Came here today for notarization, a young womans attitude is very bad, I hope the manager can pay attention

Bianca was a huge help to us! We needed to ship some large items and she helped us figure out the most cost effective way to do it. She had a great attitude and that can be hard to find here in Montgomery!

Notary is lazy. Work as a team to get mission accomplished. ID was presented but Notary to busy on the phone to handle business for the company. Employee at desk willing to help.

This location needs training on better customer service...The employee that assisted me was looking upset with eyebrows raised like she didnt want to help... The entire staff was dry. Listening skills are horrible

Horrible! Lazy!! One other customer in the store and two employees. BUT she won’t notarize my document for me until 10am….. that’s an hour and a half wait!!! Ridiculous!!!!

There are staff who treat customers in a very unfriendly manner, seem to be angry about something, or dissatisfied. As long as these staff are present, it is very uncomfortable and I will never go to this place again.

Your store hours are on the window and when you call that you open at 8:00. However, the door is locked, lights are off and no one answering the phone.

Place is a joke. I went in to print a 3 page document from email and have it scanned back. Also to mail 2 envelopes. P. Chez did NOT know what she was doing. Spent 20 minutes waiting for her to tell me she cant mail the envelopes because her system isnt working. While I look over and see the young gentleman helping another customer and printing out envelope labels.Looks like this branch could use some training.

I have to drop off packages here frequently and I always get good customer service. I really miss when UPS was over by the PriMed because the parking there was SO much easier. Also the people who worked there seemed a lot happier back then. The staff now is very efficient and helped but they also seem kind of stressed out. Hopefully things will improve for them soon.

I wouldnt recommend coming here, the Staff are very friendly, but when the head people are in they are really rude, disgusting individuals, they are even rude to the employees, as a customer I shouldnt hear all the rude and corrupting conversations they have, especially about the people who work there! I wouldnt work there if I was directed to. Also they demoralize customers that come in, they joke on them and make fun of them, they are not welcoming at all, but the employees have a way of making the customers welcome! And women from Zelda are just messy. But other than that things should change, those head people are always on the employees back like let them work, these arent slaves, get off they back!

I have always received the best customer services from Miguel. Always polite and willing to help. It is a real pleasure doing business with him.

Brandon has no customer service skills. Would recommend not using services at this location at all. If I could give Brandon and the female with the multicolor hair a ZERO I definitely would!

Today is 11/30/2017 I have been call in customers service and I expatriate none when I say they since 8:00A.M and it rings and rings and I sat on hold today for literally 47 min and never once talked to a customer service rep. Just poor service not very happy with the way they do business.
