Clean hotel. Typical room design. Ideal for short stays/travelers. Our room has a clogged toilet.Location is very accessible. Staffs are very accomodating, you just ask what you need and they will deliver it straight to your rooms. Comes with bottled water, refillable every day.

About 3.5 stars (out of 5). Its good enough for the price range and is in the middle of the city (i think?).There is a Robinsons mall within walking distance and major banks are nearby too (if you need an ATM).Decent hotel if youre there for a quick business meeting. Not so recommended for a vacation kind of stay.

Our standard room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We booked this via Agoda and we dont regret booking here. Although the WiFi is quite slow, you can still open your mail and messages for some time. Well get back soon! Walking distance to Iloilo City proper.

Very clean and decent, walking distance to SM DelgadoAmbiance in the room is excellent. Lucky to find a personal ref. Only water is free. With elevator service. The only downpart is bad WiFi connection. They should doore to improve. I managed because the mobile data signal was strong in the 4 the place I stayed

Had a bad experience during an overnight stay. One of the pillows had a blood stain, which we dont know the origin of. It looked pretty fresh to me, and it soaked the pillow itself (not just the covers). This implies that our rooms sheets may have not been changed prior to our arrival. Very disappointing.

i came late for the cause of a delayed flight and yet the hotel staff welcomed me well. nice accomodating staffs.

The wifi keeps cutting off and the toilet smells unpleasant.

Checked in at Peoples Hotel with family.Affordable, clean place, in the heart of the city, accessible to transportation at anytime, secured with approachable and accommodating staff. Our stay was worth. Thank you all.

Poorly maintained rooms. Fridge in our room was not functioning. Table drawer was damaged and the rest of the appliance are old models and are damaged. The elevator was under repair when we arrive there until we checked out, we went up to 3rd floor by stairs. They have reasonable price. But there are more other offering better deal for the price.

So far i had a great experience. There was power outage all day so i decided to stay here. The room is spacious and clean. It may not have the best facilities but its good enough for a place to stay while waiting for the power to come back on.

Accomodation is good. Rooms are complete with aircon, tv, wifi, toiletries, slippers, etc. But for now, they are strict on implementing healthy protocols. Vaccination card is required. If not yet vaccinated, you are required to undergo a 3 day quarantine or you may provide your negative Swab Result, travel Itinerary, coordination and acceptance letters, and certificate of employment.Be safe

Nice time staying here. We had a spacious room with a most comfy bed. Adequately equipped with just the right amenities. Wifi is intermittently present so that sucks. Still service is excellent, breakfast is good and the staff are good-natured and eager to please. Definitely coming back.
