Yummy pizza, great ambience, lovely service

Basic pizza. Very slow service.

Think of it as a worse pizza hut. They had also run out of vegan options when I visited. Garlic bread? Literally one slice of it.

Avocado pizza, who would have thought? It was awesome!

Pizza is decent, but the service needs to improve.Pepople were nice, but our pizza arrived in one hour, after I asked why is it delaying so much.

Went to Peppes Pizza in Tromsø and I really enjoyed the vegan Oh my Garden pizza with a side salad. The pizza crust was very crunchy and the vegetables on it were very tasteful. The waiters and waitresses were also very friendly and helpful.

Service was great and food was served in a timely matter. Dough had a bit of burnt taste but pizza was still very tasty. I like the theme and being from Chicago I appreciated the effort into making it seem like a Chicago style pizza.

Dont eat here! Worst food and even the worst pizza Id ever tried! The pizza you get served around lunch time its cold and dry, honestly the worst! 🤢🤢🤢🤢🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮

I would not recommend Peppe’s Pizza to anyone, it’s edible but beyond disgusting. We ordered the spicy chicken pizza which was broiled diced chicken covered in black pepper. Seriously? Don’t go here unless it’s your last resort.

Nice food and fair prices. Unfortunately my pizza was well overcooked, but thats not the normal experience from looking around. I didnt complain as it still tasted nice and i was very hungry.

The pizza was huge and the waiter was very friendly. The location is really cozy with a nice window front to the snowed in city! Overall great place to have lunch

Great Service, American Pizza was good. But the Burger had only a dry and tough patty with some sad and pale tomatoes and lettuce.

Got my order after waiting for almost an hour. Still the toppings were not correct. Staff was good but just not effective and efficient. Pizza was decent.

Its expensive but very nice ! The pizza is very American in style and hot means hot ! The burger was okay ish. Service was very slow and took very long !

Maybe interior can have a new look, but the staff (26.02.2021was very supportive and helpful, even took us in 20 min before closing and made our belly’s happy! ;)

I ordered chicken pizza but they gave us veg Pizza.We asked to correct them then they bring us chicken pizza but that do not have chicken only pineapple pieces and because of that the pizza taste was very bad.Pizza tastes good if it is hot but our order pizza was cold which was disappointed us.Also, It was very very costly ,they charged 300 krone for small pizza.

I tried the vegetarian pizza and ut was very delicious. The size was really big, i guess 3 person can easily share it.NOTE: order on Monday, youll get discount on vegetarian pizza.

Great pizza place. Price is very good considering how expensive the Nordic countries are for food. Huge, great quality pizzas, really friendly staff and a great location. Ate here 3 times while I was here back in January. We stayed at the Radisson just around the corner so it was ideal for us.

It was the birthday of my boyfriend and the two of us wanted to eat at Peppes with the birthday deal ( All you can eat Pizza, one drink and surprise for birthday Person for 149kr pp). In advance we asked at another Peppes if the deal is working for two persons and adults as weil. They said yes of course. At the reservation at Peppes Tromsø we asked again if the deal is working like that. They said yes , so we booked a table. Arriving at Peppes, nobody knew what we are talking about. Than they said its not working because of Corona. Than they said its not working because we are just two people and no kids. So we called again where we reservated our table. They said again that the deal is like it was promised and they will call the Restaurant. After the call they suddenly also said that the deal here is just for 6 people or more.we were really disapponited because we were really looking forward for this birthday dinner. In the end we paid over 500kr, were not full and there wasnt even anything birthday like for my boyfriend. So not good service from Peppe, we cant recommand because they give you wrong information.Only positive thing is that the Manager gave us at least one extra Pizza for free because we still weere so hungry.So dont trust the information at the Website or what they tell you in advance.

This is a popular pizza chain around here, as a recent immigrant I can also see why. They make good American style pizza, which is surprisingly rare to come by in Europe in general. The atmosphere at the restaurant was nice and service friendly. The price is decent for Norwegian standards and selection of pizzas is good.

Frankly, I dont remember better thick-crust pizza than the one we had at Peppes Pizza. Excellent choice of ingredients for the vegeterian option (instead of boring ones like spinachthere was avocado and kale. Yummy! And we saw the northern lights on the same day! What else do you want? ;)

Always some fun eating at Peppes Pizza! Yummy pizza with great size portions and toppings and fast service with a smile.

It took a little too long to get seated but I will let that slide because the food was fantastic! We ordered the Parma & Truffle Pizza and I had to rack my brains about this but I believe this is the best Pizza I have ever tasted, the flavours matched perfectly. Service was good, wasnt intensely busy and everything else went smoothly.

