My god the food is amazing!!! Excellent customer service!! I have been here quite a lot in the last 6 months.. I realised I needed to give this place a review.. its honestly top notch food. Would recommend there kofta and rice its sensational!! Thanks guys

My wife and I went there a few years ago when we first moved to Milton Keynes and the food was disgusting and tasteless; we never went there since!After 3 years we were craving Persian food and thought let’s try again with the hope that they changed their chef and improved their recipe……this time round the food was fantastic!!They are on par with food from the well known London Persian restaurants (as we’re originally from London).If they keep this up then hopefully they will start becoming popular and we will be their regulars!The only criticism is that they were quite far away (wish they were in centrally based in Milton Keynesand their menu have less selection than what you would expect from other London Persian restaurants.This is the reason I gave them 4 stars, but if they at least add more selection on the menus then I’ll be happy to give them 5 stars!Keep up the good work guys! 👍🏼

Decent taste, friendly staff and very clean.

Excellent and authentic taste Irani ( Persianfood. Their Chullo kabab and mix grill were awesome. Seating is nice and comfy. From the outside it wont give any signs of a nice restaurant but the inside is good. Service is a bit on the slower but they make up for that by giving good portions. All halal.

First time trying this place, the food came on time, opened the packaging to reveal this amazing looking food! The food was as tasty as it looked, I will be returning for a repeat performance.Thank you for making my Friday night meal choice a enjoyable one!

Got a grill from here today and a lot of the items seem to have changed. The wings, which used to be superb, arent the same and are more akin to something from an Indian restaurant. The establishment also seems to be cutting corners to save cost - no taste of saffron, rice seems lower quality and no taste of butter.I guess part of that is due to effects of inflation.Used to be great, now simply good.

Really unhappy.Placed an order through their website and was given a 45-60 min wait. An hour and half later I called the restaurant, to which they said the food was 10mins away and that the reason it was late was due to them cooking the food just before it was delivered so that it came nice and hot.Another half an hour went by- by this time it was gone 10pm at night. I called a third time, they were surprised the driver didn’t show and just said they would throw in a free dish next time we ordered. Was told it would be 5mins. 15 mins later, it arrived stone cold and the order was missing rice from the dish, even though i specifically ordered it as extra.Very very disappointed, will never order from here again.

Wonderful experience at PGK! First time trying Persian food and it’ll forever be fixed in my mind.The Kashk-E-Badenjan was my fav dish - so flavourful and fared well with the warm bread.Main meals were plentiful, meat dishes were cooked beautifully and the rice has got to be the best I’ve ever tasted.Wrapped up the meal with tea and baklava (greatly appreciated).Friendly service, pleasant ambience and loved the cultural representation shown throughout the decor.Can’t forget to add that this place is immensely clean!

Ordered first meal from Persian Grill last night for home delivery. Got to say it will not be the last time we order, looking forward to making our way through the whole menu. Food was fresh, wonderfully aromatic, tasty and of generous proportions. Delivery was nice and prompt.

First time experience of Persian food. Very friendly, helpful staff. Located in an industrial estate but dont let that put you off. Only grumble was that it was freezing cold and we had to wear our coats but lovely to try something new. The staff helped us choose our food and we loved it. Would definitely recommend if you fancy trying something different

15 mins over on collection time so 45 min wait overall but it was Saturday 6.30 pm and it was busy , food was ok i spent £14 on 2 chicken and 2 Lamb skewers , quite tasty but dry for me, i will try lamb shank next time

I must say how refreshing to have a takeaway that is not greasy. That is so flipping tasty and which serving is very generous.Anyone who eats this food and says different are mad.Thank you for a lovely experience

I travelled from Bedford and Definitely the best kebab and Iranian food Ive had. Easy and safe parking, very friendly and polite staff that explain what the food is. And the toilets were very clean. See you guys soon.

Food was very nice. But it is very cold at the place, its in like an industrial estate, very hidden away and it has a very open shisha area at the front but the cold goes to the back and can make the experience a bit uncomfortable. However, the food was cooked very well and tasted great.

Its a real hidden gem in Milton Keynes. I tried their mix grill for 2 and aubergine starter dish. Both were outstanding, so delicious and yummy.If you really want a Persian food, go for it. You will be not disappointed.

Initially, the location might make you hesitate. Please, please go here regardless. The portions are giant, and the taste is absolutely exquisite. The staff is super friendly as well. Couldnt recommend this place enough, absolutely outstanding.

**Hidden Gem** This is one of Milton Keynes hidden gems! Reasonably priced and the food is very good! Friendly staff and a nice relaxed atmosphere. I would recommend Persian grills to anyone and will continue visiting!

