The new owners do NOT make the food properly and all the prices went up. They are also quite rude now. Missing Pete, seriously. We need everything back to the way it was.

If you want to go back in time to the 80s this is the place! Friendly staff and the food is typical of what you would find at a greasy spoon in 1983 however they need to get rid of all the Riff Raff outside the place.

Pete makes a great Cup Of Coffee too.. Breakfast ..Burgers..Fries and Gravy.

I saw some reviews of this place that were pretty good so i thought id try it out but when i went it the place looked disgusting so i turned around and waked out. Didnt try the food and i dont plan to.

No parking, a lot of people blocking the sidewalk on the Brock St side of the establishment who loiter, litter, smell, swear, fight and it is a major turn off for clientele. The food has always been decent and the pricing wasnt bad. Its just a shame that it has turned into a hovel for unpleasantness.

Probably one of the cheaper and better quality breakfasts in town.

Good food at decent prices! only problem is the people that hang around there really bring the mood and look down for sure.

Super breakfast, very reasonable, friendly staff, extremely accommodating if any substitutes were requested and they offered to put my doggie bag together for me.... As opposed to just dropping off the take out containers at the customers table.

Veggie burger and onion rings are my go to. And very close to where I live. Late hrs great for when I am done work.

Came back for the first time in years since my childhood.Im happy to report that nothing has changed and thats exactly how i hoped ot would be. Was even served by the same person that used to serve me.Its really an under raited stop for a quick meal.Only complaint is they are far far too accommodating to patrons that do not deserve it, such as druggies that use the washrooms as injection sites.(They are super quick to clean it up. So its not like they have needles sitting around the washroom)

So many good things to say about this downtown diner! Best BLT in Peterborough. Most pleasant owner/operator. Quality ingredients, homemade food. I always call ahead and order my food when Im driving by and its quick stop in to pick it up.

I pop in here once in a while for a burger and fries. Great little spot. Clean, good prices, and the lady who works there is always so nice and friendly, with a smile on her face. She deserves a raise! Great quality food and quick service too. Well done. Thanks guys!

Love their sweet potato fries. They make their poutine with fake cheese slices.. its actually not bad

Never even made it inside. Couple of bums on the street started getting into a squabble, so we did an about face and bypassed the commotion. Must return sometime before the drunks begin gathering in numbers on the corner and try this place out. Feel sorry for the staff who have to put up with that sort of crap right outside their business.

Great home burger fries not so good sweet potatoe fries great. Over all burger makes it worth wile just be carefull homless always causeing trouble in the shop
