Overpriced for what it is. Sometimes fries are stale. Also this place doesn’t take card? That’s interesting. Wonder if they are avoiding the tax man?

I was served a steamed chicken as grilled chicken, the staffers rude and unprofessional. It was a waste of time.

This place caused serious harm to me and my unborn child. We had food poisoning and admitted in hospital as the the food was uncooked raw pink chicken with blood. It had distressed my baby (vomiting and dehydrationdue to this my baby had to four weeks early than her due date. What’s the point of opening a takeaway of you can’t handle how to cook chicken?! Appalling and will never order again

My go to place. Food always good and I recommend mixing the Lemon&herb sauce with Hot. Thank me later.Halal and good if you want something grilled and with a source of carbs too.

Fresh food and tasty. Not so busy so can grab a quick bite and off you go.Sometimes its better to consider adding chips to a single burger which is like £5.

Took my uber eats order but never delivered my food and tried to ring but they closed.

Walked in with my colleagues to grab a bite and got myself the halloumi paneer rice and corn on the cob

Rang and ordered, asked the price and he ended the call by accident. Called back and he didn’t know what day it was, bless him. Chicken and rice box is not worth the hype. XL Burger meal is nice. However, the spices are not flavourful, just hot. Prices are abit steep for a takeaway who’s competitors are salahs but I get it, inflation n all.

Absolutely shocking! Thought Id give it a try and got ripped off! Paid for a "go large" steak burger and I got a smashed up chicken nugget in a bit of bread with lettuce that was off. Dont belive me see my photos.

Fantastic food. Consistent experience with Pepe’s. Wonderful choice of flavours. Mango & Lime is my go to for the chicken & rice.Some of the items are way overpriced, e.g over a fiver for a wrap and not even a meal.The place itself is well staffed and maintained. The service is quick too. 5 star for that.

Honestly, absolutely love the food however it was a shock to find that the prices have jumped up by more than £1.50. Unsure if i will be getting it as much as i was, as i loved how good the food was for the price it was previously at!

Shame you cant give 0 stars. It took over 2 hours for food to arrive. Apparently theyre short staffed. Totally understand, in that case dont accept the Uber Eats order or put a realistic time on it, not 55 minutes.

Good food however is overpriced for what it is, would come here more often if the prices were more reasonable :overall is nice food

If cards arent accepted put a SIGN outside the building. Instead of customers coming in. Looking the menu for 5 mins then getting told "we only take cash". Utterly dissapointing

Went there a few times in my uni days. Decent bite to eat even if nothing spectacular. Prime pitta and one of the chicken burger options was what Ive usually ordered.

Everything else is tasty but their chocolate fudge cake is THE best Ive had so far in Bradford. What a pleasant surprise!

Ordered of Uber Eats they missed an item out when i called them the staff member was rude and kept me waiting on the phone for a long time! Food was so cold and the chips were very very cold and tasted like they were made ages ago! Overall will not order from here again and there customer service is also very bad!

Pointless ordering online to collect. Order online from their website and came half an hour later to collect the order. The had no record of the order and made me feel like I didnt know what I was doing. Checked my phone 3 times for the order and even then questioned me if I ordered from the correct branch. Finally they traced the order, they hadnt bothered printing it off and the. Tried to blame it on the IT equipment. After all that I still get attitude from another staff member who turned up because I dared to be disgruntled by their issues

Food us quite nice, portion sizes are decent. Could be a little cheaper in my opinion. Not the priciest place in the world and certainly not the the nicest. Having said that food is rather tasty and i suppose its decent value for money.

They dont take card which is very unfortunate, also the chicken is quite dry and not very flavourful. Chips are great but its a little overpriced for what you get.

The chicken salad is great, however the chicken fillet burger was tiny and the chicken was likea processed frozen patty! Not fresh at all! Food took ages and wasnt even all that.

Tried pepes in Bradford and Went for extra hot half peri peri chicken and in a nutshell it was standard franchise food, dipped in peri peri sauce which overpowered the flavour of the chicken. Chicken was cooked right but slightly dry.

Surprisingly very very good service, variety of selection and indoor seating. Pretty good value too. We were 3 families with 7 kids and easily accommodated us. Im genuinely impressed.

1 star for the food the staff are incredibly rude and would not go back ever again! If you want pepes go to the Leeds road one avoid great Horton road one at all costs!

Always ordered from here sadly never again after finding a hair in the burger my daughter was so upset and it was the time of breaking the fast . Must say when I rang I did get an apology and a promise that if I popped in I would get a burger when I asked could you deliver it the reply was we are too busy firstly I drove 5 miles to get there so they should have checked the postcodes and accommodated. Finally I would strongly advice staff with facial hair to cover it during all grilling of food.This experience has put us all off from ordering again.

absolutely beautiful food,chicken is fresh as it can be and the extra hot sause is just tooo nice,i like my chicken extra exra saucy and thats exactly how it is.drive from dewsbury and its worth it.top lads keep it up.

Rang earlier in the evening to enquire about delivery and closing time,was told last orders 10:30. Rang back at 10:15 to place my order and was told they werent taking on any more deliveries lol. Manager refused to come on phone and instead told the other staff member to eventually take the order but I changed my mind and will not be eating from here again. Ive been eating from here since it opened but not any more!

