Perth Beach Resort in Sipalay

View here is great. The pool is on the smaller side but its water is clean, clear and refreshing. Great for relaxing and chilling. Staff are accommodating, especially the male ones.Rooms are big, clean and cool. The shower just needs some serious fixing. The shower hose is not safe as it will ground you. Theres also water leaking somewhere at the side of the water closet.The place is quite far from the main road. The road going to the resort is bumpy too, so it will be difficult for some to just walk from the resort to the main road.Their drinks are ok. As for the food, expect it to be very pricey. We ordered first the 200 peso meals just to check how their food is, one meal is like sauteed chicken and it only has about 5 to 6 pieces of smaller than bite-sized chicken, because of that we ended up not ordering more meals anymore to save ourselves from disappointment.When we booked we were informed that we are not allowed to bring our own food in the resort since the resort has a bar and restaurant. We were just dismayed that even if we ordered food in the resort from their own menu we were still charged a 150 pesos delivery fee, it doesnt make sense and defeats the purpose of ordering from their own restaurant.If youre just going for a day tour, this place is still a good stop to refresh yourself. Just expect to have a lot of other daytour guests in the place. If you want to have some peaceful alone time in the resort book their rooms and swim at 5pm onwards or early in the morning.

Good for a self meditation, only globe signal can access if you want to have an internet. Nice view and it is so relaxing. Better month to be here is summer. You can enjoy the sunset view here. 😊

It is literally a paradise on Earth. So Serene and peaceful. Amazing rooms and very budget friendly. Amazing staff and great food. Go island hopping as it is adventurous and cheap.

Dont check-in when its dark. We came here 1 week before they re open the place. At first, it was weird because the road going to this place is very narrow and you will thought Map is giving u a wrong direction (scary at nightthen we are on right place, check in is not behind the gate, you need to go upstairs like 115 steps (I thinkto check in. Place is small but very beautiful (again, Dont check-in at nightonly 5 rooms, we stayed for 1 night and we rent 2 rooms. Very clean, very sanitized. No food on restaurant or bar yet but they accommodate us by buying us groceries (because it is tiring to go up and down to 115 steps plus the steep narrow road going outofcourse w our money, very helpful. Thank you. Place is beautiful, we went dive in the pool right away and it was just us friends that night, staff are very nice. We had a good sleep. Next morning was incredible! The beauty. I told myself this will be just regular view, but no! Good thing I didnt missed the place. We woke up w bfast and some group came to check in, As I was giving suggestions to the owner, i found out that the place was still under recontruction due to it was detroyed from previous Storm. It was a sad, but I told him we will be back here once everything is restored and I will suggest this to all of my friends and relatives in Negros. We never regret coming here, we sad we couldnt stay longer. Thank you.

Currently we cant tell you anything about the rooms or restaurant because its under construction... The pool and viewing is open, and the Manager and staff we spoke with are super nice. The informed us July 1st the will be fully open. Typhoon Odette really hit here hard and they are working hard to get the place back.. But from what we could see and get to, WOW ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL!We shall return as Im sure the sunsets will be magnificent...

This place is awesome.. Cheap entrance fee for a Day tour and also is you are about to Swim in their small cold infinity pool.. Its just the road coming here is very rough and quite dangerous. Thats why they have some guide from the main road to assist drivers and to prevent accident. Actually the whole place is not that big, Im not sure sure if you can lease the whole place for a private event.Trivia: The name of the resort is actually the name of the owners dogs name.. He is so adorable.Water activities are available here, you might want to try but reservation is needed for atleast a day before your visit. Call or message them on FB, they are very responsive.To the owner and staff, if they can read this, Thank you so much for helping us out with our car battery, if not, we might get stuck in your place for long time. We will definitely visit again in the future. Wish the zipline will became a reality 🤭

Visiting Perth makes you feel relax,it has scenic view that could make you wow, people there were very friendly and love to be your guide,foods were a bit expensive but taste good. Overall, experience with the family would recommend this place.

We visited this place before heading to the white sand beaches. The staff I interacted with was very friendly and gave me a brief history on this resort came to be. Id give the amazing view from this resort a 5 out of 5 starts rating. Another things I’ve noticed is the cleanliness of their swimming pool. I was told by the staff that the owners of this place are doctors and are very particular in keeping the pool clean for their guests. Just a heads up the road leading to this place is very narrow, unpaved and rocky. Also you need to walk up the stairs to reach the swimming pool above the resort.