Tasty food & great service. I’m not sure what Mostafa and Moon are talking about? I was dining in that evening and they clearly forgot to mention that they refused to pay full price for restaurant prices… Who in the world expects to pay £80 for 10 people worth of food at a family-owned local restaurant? Also, seems like both reviewers had eaten at this restaurant before several times so they clearly knew of the already reasonable prices & enjoyed the food😊Loved the food and I’ll definitely be going back! I like to pay full price for my meals and don’t assume I get 50% off just for the sake of it😅

The food here is amazing. Random location though. The mixed grill we had was amazing. Also, the Turkish orange drink recommended is tasty. We would go back again. Awesome staff!

Money well spent indeed, the delivery was prompt and convenient - with the food still warm and steaming. The burger and onion rings I ordered were delicious, and the range of sauces given definitely kept me satisfied. Didnt realise what a great restaurant this was, otherwise I wouldve ordered sooner!!

I bought yesterday for take-away, portions are generous and the food is very tasty.I suggest to try the Kashk-E-Badenjan (a starter with aubergine and walnuts).I will definitely try it again.

Wonderful food! We went for the 2 person platter and everything was just perfect, from the meat to the rice. There is plenty of choice from meat dishes to veggy so there is something for everyone. The owner advised that they now do Pizza’s too. Looking forward to sitting and eating in once we’re allowed and trying different things.

Hidden gem with fantastic food. Hands down food taste, quality, presentation and portion size is the best I have had in MK in terms of Mediterranean food. Don’t let the location deter you as the food is fresh and mouthwatering. Give a try you won’t be disappointed. Casual dining. Family of 3 visited and hospitality was great. Will return for the amazing koobide and momtaz!

Unbelievably cold in the restaurant and food quality is just too inconsistent, sometimes reasonable but often undercooked and rushed after waiting a significantly long time.I have also tried a few deliveries from here now and seem to just wait and wait, the staff never seem to actually know how long it will take to cook or for the driver once hes left. And food is inconsistently fresh, I can only assume deliveries are being queued up together to save on petrol costs (even though I am paying extra for the delivery!)The main reason this has dropped right down to 1 star is that this place seems to lack a very basic understanding of hygiene, the staff will move from prepping raw chicken straight to serving a customer, cash and computer being touched here after simply wiping hands on a towel. I have also seen them moving from the prep area straight to the cooking area, you can actually even see a picture on their website of where they have cooked skewers on the fire, directly next to (touching!the raw ones that have just been put on the grill.I really would heed this warning and avoid this place if you value your insides at all... Wish this could have been different.Fingers crossed for a real Persian restaurant to open in MK soon!!

Delicious food. We got the mix platter for 4 maybe it was alittle too small as a serving size that feeds 4 people but the food was very nice. The owner was very kind and positive. The service could do with some improvements but I would definitely recommend and would go again!

This isnt a fancy restaurant and the location is very odd as its in the middle of an industrial estate. But its clean and the food is superb . This has now become our favourite place to eat. Portion sizes are large, prices are very reasonable and the couple that run the place are very friendly. Would highly recommend.

The Food is amazing, service was pleasant... Authentic Persian food, the yummiest lamb shank with fluffy rice. Lots of saffron used, cant complain. I had mine with Youghurt and salad and my belly thanked me...the cleanest, yummiest Eastern food Ive had in a long time. Glad Google maps helped me found it, its going to be a regular for sure. Highly recommended.

TRULY A HIDDEN GEM. Try the Mumtaz (a dish of lamb and chicken skewered kebabs served with rice), but ask for zereshk rice (see picture), which means you get the little berries, if you like to try new things. The quality of food here is on par with many top london persian restaurants.The quality of preparation of the rice (a real halmark of persian cuisinewas first rate. The real crowd pleaser at many persian restaurants is often the joojeh (chicken kebab flavoured with saffron). This place again has first rate joojeh.The location is within an industrial estate. Some may enjoy this as it lends an air of this truly being a great find and is ok for informal family dinners in a café environment. But I dont think you would do business dinners here for example.My wife and I are over the moon to have discovered this place locally, and really impressed that this is towards the better end of the spectrum, when viewed besides the plethora of similar restaurants on the Uxbridge Road in Ealing. The location isnt the best, but the quality of food is excellent... certainly superior to many other grill restaurants, be it turkish, indian or similar. If youre in the market for honest family meal, and think the image below is reasonable for 8 pounds, I am happy to endorse this place.Post script: They have a dozen or so stonebaked pizzas on the menu which I have not tried.

If youre looking for a great Persian take away, this is the place. Its incredibly clean, owner is very friendly and food tastes amazing. Portion sizes are great also. Ive been 3 times over 2 months and this will now be the only place i go to if i want to eat Persian food (takeaway only).
