to this place ...the food was good but the service was hell bad ...u have to call the stuff hundred times to get your order. Second the hospitality was very very bad u found some of the stuff sleeping in the right side of the corner ( is that because its early morningor u ask for something and they totally engnored u . I dont recommend this place at all . Plenty of nice beautiful good service restaurants in bierut......unfortunately not this one

They have bad system you have to take something you dont want to eat I came to smoke shisha and eat dessert and drink. He said I should to take fruits.. Thats bad ways from them. My recommendations they have to hire polite waiters.

We went to Huqqa rooftop and the staff was amazing, the food delicious and the view breathtaking

Bad service, you always have to ask for everything, i went there with my family for breakfast, the food was bad and took a lot of time to prepare . As if you are sitting in nowhere you have to wait a lot to get the staff attention, and I had the feeling im not welcomed there, even though this is my first time at this restaurant.Ill never go there anymore!!

Location very nice , prices expansive for what they give , you can look at dishes in my pictures almost empty Foul and Msabha not tasty at all and so small portion we even didn’t finish them because they are not done well , stuff are friendly , shisha price is so so expansive because its not different from other Shisha’s in other cafes , this place is only Name and for show off that’s it , to watch events like football it’s a good place with big screens also look pictures

I went to this cafe few times, mostly I am greatly dissatisfied. Staff is rude and treat you as a cow and try to milk you with highest orders, they basically will tell you most of the items in the menu is not available just to corner you to buy the highest price item.When you set there, the waitress will basically open big bottle of cheap water for you with out asking you, and will charge you 10 times more in the market.I had once a streak and it was the worst steak I had in my life, so salty and tasted like feet, waitress told me that is how it supposed to taste, LOL.In general, if you go there, you go basically for the view, do not expect good treatment or quality food.

Great view, okay food, but the service could be better. Also, They were so busy so we had to wait for 30-40 minutes to be seated, so i guess it’s better to reserve.

The place overall looks very appealing, however don’t let it fool you. The pizza tastes and looks like it’s from a Supermarket and tastes like a 2nd hand pizza. The pasta is very bland and there’s absolutely no taste. The lemonade tastes awful not even filtered. In overall the Food was awful and god do I wish I never went here. It’s trash don’t go here !!!

The restautant/Cafe has a beautiful location and view facing Al Rawche Rocks . Its great especially during the sunset.Indoor and outdoor seating is available. Seating is comfortable and the interior is beautiful too .The food is good and fresh and the service is good and quick as well .The waiters are very friendly and helpful.This restaurant is good for groupsRecommended

Exceptional views. Fast, friendly service and pretty good food - but dont go there for the food or the service, go for the view. Aim for sunset, if you can at all make it. As an additional bonus, you also get to watch planes as they approach the airport. Easily recommend

Really good restaurant in a great location. The views from the deck are amazing, the service is friendly and the food is very good. The prices are a little high, but not extreme.

Beautifull view over the rocks. Very nice food and great drinks. Big tv screens inside with soccer.

Excellent restaurant/cafe with great customer service. The food was fresh, delicious and its presentation was very appetizing. The interior decoration was modern with a fusion of Arab architecture.They had two massive screens showing the champions league match which was visible to everyone in the cafe.

Terrible fuccking service. These two staff are horrible and their customer service is shiit. The lady has super negative attitude and negative tone. The man refused to return a cup of lipton tea that was ordered by mistake, WOW 👏.

Wonderful place in the heart of old Beirut in Lebanon, it has a wide selections of food, beverages and shisha.It has a good vibe and cool atmosphere and very large screens for sport events.

Good cafe at the edge of the Mediterranean sea next to the uconic bayrock. On the expensive side but gas a large menu. Flavors are good but definitely miss the shot to great.There is also quite a lot of smoking indoors which means your clothes will be saturated with smoke

Expensive and full of people taking selfies. Yes it has a nice view, if you ignore the rubbish floating around. The (malestaff are really helpful to groups of young women but not overly fussed if you are not a young woman.Its not bad but other than the view its nothing special.

Great and stunning Mediterranean sea view restaurant with great food and both indoor and outdoor seating arrangement. It is perfect for celebration dinner and family gathering. All the decoration are great and beautifully furnished and you must go and have to be there during sunset. It is an unforgettable stunning sun set view in my lifetime in Beirut, Lebanon. Thanks Jamal to bring me there.

The view of El Rouche, cant get any better than this while eating, drinking or smoking shisha.Bit pricey but expected by its location , food is average.Service can be slow.

The weather was permitting to a long exposure to the sun with the water and the pigeon rocks forming a pleasant view...