Really nice and clean place. I didnt know they have rooms and found out upon arriving that they have rooms where you may stay overnight. There are rooms in front of the pool and rooms going to their floating resto.I was able to meet the owner and he was really friendly and accommodating. He said that theyll be doing improvements in the resort. So, I guess that will be something to look forward to apart from the usual photos shared here.

We went there to see for ourselves that much talked-about views and the resort did not disappoint. You could literally just stare into the coves nearby and make peace with yourself. The climb to the top might challenge some, but you could stop midway, and enjoy the views as you go up. For those with vehicles, do take note that parking is limited.

The place is very nice as what you see in the photos. I love the pool and the shower beside it. The staffs were very friendly as well. I had fun and the location is not far from the city.

The services was ok but the cabins was so old that when you give it a little push, it breaks. The view was awesome especially the view with the pool.

The view of the place is relaxing. Do not be fooled by the size of the pool, it is quite small. Expect a gorgeous sight when you reach the top.

If you plan to go there, an overnight stay is highly advised instead of a day trip. Going there on a day trip will make you feel this "reality vs expectation" vibe especially when the pool is crowded with people. However, if you plan to stay there you would get to have a lot of chance of taking a solo picture with the pool and capture that instagram worthy shot! The food there is amazing as well and the price is just right for those budget conscious travelers.

Sipalay was a great place the mountainous island is so nice, but Perth beach resort I would not recommend I was there with my family last July , the place is good only on the picture I was attracted by the view of the infinity pool, they called it but it was a small pool. The staffs were not friendly, they only wanted the money but no good services in return. I would suggest to travelers to take a look at other resorts just along the way. Though all resorts their were not maintained properly but island hopping was great, Tinagong dagat is good together with Latasan and some others. We travelled so far and they are expensive for a place like those. When we came to a place for a holiday we looked forward for a friendly staffs. Good services that we deserve in returned of our hard earned money. Our group was so prostrated from Perth no friendly faces they don’t know how to deal with the customers politely, they were not hospitable, really poor hope they will learned someday and improved not only their services but everything being a tourist spot. They are lucky to have place like Sipalay.

Try to go by the sunset coz at hours 10 to 16 is REALLY HOT, place is good just to take the picture with the swimming pool sight

The food is good, and the views are great.The pool is from rainwater, small and a bit dirty.Its a long way up to the pool area and rooms, although the restaurant is right at the entrance.

Need to improve their weekly or monthly pestcon. Lots of insects or bugs in their rooms or other facilities. Tho the view was perfect.

The place is peaceful. Truly peaceful. Though I find it only good for people who do not enjoy swimming the beach. There is a pool (not big enoughfor visitors to swim into. The place is good for sight-seeing. :)

Cozy place ,best view of all sipalay coast .This resort is family owned and operated. It is not a huge resort. Activities you can enjoy would be swimming at the pool at the hilltop section. Chillin at the floating cabana, they also have a small restaurant, food is typical filipino cuisine. The rooms and cabanas are a few, i suggest you make online or phone reservations. The parking in this place is a hassle since you will be parking next to a mountain with tight space and limited to only a few vehicles.

Pert paradise is a unique resort. Full of views sorrund by hills just tower hills upstairs also nice floating bars and restaurant

the best place for the outstanding view, good for social media posting. best advise to stay overnight so could witness the sunset and the sunrise on the next day.

Rooms are extra pricey but its okay to go on day tour, Php180 payment for entrance and pool use. The view was really really nice, indeed instagrammable, good and quiet place to chill after lunch. Take all photos you want!

This could improve by staff having proper training and should have free ride going to and out from the resort. Internet signal is bad and no wifi access. stunning view and over-looking

The pool is not worth a hundred peso. It was so small and there are a lot of people using it. Sometimes that makes it difficult to capture a nice picture with the view.

You can enjoy the view if its not crowded, place is amazing but if your in a group, they are only allowing one person to check their place like the pool and other people will stay at the reception.

The place got a great view...The rooms have no places to hang your clothes, the shower was not working, no wifi. The Philippinos owner or manager arrogant like hell...To get into your room you need to climb 115 stairs with your luggages...The view is outstanding from the top after you recover from the exercice..Many people come just for the day and talk loud in front of your balcony...The room rate is far too expensive...The food is excellent but pricy...I will never return to this place and will never advise a friend to go to this Resort...Few Resort around much more friendly and far less expensive..

