Friendly and courteous staff. Restrooms were clean. Food area and seating area also very clean. Seats are awesomely comfortable.

I/we enjoyed ourselves. Went to see "Woman is King". The seats was very comfortable and the food is always good. Not to mention the long islands always get me right. This is the only movies I go to, and they always understand the assignment:-)

Pembroke lakes Mall has changed a lot over the years, there are a lot of empty stores, but still enough that you will have an enjoyable shopping trip. They have a brand new arcade where Sears used to be and its fun and exciting for the kids.

Visited Pembroke Lakes Mall on a Monday midday and it was not busy. Increased retail activity post COVID. Good to were getting back to normal.

I loved this Mall very much. It has an extensive assortment of brands in the store. Very clean. Very nice place to come shopping to have a snack with the family. Recommended.

I literally cant shop in peace sometimes at this mall there a the sales people watching you like you want to steal a cheap shirt probably made from fast fashion in sweat shop like seriously if Aventura wasnt so far I would go there I literally hate coming to this mall

The idea was great for family entertainment but its turned a Lil ghetto with the kind of crowds that go there and make family time uncomfortable.

Love the AMC in the mall. However, I went into the mall and was blown away by the Round 1 Bowling and Amusement arcade.

Nice mall. Bigger than I expected! Has a nice variety of shops.

So this mal was truly awesome. Unfortunately COVID-19 seems to have taken a toll on it because ever since then, busy seems to have died down significantly. I still enjoy going but some of the stores I really liked, are no longer there, including the teriyaki restaurant. Some Hispanics recently opened one up, where the original one was, but they dont even come close. The food isnt as good. Their prices are sooo high compared to the portions they serve. But thats not the malls fault.I hope business picks up again at this mall because it really is a nice place to shop.

What can I say, it is close to home, it has all the stores that I want, always clean, and with AC. If I want to spend the day walking around, I would probably go to another shopping mall. If I need a couple of things from stores, I go there, shop, and leave.

Pros:- an added mini-golf, food stand options, and theatre not far from mall are good- good parking and security are always visible and activeCons:- lacking store options, empty spaces- the food court is average at bestVerdict:* It like most malls have shrunk in the last 10 years, but the little it has is nice

Security is the worst on this mall. A guy with hoodie and facemask entered a business we were shopping at, with all intention to commit a felony. Good luck the employee was very smart and brave ans confronted him. When we left the shopnthe guy was still there looking for victims and there was NOT a single security guard to alert and ask for support. I am never coming back to this unsafe place ever.

Very nice mall. Was a little hot on the inside! Nice variety of stores.

Has a good amount of decent places, only issue sometimes is the parking, especially where the Jimmy Johns is at.

I went to see the new Jurassic Park movie which was just okay but they charge a lot of money if youre going to get something to snack on there and they accept cash but dont give you no change so you need to put it on your credit card because they have no change there

The area have the worst Signal for phones, wifi, data, it is a problem for many years, in the NE side specially.It is a very good geographic location, West of Broward County.

Sneakers shoes anything you need is here I like the place but you have to have 4 eyes to watch out for the people plenty of evil people here. Theres more security than customers

Going to Pembroke Lakes Square to hang out have lunch and do some shopping. Im never disappointed

Beautiful Mall has many shops that I really like has food courts had a fun day shopping for clearance sales etc.

Went the food court at Suki hana. And the one taking orders, knowing they were shutting down for the night, let another older lady to cut in front of us withput our permission. So when it came time for us to order, they tell us they are out of almost everything. That was not fair and I do not recommend this place. I get that they seemed like buddies but not cool. We went somewhere else. Btw its has not been our first issue with this place.

Really nice mini mall. Not much to shop or eat. There is a but the employees that I seen and talked to were very nice

Visited the AMC movie theater, the best in town. Neat, clean and spacious.My favorite movie theater bar none. Patrons are great...mostly families looking to see a movie, everyone is cool. Go and enjoy!

I like this mall but I would recommend adding more food options and a music store such as a Sam Ash or Guitar Center. Other than that, the stores cover a huge selection of categories.

Just a little hard getting out of the place. But lots of great stores!!!

Although it is very pretty what they have done to the mall a lot of the stores are just filled with very snobby people there are a lot of scams going on in womens clothing stores that people dont realize such as Steve Madden and express where they have a lot of Catch-22 if you have to make a return Steve Madden has shoes as soon as they hit the floor they will leave a scuff mark with the material they use then if you try to return it they will say it has been warm and I cannot put it back on the Shelf. Express is a whole other Beast they will find Every Witch Way not to take a return even if everything is legitimate they will even admit that you are in the right and they will still make up excuses not to take things a lot of very rude people in some of the department stores as well some of them are actually very nice I guess this mall is just what it is... A mall

This mall is boring. It could have a better food court and more variety in stores. I can never find anything there, all the clothing stores seem to have the same stuff.

Nice place multiple boutiques & shops.

Stopped by for a little Jolibee and was not disappointed the food was fresh delivered quickly and staff is courteous and ready with suggestions and smiles. My only regret is that I didnt pick up a peach pie 😂 ok next trip it is 🙂 Thanks ✌️

Great stores at this mall! It’s less crowded so it gives you space to shop. A lot of name brands here such as Michael Kors and Steve Madden!

Pincho burgers are top notch, excellent sauce , good service and excellent food

We went to Zumiez and Great Customer Service, plus the gentleman teach us how to buy a skateboard for our daughter. Great prices for Great brands. We are coming back for sure.

Its the place to be right now. With bath and body works candle sale going on tge place is lively as it can be

I love this mall because it is very clean, small but it has a lot of stores. Something for everymember of the family. Great family bathrooms, even a movie theater to finish or start the day. Always find great specials, very secure location.

I always come here with my son because he can play in the little cars and in the carrousel. This mall is clean and have all I need.

I love this place. You will find most of your favorite stores and brands at this location. Never too crowded, and several options for food and entertainment. I love JCP and Macys--more specifically the Chanel counter. The make-up, the perfume and the staff.

Whether it’s items for your home, regular shopping, grabbing a bite to eat or some things at the pharmacy ... you can pretty much get it all covered here. A great option when you don’t want to drive to a million different places.

I like this small place! It has a lot of great restaurants to choose from plus Walgreens and a Home Depot right in front of the Walgreens.

Lots of parking. Macys THE store to go to. Food court is decent. Lots of kid friendly stores

The mall is average. I see alot of construction and promises of new stores, so Im thinking improvements and new stores are coming soon. A bit narrow, everyone is walking on top of each other. Quiet and mot overly crowed food court and there are a few activities for kids.

Nice place to kill some time. The inside of the mall was very clean and they had a good selection of stores.

This is the mall where i update my wardrobe once or twice a year. H&M is a strong reason why. People watching great. Model scouting excellent
