This was our first time using paw perfect as I usually do the grooming of our shihtzu myself due to him having a really bad experience at a previous groomer. But star was amazing with our little nervous boy and he came home looking fantastic and smelt amazing ! Will definitely be booking him in for his next groom and would highly reccomend. Thank you x

It was pointless booking an appointment with them since they turned up a whole hour late (apt was at 16:30 they arrived at 17:30). Considering the lady explained she had 8 years experience in pet grooming, it did not seem like it. I have a small maltese pup and I got called 10 minutes into them taking my dog to say come and collect him because hes severely bitten me and its bleeding (that was not a severe bite whatsoever). The pup is 3,5kg, and we got charged the full amount for grooming even though all they did was shower (in about 5 mins), spray a tiny bit of perfume and cut his nails. I specifically asked if she could at least trim the facial hair so the poor pup could see. The response was ‘ill see what i can do’. Really not impressed, at least charge a lower amount for being a whole hour late, and doing half the job. Food for thought!

We had tried the vets and another groomer non of them could cut her nails as she was so frightened. These girls managed not only to cut her nails but they where so warm Bella stopped struggling and was equally as calm. Amazing!!! They definitely have the touch. 😉. Thanks Guys!

My dog has been here 3 times now and Im really happy with the service, Its clear the groomer really loves dogs and I get the feeling that it is a much more relaxing experience for my dog. She used to tremble when we parked outside the previous groomers but she seems much more content to go here. If shes happy then I am too!

Thank you! Little Jessie looks and feels great after her mobile groom. Afterwards, she was desperate to get back in for more! A really friendly and reliable service, and so convenient too. It was our first time - a tip for anyone who lives in a block, try and find an electricity point for them to use before arrival - but they do have a very long extension lead; or a generator if you dont have electricity that can stretch outside. Highly recommended.

Groomed and cleaned our dog to absolute perfection! He normally doesnt like being groomed either, but he was put completely at his ease and behaved perfectly the entire time.Absolutely wonderful, cant recommend enough :)

My daughters dog has come back from the best haircut ever, what I really liked is the fact that the dog went in without problem and came out very relaxed, she usually whines and trembles when going to groomer but not this time. The price was competitive and very reasonable. I can recommend 100 percent and shall certainly go back from now on. The owner is friendly and safe and the whole thing was really easy and hassle free, and the dog was very happy

Such an amazing experience! We loved having Star over, it was our first mobile groom and I can’t recommend it enough.Milly our pup looks adorable and Star made her feel so comfortable and safe even though Milly isn’t the biggest fan of baths and grooming.It’s just so easy and helpful not having to go anywhere and having your dog groomed at your own home.Oh and the bag of treats and a little bow Milly got as a gift were just adorable!Thank you Star! Its always a bit nerve-racking when you take your dog to a new groomer - especially when hes a hypersensitive spaniel! But right from the moment I met Star, I knew my pooch would be in safe hands. Star has a very calm energy and is extremely professional. The quality of her groom was excellent, which is clearly a reflection of her experience and the personalised attention she gives. The lovely Star is absolutely amazing. I have used her twice now to groom my west highland terrier (sparkleand every time she’s has been perfect.Star is so professional as my dog doesn’t like to be groomed at all so she always puts her at ease.Star is also very friendly around my children who likes to know everything that she’s doing lol.I would highly recommend her to anyone that is thinking of hiring her to groom their dogs hair.Thank you Star 😘

Wonderful groomer and makes animals feel happy and safe

Star has been so helpful since i have brought home my greyhound. She came to my house to groom her & helped me get her upstairs into the bath (not easy!), then drove me to the vet when i had trouble finding alternative transport. She is passionate about animals and you know she really cares about each one she helps out. I will use her again next time my dog needs attention!
