Les avis et photos consultés en février 2020 sur ce restaurant ne correspondent plus du tout à la réalité : changement de propriétaire ? Une carte très réduite. Des pizzas annoncées comme « bonnes mais ce n’est pas la spécialité ». En réalité, la pâte à un goût de crêpe de farine de sarrasin et s’avère totalement indigeste.

There is no doubt that you eat the best pizza in town here. The raw materials are of a high standard. This pizza will never make your stomach swell. The service is excellent and the manager very kind. Having said that, the prices, in any case, are a bit high. Nonetheless, given the quality of the pizza, I still leave 5 stars.

Sono stato con amici in questo piccolo ristorante nel centro storico di Palermo. Il ristorante è piacevole, ben curato con un buon e gentile servizio. Ottimo cibo e soprattutto ottima pizza con tonno e zucchine, che raccomando assolutamente, e naturalmente ottimi tutti gli ingredienti scelti dal proprietario. I prezzi comunque sono esagerati considerato che gli ingredienti , pur essendo ottimi, sono assolutamente poveri e quindi di basso costo.

Probably expecting too much from some medias that classified this restaurant as one of the best pizzerias of Sicily. We have found the eggplant antipasti and the Sicilian pizzas barely okay, without anything special. Bread was great, though. Location and service were nice.

Costi abbastanza alti ( piatto di pasta 16 euro)Pizze piccole e poco gustose con impasto un po secco. Aspettato 40 minuti per ordinare e comunque ci hanno diviso il gruppo nonostante ci abbiano detto che se aspettavamo 15/30 minuti avremmo fatto un tavolo unico

Menu was too out there

Gentilezza e professionalità dall’accoglienza alla fine del pasto. Il locale è pulito, ben arredato, essenziale. I ragazzi in sala sono stati più che professionali, disponibili e preparati. La pizza è ottima! L’impasto è senza farine raffinate e Il menù non ha un elenco infinito di pizze in cui ci si perde, ma pone l’attenzione sulle classiche e su quelle tipiche della tradizione siciliana come lo sfincione o la rianata. I dolci sono fatti “in casa”. Forse il prezzo è un po’ più alto della media...

I had a pizza. I was a bit underwhelmed. Nothing exciting or especially flavourful. Its also quite expensive. And there is a table charge FYI

The polpi é patate was magnificent, as was the pappardelle e maiale nero. Service is great. Cute little location.

Il locale è veramente carino. Il servizio è rapido e gentile. Lattenzione al chilometro zero ed alla qualità delle materie prime rende ogni piatto sublime. Un posto da segnare ed in cui ritornare 😍

Nice little spot. Lovely outdoor patio, service was prompt and friendly. We enjoyed both our pizzas. Beer was good too but at €18 for 750ml a bit pricey. Would recommend this place.

Prezzi Delle pizze veramente eccessivi, tre stelle perché erano anche buone ma nulla di straordinario. Va bene usare ingredienti di un certo tipo ma si può anche lasciare la libertà di scegliere una pizza a prezzo normale. Se sulle pizze ci si può provare a giustificare con gli ingredienti utilizzati non si può fare lo stesso su una menabrea da 33cl bionda al prezzo di 4€! O il caffè a 1,50€!...si può essere semplicemente più ragionevoli...

The food was good, the staff was very welcoming and nice, and the restaurant is in a quiet street. We were a bit disappointed that they dont serve pizzas for lunch and also, we found that it was a bit expensive, but overall it is a nice place to eat when in Palermo.

Posto molto bello e curato nei dettagli, ampia scelte di pizze mentre più limitato sui su primi e secondi comunque molto buoni. Personale giovane e leggermente distratto ma cmq bravi. Pecca secondo me il prezzo: troppo alto per il genere di piatti e la media di Palermo

Food was decent but not good enough to compensate the bad service. You better be a regular customer to be able to enjoy your dinner because if you are just a random tourist you will see everyone else being served before you, you will be given the worst table and it will take ages for you to get a glass of wine. AVOID.

Terrible service. The waiter saw we were tourists and left us waiting for ages while other Italian customers who arrived after us were seated in the best tables. After some time they seated us in a bad table in the corner. Such a negative experience from the start, don’t recommend this place.

Found this little gem thanks to NYT 36 hours in Palermo. The outdoor space was full of locals, and the neighborhood is livelier than one would expect between a market and the cathedral. The salads are delicious and the ingredients first rate.

Great meal, simple fresh delicious food and lovely service. Slightly more expensive than other places in the city but worth it. Had the tagliatelle with pork ragu and it was delicious. Would recommend

Had a great dinner with the family. We had a sampling of pizzas. We really enjoyed the pizzas with eggplant and the one with greens and sausage was great. Great craft beer selection. Area is very lively on a Friday night.

Lovely little restaurant - great service, wine list and most importantly great food. Papardelle al ragù a particular highlight.

Lovely experience. We had the lentil soup, the fried cheese and three different pizzas along with a lovely and very reasonable priced high quality red wine. All fantastic quality and the pizza dough is delicious and homemade. The service also excellent!

Non amo particolarmente lallestimento del locale, che però ha il pregio di essere raccolto ed il personale è accogliente e gentile.Il grande punto di forza di questa pizzeria/ristorante è lalta qualità della pizza e la scelta non ampissima ma basata su proposte più particolari, con ingredienti non scontati e sempre di qualità. Luso di ottime farine per gli impasti chiude il cerchio per un risultato davvero di livello.È sicuramente da provare, conviene prenotare prima.Prezzi nella media.

Pizza spettacolare. Tutte le pizze sembrano molto ricercate. Ingredienti di stagione e di ottima qualità. Birra e vino di qualità ma nella norma. Tavolini allaperto consiglio di andare in primavera-estate. Prenotazione obbligatoria perchè non si trova posto

Non ho trovato il giusto rapporto qualitá/prezzo, per un calzone con ripieno Di salame Di suino dei nebrodi e poi Di salame ne trovo 3 o 4 pezzi pagato 14 € mi pare un po caro Mia figlia una pizza margherita costata Ben 8€ ma non ho trovato grande gusto. Locale piccolo ma carino con arredamento moderno.Servizio da migliorare Sará perché era sabato mi è sembrato pero che i camerieri tentassero di togliermi il piatto prima di aver finito di mangiare , lacqua che abbiamo ordinato arrivata dopo 2 ore.

Best pizza- Affumigata DOP (smoked Mozzarella di Bufala, battuto di salvia—a sage and herb paste, rosemary and spearmint; Lo Sfincione di Bagheria (thick-crusted Sicilian pizza with ricotta, anchovy, onion, Pecorino and bread crumbs);

Buona la pasta della pizza, leggera e digeribile, non sempre armonizzata nei gusti. Prezzi superiori alla media. Meno interessante il reparto ristorante.

I was there with my friends in the evening. Restaurant was very calm and climatic. The food is very good, but it could be a little bit cheaper. The service is friendly and understands English. I sincerely recommend :-)

So solid, loved every dish we had and such great options. The feel is perfect and will highly recommend to anyone who wants good food.

Costi esageratamente elevati. Pizza piena di farina e della dimensione di una pizzetta. Sono uscita dal locale con più fame di quanta non ne avessi prima di arrivare. Ingredienti senza dubbio di qualità, buoni, tranne la salsa della pizza, troppo acida. Il servizio non è dei migliori. Sicuramente non ci tornerò più
