Pepe's Piri Piri in Nottingham

If I could give this restaurant zero stars I would. I ordered, and the order never arrived. I went to the restaurant, and the manager and one of the workers were so rude, they said that I am wasting their time. The food has yet to arrive, and the service I received from them was even worse than garbage. Not worth the money at all

Totally awfull! Worst taste. ! The rice and chicken exrra hot we ordered was of no taste. No sauce in chicken. Just very dry chicken and rice. I dont know who prepared it and in what mind set. When we called to report this, the lady adviced to bring back and get a new one. After we reached home. Asked to refund my money and they said no. Very rude. Totally upset and money wasted. Dont go here.

There should definitely be an option to give zero stars to a place, I had a minor issue with my food, which would have been sorted with an apology, but the manager( they wouldnt tell me his name, but he was bald and had a long beardwas super argumentative and disrespectful.

There was an insect in my fries the hygiene is zero.

To expensive for what you get and takes ages between ordering and serving. Food tastes good but not for the price or time it takes to actually eat it.

I have been there a few times, and I’ve had a good experience. The food was delicious, but the price was a bit high considering the quantity of food served.

Amazing food, really helpful staff, got hooked on the chicken rice, there is this particular staff member, symran who has always been so kind to my kids, will definitely visit again

Delivered our meal to the wrong house and when we rang up they told us it had been delivered and were very argumentative. I have a feeling if a man had called they would not have been spoken to in such a rude manner. Was genuinely shocked at how poor the service was and upset how we were spoken to. Eventually the food came after 2 hours! Never again, learn how to have some respect for your customers.

Very good food. Thank you. There were two main issues. First, the size of the side salad is shrinking every time! Second, the drink was watery. It seems to me that they add water to the drink to save on costs!

The food was good, the price wasnt bad either could have ordered more wings they were hot how we requested will use again.

I could eat from this place all day all week and still would not get bored of the taste. Everything tastes so fresh and nice and so cheap too!

Placed an order with uber eats restaurant got the order wrong rang pepes to complain girl who answered the phone was rude and unhelpful wont be ordering from there again

Quality always varies it’s never constant whenever I pay for extra sauce on rice I never get it. Delivery is even worse. Not recommended at all, the one in Seinaton Dale is much better.

Placed an order via Deliveroo for the first time. Order was placed at 7:42pm in the evening. Expected delivery time was 8:15pm. Its now 8:37pm and expected deliver is showing 9pm and food is still being prepared and the clock continues to be pushed forward. Ive not called 9 times and the line is busy. They clearly taken the phone off the hook.

I had the worst experience ever. The price you pay for the food is not worth. We had taken 2 chicken and rice extra hot. This is not my first visit so i asked till cashier can you make it saucy. The manager asked to charge extra for 20p. I had paid that as well but still they have not bothered to add the sauce on the chicken. I would like to report this and would not recommend anyone to eat at this store. I think the management need to understand customers concerns and not be greedy for money. I would recommend the other pepes peri peri in the nottingham.

Totally surprised by the chicken wrap. Pretty well the best Ive tasted. Moist tender inside, crispy outside. Just the right spice. The peri peri chips are yummy.Plus theyre bustling around cleaning the entire time.Recommended

This place has totally lost its quality. I used to be a regular customer but the food quality has gone so downhill.. flavorless rice and chicken. Not worth the money.

It is has some good food but it is bit greasy though. Although, it is worth your money and I recommend it.

Good food, got my order wrong on a couple of occasions. Most annoyingly they charge you for sauces. At times spending £25-30+ and still have to pay for sauces.

Very good food, ordered a whole chicken with Piri Piri chips on takeaway. Chicken tasted delicious, very succulent. Piri Piri chips were *chefs kiss* however, some may think the ratio of chips (largeto chicken is small.

Worst customer service, always give cold food. The last time I ordered, they missed one meal out & the member of staff was not helpful or considerate of the situation and refused to offer a refund for the missing meal. I didn’t argue back, however: will not be ordering again & would never recommend to anyone thinking of ordering especially through deliveroo or online.

Went here for a meal with all my friends and all of us came away very happy! Tables clean and well presented, attentive and friendly staff but above all they serve amazing food. All courses arrived promptly and were flavoursome and very well cooked. In love with their chicken & rice and chicken tasca.