I ordered a double cheeseburger and they gave me a single cheese burger. I rang to complain and the man on the till said come back tomorrow to receive another cheese burger that we owe you. I’ve rang the place and they have been messing me about and leaving me on hold for over ten mins. So basically I got robbed off my money, this is sooo unprofessional

Been going here for a long time. Food is always hot and tender, and its grilled right there in front of you so you know its fresh. Great variety of flavours and their own Chilli and Mayo sauces really set the food off for me. Never really been disappointed.

Just ordered the pepes Gourmet thinking it would be a chicken burger as there was no description underneath and turned out to be the most tastless beef burger i have ever had in my life. Absolutely tastless. If a chicken place specialises in chicken. Thats what they should stick to. Not something that they only do 1 item of. Definitely wont be ordering from here again. What a waste of money and food. If I could give zero stars. I would. Oh and why is it that the chips are always overdone. Always. I dont think I have had decent chips from any Asian establishment that have been bang on.

The food is amazing here! Ordered chicken and rice with specific instructions for chicken to be well done which it was and it was delicious.The delivery was quick and the service from the staff is always friendly and professional.This is definately my favourite take away.Thanks Pepes, keep up the excellent work! 👍

I always get the chicken and rice from here and from the countless times Ive had it its been amazing. I have to say the Bradford pepes is the best one compared to others Ive eaten from. The food is cooked to perfection and the sauces pepes use are amazing. Never been disappointed with this place and spending your money here is so worth it

When I used to study at the University of Bradford, this was my go-to restaurant whenever I craved cheap and yummi chicken burgers. You can choose from a wide variety of meals, and be sure that the portion is more than enough for one person. In addition, the staff are fast in preparing and cooking your order. They are also friendly and kind. So cheap, you can get so much food for a really good price! Friendly staff offering dates in Ramadan, good customer service. Freshly cooked chicken. Really good quality. Occasionally come back for a treat! Really good for the price! Definitely a good winner!

Quiet a nice place with an open kitchen so you can see how and what they make which is nice. Quick service, i was amazed by how the guys work in fast paced to get my food ready. First class sandwiches. Very tasty and juicy with a proper grilled taste, big selections of flavours so you can chose whichever flavour you may like! ordered my food at counter and it was ready in seven minutes. i would highly recommend it, the food taste excellent and the chips were not oily or salty and they were warm. Brilliant atmosphere friendly, efficient staff! i enjoy my XL burger everyday after unifriendly, efficient staff

A nice little spot. The food was really good. The grilled chicken was really nice. They also do the kids meal with a toy. The service was great as well. The gentlemen were very pleasant. Also, we didnt have to wait too long for the food. The restaurant was clean. Overall the experience was good. I cant complain.

ordered food wrap with peri chips, drink and dip and ricebox also with peri chips, with drink and dip both them as a meal, when it came we opened the bag to find a portion of chips missing and a can of pop also missing (we paid for), so then we decided to call them and see what happened, we spoke to a gentleman over the phone and he was speaking to me and my friends very rudely, so then he decided to put his manager on the phone. the manager than spoken even more rudely saying we didnt order ricebox with peri chips, drink and dip but we had the e-recipte in-front of us when we did and also the chips went cold. Terrible customer service!

Lots of seating. Good customer service and fast orders. Great overall. Remember to get a chicken XL burger meal either hot or extra hot, no tomato, with cheese and extra mayo. Feel free to double up your fillet if super hungry. Peri fries is a must, with 3/5 grilled wings on side (hot or extra hotgarlic mayo with the chips is so good and theres a cashpoint just outside as this is cash only. If youre from Valencia especially youll love the food here. Great Ormond Street is great for kids

Amazing food, I went for the hot flavour half chicken it and was perfect. Fries were hot and fresh and the garlic sauce to accompany it is bang on, probably the best garlic sauce I have had. 4 stars because the prices were slightly high however I understand bradford has a very competitive market. Well done guys keep it up I will definitely return.

Ordered a grilled chicken meal. The flavour/ sauce is delicious. On par with Nandos (if not better!). The chicken is cooked fresh and retains its moisture and taste. The staff are good and get the order ready quickly. Highly recommended!!

Recently undergone new management in Jan 2017 and prices have been increased. However the quality of the food has dropped significantly! Chicken in the burgers are now extremely dry and overcooked. Also they changed the flavour of the extra hot sauce and now tastes disgusting! Could not recommend to anyone!

My experience from start to finish was terrible. The staffs seem to be very moody. I was waiting 5 minutes before anyone took my order even though there was no queue? Then my order took 30min, not very fast for fast food when I was called out my order was totally wrong. Then I was waiting another 10mins for it again. No apology was given in fact I was made to feel like I was lying! When they checked my order they found I was being honest. While I was waiting I could hear the staff arguing between themselves. Once I had the correct food it was Okay. But it was over priced for the quality was below average. I dont normally comment or complain but this is my worst ever customer experience and didnt want anyone else to waste their time or money.