This place has a good clean beach. The food is at least better than some, but not the best. Their pool is a 114 somewhat stairs to climb and that is also where their 4-5 guest rooms are. The pool water is hot. The scenery is awesome, if you guys have a drone it is worth it.

But when it was seen to have a business potential especially the times where many were going there for scuba diving, it was finally made it into a resort. It was named by the owner to a well-known city of Australia.What is unique to Perth among the other resorts nearby is its infinity pool at the hilltop. You need more than a hundred steps to get there. After shedding some sweat, you can finally dip and relax in the pool while enjoying the pristine scenery. The pool is not that deep so even kids can swim there. There’s also a view deck on the rooftop for a more breathtaking 360 view.For an overnight stay, the resort has rooms available.

It really is a beautiful place to unwind however, the place can be expensive because of their unreasonable prices for food, entrance and use of pool. One shouldnt expect much as the resort mainly banks on the view with its exotic backdrop of islands. Theres only one pool and an option for island hopping and kayaking.

The place is overrated. The pool is so small. Entrance fee is expensive as well. Youll just go there for the view but I think it is not worth it. There are other places in the City that is more beautiful. Dont forget to explore the citys underwater views.

This place is located in Sipalay. Its 4-hr drive from Dumaguete. 2.5hours from Bacolod. You can walk-in for 150 as entrance fee. They have a small infinity pool thats nice if the resort is not fully booked. Theres a 2500 per day room thats good for 2 pax and theres a familu room that has kitchen for 4000. U can cook since it has a stove, utensils and a refrigerator. But they charge extra 500 for the use of the kitchen. Ridiculous but well, thats the rule so bear with it. Place is picture perfect for photo op. Good to visit there when its not peak season so u can have the place all for ur group. Its situated far from the town so be sure to have all the groceries/food u need before going. Theres a restaurant near the entrance but located quiet a long walk from the rooms. And they charge room service. If coming from dumaguete, you can rent a car for more travel flexibility. Try renting from RODG RENT A CAR. They got good reviews too and car are of latest model.Will i want to visit this place? Definitely yes.

I really love their infinity pool but if you want that instagram worthy post I suggest not visiting this place during peak seasons as the pool is really really small! I can imagine this getting really crowded if there is a lot of guest. If you want to have a good picture with the infinity pool, I sugges for you to wake up at around 6am where most of the guest are sleeping. The food here is really good as well. :)

Going here is quite easy. It is near the road with a bit of off-roading so i suggest you bring a high road clearance car just to be sure. No indoor parking so I suggest not leaving any valuables inside your car. Going to the rooms is quite an effort but it will be worth it once up there. The view is Amazing. See picture to relate. Room is quite ok. The air-conditioning needs to be maintained as the filter is full of dust and tends to freeze up. Same as for the shower. Hot and cold is available. The shower head needs cleaning as the water going out is little. But so far a great experience! The view will totally sweep you away. Worth the travel.

The thing to look out for here is the magnificent scenic view. It will leave you breathless. The downside, nothing much to do since the place is really small. Be prepared to take a lot of steps to reach the top.

Besides the view and the infinity pool, the resort has not much going for it. All rooms are basic & overpriced, simple wooden cabana for 1300 pesos, basic standard room for 2500. No soap, no towel, TV broken, all only fixed after complaining. Cook left at 5.30pm, so no dinner, staff offered bag of chips. Ran out of beer after 2 bottles. Breakfast with cost of 25 Pesos is sold for 160 Pesos. No Wi-Fi, no phone signal, no internet. Staff tries to be accomodating, but... Hmmm! Has so much potential.

The view was great but theres no beach. Great if you want a quite place to meditate and relax as this place is isolated and the rooms are on top of the cliff with the famous Sipalay view.

Place is so nice. But the place is very far, it took us 5hrs via bus from Bacolod and were the only passenger going to Sipalay.The service is good as well, gave them a call on our way going there and they allowed to prepare our dinner ahead since the cook need to go home by 6pm and we reached there around 630pm.They only need to work on their security, i noticed the place is so quite and there is no security guard in the resort.You really need to extend your patience if you plan to visit.
