The resort is not fully prepared for serving tourists as the outdoor onsen and free electronic bike are not ready, also the only restaurant inside resort is not in operation. The cottage houses are very comfortable with private BBQ terrace and nice balcony facing Fuji, however this is not a recommended resort for foreign families as there are no supply of food, drinks and the location is very inconvenient without any pick up from train station, this resort management has to plan and prepare better for welcoming tourists back and compete with other Kawaguchi resorts

Lovely place. Will return again. We stayed at Cabin G2 on the 2nd - 4th May 2022.All you need is there. BBQ can be prepared by them or bring your own meat. More than enough charcoals, gloves, etc.Immaculate and clean. Perfect view of Mount Fuji. Cabin is a bit shaky and vibrates whenever anyone walks inside but it is safe.Thank you!

Best place for the grooming service! Good place for group of 10 people with BBQ in the evening! Glory morning with the Fuji view. Absolutely come back.

I came to this cottage in November and had a wonderful time with a warm welcome, nice staff and decided to come back with my friends to share the experience and unfortunately it was nothing like the first time. 1. Staff was really rude especially towards non japanese, i wouldn’t recommend that place to internationals ppl, part from that 2. they try to make us pay a lot of extra providing a bbq for 3800¥ but doesn’t come with enough coal or grill... request us to clean when the fee for the service hotel is already quite high... I dont know what happened to that old lovely couple who were managing the place in november but now it’s all about business and getting money from the visitors without respect (if you’re non japanese ). 3. If you want to spend time with a group of friend and enjoy the outdoor this is not the place they expect you to be indoor and quiet by 8pm... a part from that the view is breathtaking the cottage in a good state and comfortable

Very good. Come at the end of the year. Good weather. The sky is clear, Mount Fuji is clear, accommodation is clean, fully equipped with kitchen utensils. But there is no food for sale The property provides a drive to deliver, buy food and wait for pick-up.

Place is soooooo peaceful and quiet, went during early winter. Locals would book this place to celebrate christmas too. The view of Mt Fuji can be really spectacular in the morning too. No obstructed view when its a clear day. The services is too good, when request for BBQ, equipments are provided within minutes! There is a big supermarket not far from the cottage where you can get all your food from too.I would love to go back there in the future

I love this place. Its difficult to get to from the city, but they provide a shuttle service for tourist traveling outside of Kawaguchiko.The view is stunning, being able to see My Fuji easily..with the winter winds, outdoor BBQ was fun.. the rooms are clean, and each cottage comes with a bathroom with a bath tub for soaking.I highly recommend this place for however big a group of friends want to retreat into the tranquility of Kawaguchiko.

Nice home. Sweet services. Great Fuji view.You will got a big clean house with wonderful view and a nice breakfast served to your table (at the house). I highly recommend this place, especially for those who rent a car here.This place also have BBQ service and washing machine (with extra charge).

Cottage 10 was our home for 3 nights. Plenty of space in the cottage.Its cozy and comfortable and it comes with a full kitchen. We even had our own BBQ . The front desk has all the necessary items except food. Cottage 10 has a great view of Mt Fuji. We rented a car to reach to this place so not sure of transport. They have a shuttle bus option available. Good nice to rest and enjoy the scene.

Super nice and cozy cottage. The staff is friendly. We got the food included in our stay and the portions were generous. The onsen is clean and cozy. It requires a small entrance fee which was expected and allow for a more quiet onsen than the free ones. The view on Mount Fuji is breath taking. Highly recommended place. 👏👍

Lovely cottage, well equipped. It has a kitchen with crockeries, floor heaters, and tatami mats for sleeping (really comfortable). We booked a BBQ pit here in winter and they helped us buy charcoal and set up the pit! They provide a shuttle service from the bus station. There is a super market near the bus station (about 10min walkthat does delivery, so we got our groceries delivered to our accommodation at the cottage ban. Excellent view of mount Fuji and we got to see the peak when we went on Dec. :)
