Excelent Hotel with indoor small pool and parking. Just 100 meters from the beach. View from the last floor were I stayed.

Worst bed ever, couldn’t sleep all night, adding the bad conditions of the room, the door to the “balcony” looks like a curtain, wind and cold coming inside all night, I really can’t see where are the four stars, wasn’t expecting much but not that bed, do you self a favor and don’t get near it, maybe it was my case “room 305” but never again

Clean, nice People, good site but beds to hard and uncomfortable. Toilet flush didnt work and a lack of hairdrier.

Wonderful views from our ocean view room but very noisy even though they were probably 25% full. Doors close much too loud and shake the room unless people hold them as theyre closing which most of them time they didnt. As for condition, floor and trim in the entry was damaged, probably from water, and the tub was peeling but the rest of the room was modern and in good condition.Reception people were very nice and helpful and the beach was very close.

Lovely quiet resort almost on the beach. Well stocked kitchen. Reception and other staff available 24/7. So professional and helpful

Have stayed here on a number of occasions and have always found Susete and her staff to be courteous and helpful in every way . Would highly recommend these apartments.

Food came out around one hour after ordering, not good service from the bar outside on the beach wouldn’t recommend

Lovely clean apartments 5 minutes from the beach, 10 minutes from the centre of Alvor, you can get breakfast in the Dom Jao Hotel next door for €10pp or fresh pastries in the super Market. You can also use the pool and gardens in the Dom Jao with Complimentary towels.

In a great position next to the beach and close to the town.

Basic self catering accommodation, ok for a group of golfers

It is clean, functional and safe and next to beach. But there is nothing special about this stalinist block of a hotel.

Really handy for the beach and town

Had a great time. Staff polite & helpful. Cleaning done everyday. Location is very close to the beach, and not too far from the town. The hotel also boasts a fantastic indoor pool, plus access to two other outdoor pools nearby. Room was cosy, and quiet (thank godwith a nice balcony facing the Atlantic, a serviceable kitchen, which was dead handy for breakfasts and the occasional dinner. The beds were pretty firm to say the least, but it sorted out my dodgy knee & shoulder after three days, so no complaints from me. Definitely recommend, particularly for families.

One of the best in Algarve and you can pic a boat to visit the Island.

Old, dated, even the beach is badly maintained. Not worth the price! Bad choice.

Lovely accommodation, access to fantastic facilities but best of all is the staff - so helpful so friendly. Lovely place to stay.

Our room was a bit small for two adults and one kid, building structure needs some repairs in some places, elevator shows rust and taints. All in all, room was clean enough, AC worked ok, sheets changes everyday. But for the price.we can get much better at the same city.

Stayed here a long time ago with my family its an OK place compared to the other options available.Would recommend for those looking for a budget option without a doubt.A very good choice for the price range.

Good and not so expensive room for 5 days. The service was ok, the position near the beach is perfect.

Great place to stay with lovely indoor pool and sauna. Nice and close to the sea and the fabulous Alvor boardwalk. Easy parking and within easy walking distance of the town centre.

Its ok if you spend most of your time out of the hotel. The apartments are one room with kitchen, bed, setee and table, and a separe bathroom off to one side. We also had a balcony which had a good view. There is no on site restaurant. For that you have to go to a sister hotel which is a couple of hundred yards away. The beach is quite close and l would imagine in the summer time it would be very busy. In November it was empty.

Very nice

A good base if you dont want a traditional hotel. No kids club which was a huge disappointment as that was one of the reasons we booked it. The beds are not the most comfortable but the rooms are nice and worked well for 2 adults and a child. The beaches are amazing and well worth every thing else. The village of Alvor is a walk away (about 20 mins).

This hotel was a great location only two minutes to the beach, and a few minutes taxi ride into Alvor town. The room was nice and clean, and the hotel had some lovely facilities. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Luis (Im sorry if this is not spelled correctly), who taught us a few of the local phrases one night while waiting for a taxi. Would definitely recommend.

Advertised as self catering but more of a hotel. Small bathroom no drying no plugs in sinks. Good pool and sauna.

View from the room! My husband and I stayed for a week im a studio apartment, everything that you need regarding the installations. The area and location is nice, close to the beach and town but quiet at the same time.

A great self catering apartment block, have stayed there two times. The second time we asked if we could move rooms (the room we were given was not the same as the same type of room we had booked last time around even though we booked it exactly the same way and there was a big difference in how much space we hadand were told at reception that they would look into it. A couple of days past before they told us that they had been trying to call us in our room so that we could move...while we were out at the beach, and then it was too late and nothing cod be done anymore. So not that impressed with staff communication on that occasion. Apart from that the location is great and the new boardwalk along the beach improves the accessibility around the area hugely.

Stayed in this accommodation for 1 week last year.... Had so many problems with our room on arrival. We were told there had been a plumbing accident on the 5th floor so our apartment was not available, we were put in to a one room studio at the back of the building overlooking the carpark, we were so disappointed but requested to be moved to something more spacious and comfortable ( had booked and payed for a 1 bedroom with balcony and sea view).... After striking up a friendly banter with the lovely receptionist we discovered there hadnt been any "plumbing accident"! As our holiday was booked through a travel agent and not directly through them, we were deemed "NOT PRIORITY"..... We persisted and persisted and eventually got given another better apartment but still at the back of the building, we settled reluctantly for it and tried to get on with our holiday but it all left a really bad impression!

Cant fault it at all . Had a fantastic holiday .Great modern apartments great view nice indoor pool. 2 minutes walk to beautiful beach lined with great restaurants , cafes. Lots of activities if you want. Supermarket across the street. But you need to get a taxi to get to main town 5 minutes and about 5 to 6 Euros .Alvor town harbour is beautiful with a lot of restaurants, cafes ,boat trips etc .Brilliant place .Ill be back.
