There was a lot of Food variety for breakfast. Room condition was nice too.

This is the 1st time ever i write a bad review, especially for hotel.Never been stay in a 4 STARS HOTEL with cockroaches as my companion, but this hotel gave me that kind of experience.Service was very bad, was asking to change the room, they gave me after 3hrs.Internet was SUPER SLOW, was asking for their IT team to fixed it but turns out they sent me an engineer--> case not solved at all till now.No Generator during blackout, most of the customers used emergency stairs to go to the lobby.No EMERGENCY LIGHT IN EMERGENCY EXIT, imagine if someone fall down just because it was dark when they have to use it.Overall, it was a bad idea ever to stay in this hotel.For Bestwestern, kindly train your employees well and improve your service.Sincerely,Your guest from 829 room

Come here with my children on weekend.Reserved for 2 non-smoking rooms and they gave me the smoking ones.I complained to change the rooms and they gave me another room without bed, not ready yet.So they changed my rooms twice, but the latest were a bit dusty.Seems like they were so messed up or understaffed.Got bad first impression.Hospitality was not so good.Breakfast was quiet good.

Front desk was not helpful or kind. Rooms are dusty. Shower was dirty. Counter of sink was dirty. Linens stained. Room AC is not cool.

Great service and good food with excellent views, too bad the pandemic causes the restaurant around here to permanently closed.

Not recomended. Connecting door was broken, AC only blow hot air - fixed after 2 days.

Bad Food, Bad Service, Mediocre Facilities and Room, the only good thing about this place is the view and location.

Room was dirty and smelly, bed linen wad extremely dirty and stained, complained but no response. Breakfast was too dry and lousy.

It’s Really awful to stay at this hotel. The staff wasn’t helpful at all. They did not pick up the phone for hours. Eventually when they reached them, they promised that the rooms were next to each other. But that was too much to ask. They promised that it would be possible the next day. However, that was not possible at all. We could not cancel or change the booking, as they promised. The manager was not available to help.

Located facing the North Sea, Bunaken, Manado Tua is on the left.... The first hotel-apartment in the city... You can see Manado city East to West from the balcony...

For be Hotel 4 stars my expectation was more , Pool area without services , if you want a drink after swimming you must go down fromnthe 3th floor to 2nd and order in the resto passing in front desk check in with swimming clot wet , order cannot be billed to the room you must pay cash at moment , No towel avaialble in the pool at all, Toilet is old need to renew exhaust fan noising , BF not bad but can be better for a 4 star hotel . The room and linen clean

Not my first stay here, but I’m still impressed with how good the service is here, especially at the restaurant. In the morning, the Chef came to see us over breakfast to ensure that us enjoying our food, asking if he could be of any assistance. Never before has a hotel Chef’s service been so visible, caring, and hands-on! Accidentally, I forgot his name :( but I’m pretty sure that he is the head Chef. The breakfast variation is ok and enough.Others were fine, with no majors issue.

4 star hotel?? Big No! Hospitality is very bad for 4 star standard. Phone ringing more than 5 times there is no answer from front desk or house keeping. Bathroom stench.

The view from room great, clean, and nice staff. But there is some problem in room. I use Deluxe Sea View,Room 1021. Light (at shower cealing)and exhaust on bathroom not working, electric plugs on table not working, AC not cool, its to hot in room. Im not complain at hotel, bcause i realize thats at midnight, just to tired for complain. Sorry for 2 star, hopely u fix it soon. Breakfast so so...

Room I stayed so dusty, cant stop sneezing 🤧. Found p*op in their pool toilet.But nice view tho and glad their FO WA so interactive.

The tallest hotel in town where you can see the city of Manado in distance. I stayed here with family and enjoyed it so much. Stayed here many times.

Perfect and awesome view...If you book the ocean view, you can directly see the Manado tua island and Bunaken island...Manado is a must visit city in Indonesia...👍

The worst hotel ever! We arrived at 03.00 pm but we waited almost an hour just to check in! They kept saying that they wanted to confirm our room, but the response from the staff was very slow. Do not stay in here, unless the management finally took an action, it probably worth your money (and time)

Worst hotel in Manado.Dont book here. Not worth it.Waited an hour just to check in.Arrived at 1.39 PM, I totally understand check in time is 2 PM. But its almost 2.30 PM and the room still not ready.The room is disappointing, its not even cleaned properly. Still have some hair on the floor. Totally unacceptable for a Best Western hotel.

Book room for new year eve, 31 dec. Waited very long to be able to check in. (around 2 hr). after check in. guess what. i was shocked with rats in the room. and they didnt give me a way out, plus the breakfast really terrible. bloody bad exp.hopefully can be input to be even better!

Okay for a few days stay, they can definitely improve on the room cleanliness.They have good selection of breakfast menus.The card reader in one of the elevator didnt work properly (when I stay there).