Favourite pizza restaurant in Norway had tried it previously in Oslo. So we had to try it in Tromso of course would have been rude not to! So yummy and you wont leave with an empty belly! You can even half and half to get 2 flavours in one. Highly recommend!

I really enjoyed the pizza. I loved the big chunks of mushroom as opposed to tiny little slices that they do in other places. The cappuccino was really good too and a good size. The price was great, it seems better than other places. Plus the location is central.

My first time going to eat to a place without seeing the review, never again! The place is nice, the staff really slow even if wasnt busy. The pizza looks great(you can see in the picturebut the taste isnt good, salty and I didnt like.

The food tasted well. The service was the worst Ive ever experienced.We stood at the entrance for 15 minutes. None of the two waiters took contact, said hello or anything. They avoided eye contact and chatted with each other in the corner. After 15 minutes i approached them and asked if we should just seat ourselves. One of them responded with "one moment". And we waited another 5 minutes to be seated. When I approached after the first 15 minutes was the first contact we had.The food couldnt save this experience, although it had a good taste.

We (i and my husbandlove spicy food and keeping that in mind we ordered spicey chicken pizza.. Believe you me youll love it. The place is warm, cosy and comfortable for the weather outside. Staff were lovely and welcoming. All in all a great experience. A must visit if youre in Tromso.

A cosy and spacious place. Wide choice of pizzas, there are vegetarian and vegan options. Pizza, tea and coffee tasted good. The staff was friendly. There are several power outlets but not everywhere. Prices are regular Norwegian.

Average pizza, very dry on the edges. Calzones had way too much cheese and not much flavour. The coke tasted like it’s been watered down. The place is spacious and don’t need to reserve in advance. Needed to wait nearly an hour for a pizza and a calzone, though the place was not even half full. It seems to be a family restaurant as there were lots of children running about while we’re eating.

A disappointing experience. Upon arrival we had to wait to be seated even though the place was not busy. Once seated we were informed that they were out of small thick crust and large thin crust pizzas, this is unforgivable in my opinion, it also alerted us to the fact that the crusts are not prepared fresh. We were then ignored for about 20 minutes before we were even offered drinks. The pizzas were average, the service was not very good and the prices were a bit steep. I would have rated 3 stats but running out of pizza bases is just unbelievable.

Great restaurant if you want American style pizza. The food is very nice, and the large pizza was more than enough for 2 people. It was good being sat in the window, being able to watch Tromsø go by whilst enjoying the food. The staff were friendly and it was quite comfortable inside.

Good service unfortunately the 1 person pizza was very small! My friends order a California Chicken pizza and the thin dough wasn’t good. And super expensive. 18€ for a one person pizza!!

I checked the reviews before I went in today and saw some negative reviews about the service.like the service was slow and not having enough staff. Well unfortunately I have to agree.sorry.after I went in I was kept waiting to be seated.it was not even busy and had to ask sb to let them know I am just waiting and felt ignored.I got a table and was asked what I wanna order.I ordered a latte that I got within 10 minutes I believe and my pizza arrived in 20.that is fine.the guy who served me was very attentive but seemed to be very busy on his own.you need patience if you go in.I waited also 10 minutes to even get an eye contact and ask for the bill.and waited again cos he took the bill to 3 other tables and brought me the wrong one then.Ketchup was empty and I took another one from another table which was also empty.no chance to get another one.pizza was just ok.after paying I was left there at the table with the card machine that eventually I took it back to them saying that I paid for it and wanna go.I will not go back for sure.

Very nice pizza place with fantastic American style pizza. You can choose between thick or thin crust, can create your own or rely on the predefined pizzas. If you can’t make up your mind you can have different toppings on the two halves of your pizza. Service is excellent and the place has a nice atmosphere.

The pizza was delicious, a bit expensive but totally worth it. Very well located in the centre of Tromso. The staff took a long time to accommodate us in a table.

The pizza was pretty decent. We ordered large..well it was large for sure. We couldnt finish it. Great local beers. Service was ok. The location is good.

Well where do I start... Oh ye the starter absolutely melt in your mouth garlic bread then one of best pizzas Ive ever had , misses was buzzing with the vegan option even managed grab a picture for this one! Proper banging 😍 just dont forget make a reservation first as got turned down from eating first time I went...

The taste is good, I liked the pizza. We had fun.. they also have all u can eat at certain hours. We decided to select from the menu, theres one they includes pieces of steak, that one was really good. Very recommended.4 stars, because we ordered buffalo wings and they did not taste good.
