I came here on a Saturday afternoon. I wanted ice water with lemon and said it twice . The older woman walked by and plopped a cup of water with no lemon on my table and kept on walking without saying anything. They bought pancakes to the table but didnt bring syrup the whole time. Everybody else got syrup except for us. I thought about asking but decided not to since I didnt want diabetes and I was already eating salty bacon and eggs. The waiter joe was nice about it but Im not going to come here again . Some of the people that eat there also seem racist & ghetto. There was something sticky on the floor beneath the table. There was crumbs and food droppings beneath our table too. This place is not My cup of tea. Not coming back here.

I absolutely love eating here! Very warm and welcoming atmosphere. The waiters and waitresses are always pleasant and the food is consistent, hot, and delicious. 10 out of 10!

Is Perkins high end fine dining? No. But if youre looking for tasty, affordable food in a pleasant setting with an equally pleasant wait staff, this is your place.

Love this Perkins restaurant on Krewstown Road! Delicious food, nice employees! Christine, our waitress, is wonderful, so accommodating. Charles is an attentive and friendly Perkins employee! I definitely will be dining here again!

the food is amazing! me and my family come every chance we get since we live so close. mary anne was our server and she was great, she was sweet and abided to our every need. chrissy the manager was very sweet as well and she asked if we were doing good and the services as a whole are amazing!! the food is amazing, i had the cheesesteak quesadilla and it was BOMB! i would definitely recommend to anyone who’s going out to eat with family

Went there Sunday and treated myself for my birthday. Everything was excellent including the service. My waitress was named Meagan I believe. But I thought I would atleast been offered a piece of pie or something. Lol...

Yesterday was our first time at Perkins, our food was fine, I had a BLT with fries, but my sandwich lacked flavor. My daughter had the onion rings, they were good. My son enjoyed his pancakes and our friends said their food was fine (although they did not finish and did not get a doggy bag). Our server was friendly and she got our order right. The worst part was this fly that just kept nagging us and we could not make it go away.

Cinnamon French toast was very tasty. Megan, the server, was so nice and friendly. Food came out fresh, hot and fast!

Perkins is okay when you dine in because you can have them fix their mistakes , but they delivery socks. The food is not packed right and they send you the wrong food or cook it wrong and youre stuck with it.

It’s my first and last time ever ordering from here never got my drink food isn’t cooled all the way potatoes taste like they just came out the freezer and the eggs like they came out of a carton I spent 34.93 just for one person never again the worst ever

I ordered the turkey stuffing mashed potatoes string bean dinner . The mashed potatoes were instant ... The stuffing was stove top stuffing ... The turkey was processing not real .. The string beans were Bland ... And after that disaster of a dinner ... when I went to the cashier to pay for my dinner I handed her the money she placed the money on the counter ... RUDE !!!!! I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE !!!!!! 😠

Such excellent service, super friendly staff, delicious food…gave my family such a nice experience yesterday for Fathers Day. Every staff member was smiling and kind and holding doors and helping each other, happily willing to meet all of our requests and questions…you don’t always get service like that when going out to a restaurant on a busy restaurant day like Fathers Day. And the food was so so good. Thank you all for such great service and awesome food!

The food is good but the portions are small. Most restaurants I have visited usually have given 2 servings of meat; which Perkins only gives 1 and the pricing is costing the same as other reataurants. Also, IHOP and Dennys pancakes are bigger.

My grandson raved about the restaurant,since I have never been there I was anxious to go. I ordered fried eggs,hash browns,sausage and bacon. The sausage was cold and the bacon was like beef grkie.I.would never go back

I look forward to a good breakfast and the friendly faces. Being greeted in the morning by Gabriel’s smile and courteous nature is always a great start to the day.

Went to IHOP on 611 with my grandson the place had one waitress one cooked and lots of people in line. Went to Perkins and was seated almost immediately. The waitress was fantastic everything was tasty.

Food was good, serve was great, checkout was average. Example; I was waiting in line to check out, counter person asked me to wait a minute as she was processing an order... no big deal. Then she moved to another register, took another customer... then told me the register I was waiting at was closed...I said that would have been nice to know while I was speaking with her a moment ago. The over all summary is it was not a customer friendly experience.

We arrived shortly before 8pm. We were unaware closing time was 8pm. They asked us to quickly place our order due to time. We offered to leave as to not inconvenience the workers. They told us it was not a problem, and to enjoy our visit. Our food arrived quickly, and piping hot. All our meals were fresh and delicious. Staff was courteous, upbeat and funny. We told my grandson we were special guests and got to see what happens in a restaurant after closing. We were the only guests left. He thought it was awesome! Thank you very much! We will be returning 💜💛

Best breakfast near northeast Philadelphia. Kristina took the order and She was nice . Their Homemade Potatoes was good. Coffee was unlimited . Coffee was served HoT 😍

Oh my goodness. The grits were amazing, eggs made to order, bacon wasnt over cooked. Food came out in a timely matter and the customer service was great. Now the pancakes.....Delicious 😋. Fluffy, not too thick and they held the syrup just right (for all the pancake lovers). Great dining experience

Food was a timely change to our normal eating. The food was outstanding. The service was even better. Zach did an exemplary job of taking care of what we need to have taken care of and was very happy sort.This is not our first time coming to this Perkins establishment as we have been coming to that place for at least 25 years. Weve never had a problem with anything that weve eaten or but the service that we have been provided by any server host or so forth.

I just love Perkins. This restaurant has breakfast, lunch and dinner. All their meals are delicious, fulfilling and affordable. The staff are all wonderful and this restaurant has outdoor dining as well.

When entering this location you are greeted nicely and sat quickly. The food is just basic and honestly lacks flavor. I had a mushroom and cheese omelet with homefries and a side of scrapple. The omelet was cooked well however no salt or pepper was used, there were barley any mushrooms nor cheese in it. The homefries were good, crunchy and golden browm. The scrapple was good as well

My church brothers of Grace Community Bible Church had a great time at Perkins Restaurant & Bakery. The food was delicious and the waiters were very caring and prompt at bringing your food, I think that for myself and my brothers from church we will give this a five star 😇 ( sorry no food pix.)

I believe you get a lot for your money. It was BETTER than McDonalds pricing with the IHOP setting. I had 3 pancakes, 2 eggs with cheese, 2 slices of bacon, and coffee with refills for $6.59. The staff was nice, and my server was attentive. The food was good, but not great. I didnt like the cheese for the eggs and the bacon wasnt a good brand. I enjoyed the pancakes. I would go back.

I ordered mixed fruit, toast, eggs and turkey sausage.The eggs were okay, the sausage was watery for some reason. And the mixed fruit was just a combination cantaloupe and honeydew, nothing else. When she bought out my jam for the 4 price of toast, it was one small packet of grape. I Asked for strawberry she brought out ONE more strawberry jelly. The service was horrible and the food was Kush okay.

These bashing reviews cannot be serious! Perkins offers GREAT food, atmosphere, and service for the price. It is kid/senior friendly and our all-time favorite for a family breakfast or dinner. The wait staff is always friendly to us, maybe because we do not walk in with chips on our shoulders and ready to attack over the slightest problem. The service is the fastest that we have seen. This is not a $500-per-dish restaurant (it is more like $8-per dish, LMAO). Get a life. They could double their prices and would still offer the best overall deal out there. Perkins certainly beats the golden arches and BK for what works out to be the same price!