We book 1 room ocean view for 3 (Threenights.During this covid 19 pandemic, end of October 2020 and long weekend period. Hotel guest were crowded. Waiting long time to check in. And in this non-smoking hotel. They give us first the hotel room with smell same like smoking room. After long complain & waiting. They change us to other room without any smoke smell.When we need urgent thing, we call for 2 (hourfrom 8.30 pm to 10.30 pm local time. No one pick up, from front desc, operator, house keeping, room service even emergency not pick up our call. Really not worted to paid expensive price compare other hotels surrounding.If there is number rate lower than 1, I will give zero for this review. However, this ocean view room give us fantastic view. Thats why I give 1 star for this ocean view. Please check first hotel condition before paid or stay.

March 2018 (update). Book 2 rooms, one for 1 week and other for 2 nights. The views from hotel is fantastic (ocean & city), Friendly staffs for fast check in and out and good varieties foods for free breakfast. However, it make we very sad and frustrated when saw the cleanness of the bathroom and bedroom. It wasn’t cleaned properly, dusty & the glass doors never been scrubbed ( very poor maintenance), couple times asked for toilet paper & bath mad to top up and they arrived after 3 times call in 2 hours. Hope they will improve and realize with the hotel conditions.

I stay for new year eve, i can understand so crowded so we should waiting 1 hour for get our room. The breakfast was good. My room in the corner with sea views super beautiful. I think the elevator is damn sucks. Super slow.I always used emergency stair to go to lobby or restaurant cause i stay not too far from restaurant.

I booked a room on the booking and used my credit card many times without any problems. I booked the room one day in advance and received the confirmed order. Just one hour before I was going to check in the next day, I received a message saying that my credit card information was incomplete, so the hotel cancelled my reservation. I booked a couple of hotels in before that and it was fine. Could you please tell me whether the hotel does not have the room I want (after unreserving me, I will check that the room is fullor whether there is a problem with my credit card just in your hotel. I had to find another hotel on the way to the hotel. Ive never met such a problem before. Im really angry! Strongly not recommended!

The breakfast that they provided has many choices, from local foods to european foods. But the lift was a little bit too slow. I was lived in 5th floor. I have to wait 5-10 minutes to reach the restaurant.

its saturday and breakfast time, but only one elevator works, so I have to wait for almost 10 minutes from my room level to restaurant. what the heck? check in process took so long, I dont understand why (my friend checked in for me). the room was ok, the sea view was good. the food at restaurant doesnt have many varieties. for the same price, sorry but I better choose another hotel.

It is located inside a mall area with maximum parking fee 10.000 rupiah/day. I was in Deluxe Room with Sea View at 7th floor. The room was very great and the staff was so helpfull. You can see the sea and the city of manado from the room. They have many kind of breakfasts that you can choose. Not so delicious, but it is okay.

The best view hotel in Manado, even the elevator sucks but everything is okay.Food is various, room is just enough, prayer room is claimed to be big scale.So overall its okay, this is asian tourist choise to stay.

Not a good hotel. There are better options in the city.Elevator is way to slow for 15 level building. You wait on busy moments 15 minutes to get an elevator. Rooms are ok. Breakfast was hell. All tables dirty or empty took 20 minutes to get cutlery. A 8 am half of the food was gone. And no table ready to sit.

Worst hotel ever, the price for deluxe Sea View room is nearly the same as Four points, but the room is much smaller and I would only rate it as a 2 star hotel. I was cheated by their photos, they are not match！Go to four points, never choose Deluxe sea view, its really rubbish！

Very nice place for the price. Breakfast was good, but after 5 days, its starting to get to be the same, dishes. Room is also very comfortable, although its a new hotel some parts of the room looks worn down especially the bathroom, but the strong water pressure made up for it. Service is good, and as expected of this hotel. Overall 4 out of 5 rating from me.

Dishonest receptionist and managers. Tried to lie to us to give rooms on smoking floors and say that there is no difference between smoking and non smoking rooms. Hotel is severely under - staffed. Lift takes forever to serve the 12 storey hotel. Avoid at all costs if you dont want to ruin your vacation

This is a relatively new hotel in the town. Close to the bay, you can actually see the sea from your room. The room was tidy and neat-- Im missing my hotel slippers. I thought thats a standard for a 4 star hotel. The breakfast was standard continental buffet with decent taste and service. Will definitely stay here again for next trip.

The hotel is quiet and not many people around which is a very good thing for me to relaxing away from the crowded city. Tho its pretty far from the main road so if you dont own vehicles, its probably gonna be a bit troublesome. The morning breakfast is the best. I had a great time, the meal tasted good and the view from the dine room, which was the ocean was a nice touch. I love it.
